✓ Great but...Great game and all but there have been 2 issues. First, there have been several times where I’ve typed in the correct answer and I was still told it was wrong. I’ve even googled the answers after to double check and i was right. Second, there are way too many ads. I get it if it’s for boosters or bonuses but all the time? ✓ ConfusingI like the idea of this game. I see a lot of reviews saying it is too easy. The clues or riddles are very vague. The same clue could have many possible answers that would fit the letter count. I wish you would make them a little more clear, or accept more than one possible answer..Version: 2.1.6

✓ Too ambiguousThe game is entertaining enough to keep me playing, but many of the questions do not give enough info to correctly guess the word because the clue could have more than one answer. Example- the hint was “to blow up.” I put inflate but the answer was explode. Same number of letters, no way to know that my answer would be wrong. ✓ Pay to Play GarbageDon’t bother. The initial game or two will be fun, and then the clues become so ridiculously esoteric (New York Times Crossword level esoteric) there is no way you will be able to guess. So, you will use coins for hints and letters, but then you will run out. And, of course, you can’t earn very many coins playing the game. If that’s not enough, the ad revenue must be off the charts, so why should I have to be subjected to advertising at every turn AND be made to purchase coins? Finish a turn? Watch a video. Daily bonus? Watch a video. Get an extra chance? Watch a video. The game is designed to push you to the store to buy, buy, buy. Don’t bother. Just say bye, bye, bye, and delete..Version: 2.2.0
✓ Good for idleI really like this game! It helps you refresh your mind and train your brain daily; also helps you work on your spelling. Some riddles are easy, and some will surprise you and you know it but just can't remember, so it gets frustrating ; but at least they give you a chance by watching ads for less than 30sec and it can be really annoying, or use coins so you don't lose your turn. I hope it can be even more challenging by adding additional obstacles and have something more fun to do while waiting for your turn. ...Update on my reviews... I'm giving it 3 stars now! ✓ OkThis game is ok but could be better and more fun if it was tweaked. You play an opponent and it takes time to go back and forth only for a win that grants you 26 coins for a win. It’s like huh?? Each clue costs 25 coins so to win so little coins it’s not worth it. The side game called wheel is a crack up as well. You have to guess five words per round with subpar clues and if you finally get all five you win ten coins! Oh my! So worth it, not!! It’s in need of help for sure. I like the main idea of this game because I’m good at spelling, but if you’re not don’t bother. In this game the player must not only guess an answer but spell it out correctly. ✓ Huge disappointmentI usually love any game by Etermax and love, love, love word games, but this is especially bad. The clues are terrible and there are culturally skewed questions that many people would never get right. It’s a setup for failure from the beginning. I know nothing about fancy dinner wear or china for instance. I grew up in a nice, middle class home. Any questions about anything fancy or brands above how I lived, I probably won’t know. I breezed through my first game, but then was challenged and the questions were impossible. Sorry, not my game..Version: 2.1.6
✓ Frustrating!The game (when it works) is pretty fun and challenging at times. Currently, there is a major bug in my version which allows me to spin the wheel, and the player to move but the game then freezes. No question appears. What makes this more aggravating is that there is no customer support option built in to the app (that, or it’s well hidden). Currently a massive waste of time. ✓ Doesn’t do what it says. GlitchesIf you don’t want to play with someone who challenges you can press not now but their game still shows it is your turn. ✓ Has potentialI like this game but I have serious issues with it that I know will make me want to delete it soon. 1- if you don’t get the right answer it doesn’t tell you the correct answer. To me it’s not helping me learn. It would be nice if you get the right answer. 