It’s a great app!I’ve had this app for around 6 months now and it’s easy to just write a bit about your day and it only takes a few minutes. I don’t have premium but that doesn’t seem to stop me from doing much. I really love this app :).Version: 2.4.1

Copy needs work but enjoyable otherwiseI enjoyed the app and am glad to see so many different subjects covered… But I found the grammatical errors and poorly written copy in the quizzes off-putting. Some of the wording of the multi-choice answers didn’t align with the questions so hard to complete accurately. A good copy editor would sort that issue out! Hope it improves, I enjoy it otherwise..Version: 2.8.3

Everything it needs to beBreeze really helps me work out how to express myself and calm my anxiety. it really does its job and helps me track my mood, sleep and makes me feel welcome. i would wish that some of the games were free but that’s like every other app. not everything is free of course. in my opinion, just get the app, it’s done so much for me recently and i hope it can help another person out. that’s all ;).Version: 2.4.1

SimpleThe basic idea of a selecting your moods & activities for the day with a brief description is really good. Not too in-depth that I loose motivation. Would be better if it asked for your activities first then mood to promote a more guided daily reflection. 4 stars coz the extra courses etc are a bit lame..Version: 2.3.8

BreezeI have only been using this app for a couple of days but it has really helped me in such a short amount of time! You can track your progress for what your doing during the day! They send you motivational messages as soon as you wake up. The app also helps you understand your mental health like how depression works ect how many different forms of anxieties there are. I have learnt a lot about myself in the past few days highly recommended also I don’t pay for it it’s fine without subscription:).Version: 2.3.4

Recommend!!!I downloaded this app 12 days ago and I’m SO impressed 🤩 Although you have to pay for the courses, the journal side is completely free. It helps you reflect on your day and you can look back on past logs. It’s improved my mental health and I’m so glad I downloaded it!!! 100% recommend - plus it’s so much easier and practical than a normal journal! 😝.Version: 2.3.7

IF UR STRUGGLING THIS APPS FOR YOUDownloaded this today after seeing an ad and quickly checked it out as i've been struggling mentally recently, i felt so seen just by doing mental health checks and reading the articles they gave based on my results. i love this app everything about it . you do have to pay to access most of the stuff the app markets but what it offers for free is wonderful. only lost 1 star because of that soz..Version: 2.8.1

Really like it!!I haven’t been using this app for very long, but I already love it! I love that you can customize your activities and that there is a wide range in emotions bigger than going from “sad” to “happy.” I like that you can track your sleep; this feature has been especially helpful for me. There are, however, a few features I don’t like. I don’t like that you have to get gratitude points to use a passcode, I feel like that should just be a given option. There is a bug that doesn’t allow me to edit past entries, which is frustrating and would be much better if they could be fixed. I’m also unsure of how to delete entries, or if it’s even possible to do. Overall the app is great, and the pros outweigh the cons, but there are some adjustments that can be made..Version: 2.2.1

Decent App!I love Breeze because of how simple it is! I struggle with a bit of depression. I’m not saying this app cures depression, but I do find it helpful to keep track of what things make you feel certain ways. I love that the feed has simple things that one might already know and shows how to handle them! It’s a great way to remind me of what’s important each morning. To see improvement in the way I feel makes me feel so accomplished. Just like if someone was excited that their “B-” improved to an “A+” in school, I get excited when I see my mood improve. The best part is that this app isn’t doing it for me, I’m doing it for myself with just a little push of help. Thanks Breeze! I wouldn’t change one thing about your app!.Version: 1.8.5

Not bad!The style of the app is really easy to use and the tests you can do are definitely interesting. Not quite accurate for someone with a personality disorder (such as bpd) but I guess that’s obvious 😂 could be really helpful to track emotions/feelings and understand more common mental illnesses though..Version: 2.4.9

Really helpful and actually free, wowI recently started antidepressants and have been looking for an app to track my moods throughout the day. I had a hard time finding one that allowed for multiple daily entries that works without paying a premium or subscription fee. This one is really user friendly, allows you to add custom activities and tracks these and how they correlate with your different moods. This is super helpful for me for understanding other factors than my meds that may be influencing my moods, such as coffee or a stressful conversation. Overall just very helpful and easy to use for specific individual needs. There is like an ad watching for credit system but these credits are not needed for the main features, and so the ads have not been disruptive to my experience at all. Great for mental healthSo far it has been great I need to track my moods through the day for therapy to see the contrast in them and it’s really easy and efficient to type everything in or just press an icon also helps to recognise how I’m feeling if you struggle with a mood disorder like I do an have very bad memory I would very much recommend it to keep track of things..Version: 2.3.2

