The concept of automatic negative thoughts comes from cognitive behavioral therapy. The idea is that even minor negative thoughts that automatically appear in our consciousness influence our mood and psychological conditions.
We provide users with several interactive techniques that help criticize and fight such negative patterns in thinking.

Breeze: Mental Health Pros
✓ Great for mental healthSo far it has been great I need to track my moods through the day for therapy to see the contrast in them and it’s really easy and efficient to type everything in or just press an icon also helps to recognise how I’m feeling if you struggle with a mood disorder like I do an have very bad memory I would very much recommend it to keep track of things..Version: 2.3.2
✓ Decent, needs some improvementsI do quite enjoy this app, I have purchased the upgrade to do the personality quizzes and courses. However I notice the track sleep feature disappears more often than not. I have logged my sleep once since using the app but the options has not returned since. The opening screen mentions tracking sleep as well, but I still unable to find that feature most of the time. It would also be nice to set multiple notifications to keep reminding me throughout the day to update the app. Lastly and this is mostly just personal preference, I would love some colored them options and app face options; again not necessarily would just make me happy for the money I spent..Version: 2.4.9✓ Breeze: Mental Health Positive Reviews
Breeze: Mental Health Cons
✗ Please don’t download this app if you have actual mental health issuesI could absolutely guarantee that there is genuinely no science to back up any single thing on this app other than what has been ripped from official PHQ assessments which you can take by yourself for free anywhere. These BuzzFeed style “mental health assessments” are very degrading and please seek actual assistance from someone who respects you and you can trust to give you information like your “toxic trait” and if you’re a “manipulator”. I don’t even hate the idea but to label these things so negatively and then their added “cute” little graphics to represent it adds a layer of arrogance and doesn’t take mental health issues seriously. We all have toxic traits, the creators of this’ toxic trait is thinking they’re better than everyone else. Don’t waste your money on these pretentious people who want to label you, there are free resources to mental health clinics in times of need and if you’re feeling down on yourself remember these labels do not define you. Shame on yourself Breeze..Version: 2.6.4
✗ Highly InsensitiveIt’s not free. You have to give payment information immediately, even to start the 3 day “free” trial. Also, Breeze creators, you can’t “beat” depression. That’s not how depression works. And you don’t just “overcome” anxiety. That’s not how anxiety works. Phrasing it that way is incorrect, insensitive and damaging. Try “find ways to help cope with depression/anxiety”..Version: 2.3.4✗ Breeze: Mental Health Negative Reviews
