✓ Unfriendly WebsiteI’ve order online before. But for what ever reason, the website was changed to a more unfriendly website. I figured out that I couldn’t put an address in for shipping and/or billing at the order level. You have to have you shipped and/or billing addresses already saved in your account. It also takes a minute or two to save it. If you are not allowed to input a shipping address when you’re placing an order then there should be an error message that says so. I hate websites that don’t explain to the end user what the problem is..LilBeaVersion: 4.1.0

✓ Updated- thank you customer service! :)Though the hold time was very long, I know they are understaffed and doing the best they can. The lady I spoke to was very kind and very helpful. She explained everything to me and my complaints were for naught because I was the one not reading numbers properly, so MY apologies to Sally’s. Though I am sad the rest of my order was cancelled unknowingly (mostly sad because at this point I have some serious grays peeking out and I really needed that dye LOL). I know that falls under a diff dept though. I’m still a Sally customer and I hope this mess gets sorted out for everyone very soon. I also hope that color comes back into stock! ✗ Employee mistake - I have a membershipI was just in my local store and she said she couldn’t find my membership. I looked in my emails and I have many because I’m signed up not sure what’s going on she said it doesn’t exist. So my email should be in the system go figure because of the Pandemic I didn’t want to make a big deal..Chris Why?Version: 3.0.0

✗ Colour view App doesn’t workI enjoy the app, despite the Colourview App doing absolutely nothing. It worked in the very beginning when the app came out, but no matter what I try, it does not “apply” the colours to view or try on—just adds the product to the basket..WormsaswVersion: 2.0.1