2- If you run out of lives and don’t want to spend coins to play, the time it takes to get your turn takes 7 minutes! I have lost interest in the game after waiting two rounds. I don’t have much free time and if I have to wait close to 10 minutes to play then forget it. Ain’t no body got time for that! 3- It feels like you get coins with the dropper. Comparing this game to Trivia Crack, earning coins is painfully slow which is another reason it discouraged me from continuing to play. 4- The ridiculous amount of ads! Over all. ✓ Good concept- has issuesI have played many games. Some of the clues are so easy like others have mentioned but some are so vague it is almost impossible to figure an answer. There are others with multiple answers and coins must be used to get a first letter. For example “most of kindergarten”. What? It wasn’t learning. Is fighting? Sleeping? Teaching? ✓ Good ideaIt’s a great game and it has lots of potential. It does, however still need a lot of work. For instance-I’d like to know what the answers are when I get something wrong. Also, like one of the other reviewers mentioned: some questions have more than one answer and you can only figure out the first letter by using coins- which there aren’t enough of. I’d also like to know how many games I’ve lost vs how many I’ve won, etc. Also, some of the questions are beyond vague (like one or two words) and you have no idea what the answer could be. ✓ Too Many Ads & Cryptic AnswersMy title speaks for itself, I really like the game, but there are way too many ads! Please create an ad-free version of this game! The ads are so overkill that it almost makes you want to delete the game. My other frustration with this game is that the hints are very cryptic and hard to guess the answer to. I realize that’s part of the challenge, but some of them are just ridiculous. Another problem I am finding is that there are sometimes more than one possible or acceptable answers to each hint, but they aren’t accepted. It would be nice too if incorrect spelling was accepted as long as it still fills the spaces and is close to the correct spelling. The game is a fun idea, but lots of things to improve! ✓ Ad Free Version PLEASEI like the concept of the game and the questions are sometimes nicely challenging, however, and it is the one major game issue, there are far too many ads. An ad between every match, an ad to progress if you answer incorrectly, another if you land on a slide (to which you will most likely spin the same number at least 3 times), and even an ad to receive the daily bonus. ✓ Can’t invite my friends etcI love the game. It’s like sautés and ladders with a word game. Me and my girlfriend was playing for awhile until she realized we could compete on our own devices. Tried to send an invite to my friends and family but when I tap invite the bike shows like it’s going to load but does nothing. It won’t let me do it and I’ve tried restarting my device, uninstalling the app and redownloading it. Nothing worked. ✓ Needs ImprovementThe questions get more difficult as you progress. I played against my sister and noticed she got the exact same easy questions I got when I first started playing. Since the answers are also very subjective with various probable answers, there should be a letter bank instead of typing it with a full keyboard. The option to use coins so much during game play kind of takes the fun out of it as well. Ladders can easily be avoided and questions can easily be answered. ✓ Not fun, frustrating actually!Easy in the beginning but it got harder. Hints are so vague and your answer could technically be right but the game says you’re wrong. The only way to find out if your answer was correct would be to use coins to check first letter first before submitting. Examples: 5 letter word for tropical fruit, I guessed mango...wrong. 4 letter work for kitchen worker, I guessed chef...wrong. 6 letter word for Highest point of a mountain, correct answer I’m assuming was summit but this is incorrect bcuz highest point of a mountain is peak. ✓ Okay but...It’s quite entertaining, but I find it really annoying that the answer is not shown when I write the wrong answer. Sometimes I think my answer is right and can’t think of anything else, it would be much better if I can see the correct answer to avoid frustration. EDIT: while playing I got some questions in Spanish and couldn’t continue (as I don’t understand Spanish), that’s a major bug that needs to be fixed.Version: 2.1.6
✓ How to Play with FriendsConnect to friends through Facebook. It seems to be the only way to play this game with friends. The game needs to provide the correct answer when you give a wrong answer so you can lean from it. And the game doesn’t allow for a difference in spelling, i.e. kabob and kabab. Although both spellings are correct, the game only allows the latter’s spelling. Sometimes there’s more than one correct answer but it’s under he discretion of the game-writer. Also, the game can be paused while you look up the answer on a crossword clue app, allowing for easy wins. This needs to be corrected to make it more challenging. And lastly, there is no explanation on how to complete the missions and what gain there is for so doing. Bottom line: fun little time-waster but keep in mind what they indicate, that the game is geared for anyone over the age of 4!.Version: 2.1.6

