✓ I got restricted…Wizz, I’ll be honest. Your app is pretty cool. I downloaded it roughly a week ago and haven’t spent a day where I’m not on it. When I received the bulk message reward from the daily rewards, I wanted to send out a fun and quirky message that read “text me back or else 🔫🥰” which in retrospect I realize now could be consumed as a threat. The next morning I woke up and all of my chats had a message at the top that said I’ve violated the guidelines of Wizz with no real explanation. I’m not even sure if that is the reason my account got restricted but it’s the only thing that occurred before I learned of my restriction. I did not intend that message as a threat to anyone. It was merely a playful mixture of words and emojis, with the hopes of drawing attention to produce responses. So with this 5-star review, I do hope that you’ll consider un-restricting my account so that I could continue to use the app freely and enjoy my time there. ✓ Ads </3The app in itself is amazing! I’ve met a bunch of people that are lovely and made some really good friends, and I love how it allows people of all ages rather than having an 18+ feature. The only problem I have with the app is the secret chats feature. At first I thought it was the people messaging me doing it but then I found out it was the app doing it by itself and to see the “secret” message, you have to watch a video. I understand you need money but you already have an in app purchase that people are definitely making. It makes it annoying to speak to majority of people because I have to watch a 30 second ad just to speak to someone. I know it’s only 30 seconds but it’s still an inconvenience. The reason I titled this ‘please fix this’ is because I have been logged out due to not enough people being in the 80s - 90s age range. I am a 14 year old girl, and my account was set to 13-15 year olds. I have made a joke account in the past with the ages of 80, but it has been months and I didn’t use the account after the one day of me logging in to it. When I load in to the app, it comes up saying I have to wait until more people with the 80s age range join wizz, although I wasn’t in an account with that age range. This means that I can’t do anything on the app, and the bots that are supposed to help are not helping, so I came onto here, hoping someone would see! ✓ Not Bad!I actually used WIZZ for half a year and met some awesome people on there, who I'm actually still friends with too! I think the monitoring is alright, not perfect but enough to be somewhat of a safe platform. The only issue I have is screenshotting someone's profile. Why should I have to pay to see who screenshotted my face? Look, I don't mind sharing my face so people know what I look like, but why would you allow someone to do that? I'm not comfortable with this at all and that's actually why I deleted WIZZ too, because so many weirdos started screenshotting my face and I COULDN'T SEE WHO WAS DOING THAT. I've even had my face screenshotted 8 times! Please don't allow users to screenshot or screen record other user profiles. Who knows what their intentions are, especially now with "deepfaking" people's identities. PLEASE remove the screenshot and screen record feature, for the sake of our safety. ✓ Face ID and ModeratingI like this game a lot it’s a good way to make friends. I think my only issues are with the verification and the moderating. For one, the face verification thing took me forever. For people who don’t have the app, to verify that the photos are actually you, you can take a selfie and the AI matches it to your picture. Mine would not work at all. The requirements were to have glasses on if I wore them, take off any hats, and to have good lighting. Even if my selfies were basically the exact same picture, I still wasn’t verified. Took me 30 minutes. My second thing is with the moderation. I’ve been blocked from posting quite a few times and I read the guidelines and each time I tried to keep my posts within the guidelines. But every time I would get blocked from posting because my post “violated the guidelines”. But then I scroll through some peoples profiles and they have basically the same things I did, yet their posts weren’t removed or reported? I hope it’s a weird glitch, because nothing I’ve said even remotely breaks the guidelines. Overall the app is great these two things just frustrate me quite a bit..Version: 5.12.0

What’s bad about that is to get unbanned you have to wait a year. Myself of I wouldn’t a year just for a app. It would be more better if there was a warning or being banned for a week or month. ✓ A review of WizzThe app Wizz is amazing app where you get to meet new people and make friends which I enjoy the most but the app could do with improved such as the layout of the app instead the layout should be more like instagram be able to post pictures and message people while seeing and commenting on their post furthermore the app could show people age on profile so that if someone is talking to someone that person knows she isn’t underage. Another improvement is that why is Wizz allow people who are only using the app to find customers to sell nudes because that’s what I keep finding people saying “I am bored what about you” and asking for instagram and then ask if you want to trades nudes seriously you need to fix it. 3rd way to improve the app is only allowing people to tap with people within their own age brackets but allow them to talk to people who are only 2-3 year older their current age. Also can you remove the secret message feature and remove the gold membership because i want to use the app won’t having us my earn money instead allow us to send request and that person can accept or not accept. ✓ Banned accountsI have had to make multiple accounts that only last up to about 10 hours before I get banned/restricted for doing virtually nothing I have normal conversations use normal pics for my accounts yet still end up getting banned for no reason it’s not a bad app and I’ve meet some chill people they just need to do something abt this maybe loosen up on the rules a little but because it seems like they ban me for doing nothing I don’t know if they ban someone for spamming which if so that’s ridiculous and you should just make it so people can’t send messages after so many and they have to wait a while and have actual moderators not an AI because it’s not gonna know what’s what and make mistakes it should be more of a if system detects a problem moderators look it over before just banning accounts they can look it over and then make a full decision because it reduces problems and would make the app work a lot better. ✓ Love this AppI just wanna say thank you to the creator of this app first off , and would like to share my story. While being on the app yes you get a thousand text a day even once you just start, and you watch videos to unlock more and more,But the people on there just have the same thing to say if you know what I mean until one day in December. Someone messaged me saying the that I was really pretty as everyone else so I looked at his photos could barley see him but he looked cute from where I was looking so I messaged him back and it was up from there, we message just about everyday and even talked/ ft on the phone and I was really nervous to get on the phone with strangers but with him I felt comfortable not enough to show my face tho😂. What happened next was what I didn’t see coming…. ✓ Very goodDefinitely the best out of all the make friends apps. They do have a coins system but buying coding is completely optional. Coins can be used for things like promoting yourself and sending lots of messages at once whereas in other apps like this the coins are required to add friends which isn’t cool. ✓ Add more to it!Hey I really love this app and I kinda use it constantly but you could definitely add some more to it. First thing is, you can add more communities for different games, sports or artists. Second thing is, I feel like you shouldn't have to pay money to add more pics on your story. For an app to just talk to people and not have anything serious, it shouldn't be 80 dollars a year (20$ 3-monthly), 365 dollars a year (7$ weekly) or 120 dollars a year (10$ monthly). Lastly, this app is kinda too strict. I posted something on my story that says don't send me any nudes and it will give you a cool down when you can edit it. I had to wait a whole day to edit it again just because I didn't want someone sending me nudes. I know you have robots to view everyone's story and if they see that word, they will give you a cool down but still, it shouldn't be for that long. They also wouldn't let me have someone else look over it to make sure I didn't post something inappropriate.
