✓ Can’t continue specific level between devices…I really like this game; however, it’s really very annoying that the levels don’t sync between devices! Example, I play this game, mostly on my iPad, but occasionally will play it on my iPhone, I’ve completed several levels on my iPad, but have to start from the beginning on my iPhone. Please fix this so that the levels will sync from one device to the next so I can continue on where I left off no matter what device I’m using..Scubadoodle98Version: 14.3

✓ Fun, but doesn't loadI really enjoy this game, but unfortunately with new updates it doesn't always load. I have deleted cache and tried to reupload the app, but it will look like it is about to work and shut down the whole app. This has been ongoing since I downloaded the app quite awhile ago. Quite frustrating considering there are time limits on the levels before you have to "pay" to play the old level. I'll keep it for a bit longer, but if I can't get it to work right by the end of January, I'm done trying..MyLittleSyVersion: 10.0

✓ Great game, terrible customer service issueI have tried a number of Escape room games, this is by far the closest one to an actual escape room. This is actually a great game to train yourself to see and think with an escape room mindset. I bought the “beginner’s pack“ of coins so that I could unlock locked rooms after solving everything that comes with the free download. I was supposed to get 70 coins, but only got 40. I am unable to report that issue to customer support, because the app is by Japanese developers and versus the customer support pages are in Japanese. After you solve every level, take advantage of watching the video for free coins. If you use hints, watch the quick video to get the free hint instead of using your coins. Watch the videos to get free stamps every day, which can then be converted into coins. That way, you will not need to purchase coins and get bamboozled..MAndrew7Version: 7.20

✓ Great fun. Slow to roll outI’ve enjoyed all the levels, easy and hard. Plus this month’s Special. They take time, thought and pattern recognition but are very solvable. A couple of times I used clues and had to go all the way to Answer because the problem nor clue made sense. But out of so many problems in each room of each level, that’s not bad. Major issue is how long it takes to update. Meanwhile there are additional “Special” puzzles from prior months, but behind a paywall. It would also be great if we could adjust the orientation and/or use finger zoom. Being able to store 2+ photos at a time would also help, as would a better overlay of the photo positioned so you can see the puzzle and photo at the same time..7645890123Version: 5.4