✓ Agree with “Good in Principle”!Love the cute, bouncy characters, but there are too few chances to earn coins, and without knowing the first letter of the only acceptable word when several words are possible, it is not fun! ✓ Major IssuesThe questions are seriously flawed. It tells me I’m wrong even when my answer fits perfectly with the category and is the correct number of letters. For example, it asked me for a Canadian city and when I typed in a Canadian city that fit, it declared me as wrong. ✓ Needs workThe game is fun, the concept is so cool. The first time two times I played, it was almost too easy. I flew through the matches. After that it was nearly impossible to play. I like challenging games, but this is downright hard. Guessing words like crossword puzzles at least have context or one letter to get you started- but these clues are super vague, extremely specific (not general trivia knowledge, like enthusiast knowledge) can have multiple answers, or don’t make any sense. ✓ Like the ideaLike the idea of this game but hate two things. First of all if I win why does it still subtract a life?, and when playing the same person it subtracts a life each play. That’s like playing Yahtzee and only getting to complete half a card. ✓ Can’t play with friendsI enjoy the game and want to play more! It’s fun and makes me think about what the answer could be. The downfall I have is that even though it’s advertised to play with friends you can’t play with friends. ✓ Bugs bugs bugs!!!I’ve kept this app since I downloaded it the other day but omg I have not seen so many crashes and problems with an app before. Also if you click app support it says you can’t find this url. This app is terrible right now!!! Fix your game. Once you do, it takes your personal details like your full name and photo to be displayed to everyone. You have no option to change or even just hide your last name. ✓ Can’t play with friendsI downloaded this game on mine and my mom’s phone so that we could play against each other. Not to play against other people. None of the links work whether they are sent through text or email. There is no way to search for your friend either. ✓ Good in Principle But FrustratingI love the idea of having chutes and ladders set up with a guessing game to accompany it. However, many times I’ve found that there are multiple possible answers to the clues which fit the number of letters required. This makes the game quite frustrating as it has only one possible answer programmed but if you input one and not the other it counts it as wrong even though you are technically correct. (E.g. the hint is Persian Gulf Emirate, five letters: this could be either Qatar or Dubai, but only one is programmed to be correct. In order to know which they are referring to, you would have to spend coins to find out the first letter, which is not always possible.) Thus, the idea is cool, but the bugs often make for an unpleasant experience. I may end up deleting this app if there continues to be an excessive number of them..Version: 2.1.6

✓ A few bugsIf you buy clues letter by letter you won’t have time to actually spell a longer word. You’ve then wasted your coins. If you attempt a second time, you may get “ghost” letters that aren’t visible. Again, a wasted coin or two until you realize you won’t be able to see the letters. Multiple possible answers on questions are frustrating when you choose the wrong one. I’ve actually verified several online just to make sure my answer wasn’t incorrect. Examples are “leather strap worn around the waist” and “the day before Saturday.” I was able to clear the board in 1 turn without using a single ladder during my first two games. ✓ BE PREPARED FOR SLOW SERVERSYou will have already played your turn, winning the match even, and the game will send you a notification that it is your turn to play, minutes after. Most FRUSTRATING, because the server chooses when to tell you it’s your turn, even if it is days after the person has played. Why they don’t have a time limit to play???? So multiple games become frustrating waiting for your turn, especially when you’re winning and the other player just wont play their turn. Worse, the server all at once tells you it’s your turn in games that had been days in waiting. THE COST OF THE GAMES do not match up to the earnings! You don’t win enough coins even if you have back to back wins! I have been playing for years and can’t get above 1,000 coins, it costs way too much for ONE letter. ✓ Bug needs repairingI can’t find anywhere else to inform the problem I’ve experienced the past few days. It is working normally for the first few answers. After three correct answers, the game stalls after the next spin/move. I spin, the character moves, and then it hangs up. No question, no way to even leave the screen. In have to cancel the app which resets the game back to 1-1. I have two games started that are both doing the same thing. After half a dozen attempts to move past this stage, I’m done..Version: 2.6.0