I love the app, but the recent update seems to have deleted a lot a of history I’ve logged. :(So I’ve been using this app since around 2021 and I do really like it, but last night I opened the app ready to track my mood and everything was gone. I tried logging in and now all the moods I’ve tracked up until June 2022 is there. Everything after June 2022 is not there even though I’ve been tracking since then. All the activities I logged and the emotions I logged are all gone. My highest score on the flower game is also gone. I had a streak of like 150 days and that’s gone cause all the recent mood logs I’ve put in are gone. Anyway please fix this. I want all the stuff that’s missing all of a sudden back..Version: 2.7.6

RatingI downloaded this app today and I have had a few apps like this in the past but this is the best so far. It is amazing but when I first went into settings it let me set a password so I did. With apps like this normally when you set a password it links it to Face ID, so I thought it would do that but when I went off and back on it asked for my password not Face ID. So I turned the password setting of but when I turned it off it then said that if I wanted to put it back on it costs ‘200☀️’ which was I but weird. It also did this for the colour theme after I set it it then said it was ‘500☀️’ to change it. I don’t know any other way of how to collect ☀️’s apart from watch adverts and once you have watched it you only get one ☀️. Does anyone know how to earn more☀️’s?.Version: 2.2.5

Great AppI think this is an amazing app. I think it could really make a change in peoples lives because of its accessibility and functionality. I have connections with a nonprofit that has to do with mental health and wellness and I think an app like this being accessible to so many people can make such a big difference. The courses on the app are one of the things that I like the most, although I also enjoy the check up tests, because they give so much information without being overly extensive or boring. The reason I don’t give 5 stars is because of the premium option. I haven’t had the app for very long so I am not sure how much I’m missing out on by not having premium but I definitely think it would be beneficial to have more tests, other than just the check ups, available without it. BreezeIf I’m being honest this app has told me a lot about myself through the several tests. Some of the answers. I was not expecting, but answers that help me understand myself better so now based off the answers that they give me I’m able to work around the difficulties that I have, and get along with people, better and love myself more, I recommend this app for teenagers because you guys are on your phones a lot. I am one of them and sometimes you guys start to judge yourself. RelationshipMy man downloaded this app to learn about both himself & I . He wanted to see his strengths & weaknesses & even see mine , but mainly to try & see what he needs to change in our relationship / with was so sweet . AmazingThis app...there is no words to describe it. I’ve only been using it for a little while, but it’s helped me SO much. What are the good things about: • Cute layout The design of an app has always interested me more than the app itself if I’m completely honest, and I love how cute and simple this app’s layout is. It makes the atmosphere calm and safe, which is exactly what you need. • More than a diary It has tests, courses and all sorts of things to help you stay calm, positive and happy. It obviously can’t cure severe depression or anxiety, but it can really help to make a start. And in time, you’ll feel strong enough to get proper help- if needed. You can also view your stats, to see why you feel the way you feel. This is really helpful. Okay, those are the good things but I do have a little tiny bad thing. • Money. This app has a lot of features which are completely free, BUT. There are certainly things that I would love to try, but can’t, because they cost money. It has always been the issue in EVERY app and I appreciate that they need to make money but when it comes to a person’s mental health and well-being I think it should be free. However, the free version is just as good. So in conclusion, if you are doubting to replace your current app with this one, I hope I helped you make up your mind. Decent, needs some improvementsI do quite enjoy this app, I have purchased the upgrade to do the personality quizzes and courses. However I notice the track sleep feature disappears more often than not. I have logged my sleep once since using the app but the options has not returned since. The opening screen mentions tracking sleep as well, but I still unable to find that feature most of the time. It would also be nice to set multiple notifications to keep reminding me throughout the day to update the app. Lastly and this is mostly just personal preference, I would love some colored them options and app face options; again not necessarily would just make me happy for the money I spent..Version: 2.4.9

Great app, butDude oh my gosh, I just took the “masculine or feminine inside” (idk if that’s the actual name I just clicked on it) test and it says I’m androgynous. Are you kidding? “Are you dominant, are you soft spoken, are you unconventional” that stuff doesn’t define what a person’s gender is. It’s misleading to people like I’m not the most gentle woman around but I’m very strongly a woman. Mentally and physically and I’m confident in that, I’ve always been a tomboy but that doesn’t make me internally a male!! It means I like doing the more masculine things sometimes like throwing a football with guys rather than going into a dance party, but that alone doesn’t determine my gender mentally or physically. I’m lucky I’m so confident in myself because if I wasn’t, I’d be questioning my entire existence right now. But the mood logging and other personality tests work very well for me.Version: 2.6.9

Loving the app but it could always improveI love the look of the app, just opening it makes me feel a bit lighter (like a cloud). There some things I find confusing with regards to layout and accessibility but I’m getting used to it. Breeze reviewThis app is really good other than the fact you have to pay a weekly sum that at the end of the month can amount to being a huge cost! Either way It’s a good app to release stress and learn about your feelings. I really like the mood tracker because at the end of the day I can identify my feelings and write about them, but there is something wrong with mine because every time I add new feelings they start randomly disappearing and it is really annoying to have to re-write them all then have them all disappear AGAIN 😭.Version: 2.8.3

Surprised, helps inspire motivationWas depressed to the point of hopelessness. Started using this app on a whim after seeing an ad bc I didn’t know what else I could do. While it is no replacement for therapy, I can say it has helped me learn about myself and find some direction. Initially I just hoped to notice patterns in my mood tracking, but then I found that logging those moods every day helped ground me. I have been able to figure out what parts of my life make me feel better and worse, and the guides/lessons do genuinely help me figure out how to move forward. Plus, the option of adding a photo w each mood card has cheered me up a bit just because it’s fun, it feels expressive, and it encourages me to DO things. F app subscriptions but I pay for this one and only this one..Version: 2.7.1

Helpful!I use the free version of this app daily. It’s a lovely way to keep track of your moods. I’m finding it really helpful!! Even the free version. Interesting AppAs I’m on the free trial for this app I’m pretty happy with the insights I’m gaining through all the little quizzes I’m being given. The games are very calming and low stress. I personally enjoy the way the app explains emotions and makes you think about what you’re feeling. That said, it’s unfortunate that this app forces you to pay money you might not have even though I can see many people (including myself) find this useful. Too many self-help or health-based apps require you to pay in order to get help which might be difficult or impossible. I’ll continue through with the trial but I’ll end up cancelling and uninstalling the app once it’s done. It’s a shame I won’t get more out of it..Version: 2.7.5

Good at keeping trackThis app really helps with a stressed out mind. I love using the app as i can easily look back at the past few days if I needed to see if anything has changed with my mood and what I’ve been doing to feel that way. It helps with school stress, home/family stress, and could definitely help with job stress. Definitely a big request, especially for those who struggle with bad mental health like me. Probably the best journal app everThis app is perfect for me. I just needed some place to write my feeing emotions and how my day was. The app makes me write what I am thankful/grateful for, this helps me to realise how much I really do have. I just over all love this app..Version: 2.2.5

I would give this 4.8 starsIt’s a great way to track your moods and reflect upon your day and it’s nice to see how much your moods fluctuate throughout the month. It’s also really simple to use if you only use it to track your moods. Not too big on the tests and videos but definitely can be used if someone is struggling with their mental health and emotional stability. The only thing I would complain is not being able to look back on how much hours you sleep every day. You can track your hours daily BUT you can’t look back at them in your stats. I’d like to see how much hours I sleep everyday since I’m tracking them and how that could effect my moods..Version: 2.5.2

Can’t give informationSo i found this app on instagram, and i downloaded it to check it out. so far it has been good, but i hate that you can’t give any optional information about yourself! i have severe anxiety and lately i’ve been alright dealing with it, but i took and anxiety test on the app and the results were “nothing to worry about”. like 😫? i’m sorry but the reason it says nothing to worry about is because i can’t give my information about disorders i ACTUALLY have! seriously. please update that and change it so there can be a button and you can write your disorder(s)/problems and reason why you want to use this app. obviously, it will be optional, so people who don’t wanna share information about themselves don’t have to. thank you, and goodbye!.Version: 2.7.0

New UpdateI totally LOVE the new update. It keeps track of your daily, weekly, monthly and yearly mood, informing you of which activities and which times of the days your mood increased or deceased. Your mood is calculated and also the app is so easy and fun to use. Thank you for this update. Love the app, hate the colour schemeI love using the app, I’ve found it really helpful. Very user friendly and adaptable to your needs. However I find the colours super uninspiring, especially the Year in Pixels, going from poopy brown to a storm cloud grey blue to document the range between our sad to happy moods is not great. Please give us colour options so we can make it more individual, or at least go back to the previous colour scheme of red for sad to green for happy.
