✓ Special event doesn’t workHow many times do I have to replay the special event? My progress keeps getting reset to zero. All my food truck progress disappears and I have to buy them all again. How can I compete when I have start over every day!?.Version: 1.4

✓ UpdateI loved this game and became obsessed with it. After the key recent update a couple days ago I can no longer even get on the app. Everytime I try it crashes. I updated my IPhone to the newest IOS update and it still didn’t work. It would be a 5/5 without this..Version: 3.2

✓ I would give it zero stars if I couldDownloaded this game early on before it’s global release. Initially was a fun game and I spent many, many hours playing it. I would finish tournaments in the top 3 consistently. Then the problems started. At first I couldn’t join tournaments, then I couldn’t join events and eventually I lost my multiplier, after having spent over 6k diamonds on it. I contacted support and now after 9 days without any response and numerous emails from me, I have lost my entire game (I don’t use Facebook and that’s the only way you can sync the game!). All my hard earned diamonds (over 18k) have vanished, all my trucks and the game has basically reset back to the beginning. Avoid this developers games like the plague. They’ll be happy to take your money and show you ads but as soon as you hit any problems their support will be non-existent and amateurish at best. Update: Eventually got a reply and was told it would be fixed. Few days later was told they couldn’t fix as they couldn’t verify diamonds etc on my old account. Sent screenshots for verification and they still refused and reneged on all previous promises..Version: 2.2

✓ Boring. Nothing new.I’ll admit, I was really excited when I downloaded this game because the advertisements looked amazing, little did I know it would literally be so boring. This game needs to be unique, the characters are a nice touch but the whole story is nonexistent. I would suggest adding more little touches like people walking around and buying food, a way you can read your park / individual truck reviews etc. This game needs to do something that’s original, because currently it’s just tap, tap, upgrade, tap, tap, buy new truck, repeat. The 2 stars is because of the addition of characters and potential..Version: 1.4

✓ Love it, but needs something..🧐O.K. I love this game & everything about it. Including customer support, who has always been FABULOUS!💖💕 However, now as an experienced player, all of my trucks are “Pro” leveled & I have cash in the Z’s. What to do with the cash? One would think that maybe I could buy a pool like the one depicted on the top of the page or new picnic tables or walking ballon clown. Something!🤗 I have all of the event trucks, and now I have to wait until April for a new truck?🥱 One more thing, my achievements say I only have 11 event trucks and I know I have 12 (or more). This has never been fixed by support.🙁 UPDATE: It’s Dead to me. No update, no tournaments, no support. Boring..Version: 3.2

✓ Lacks Meaning and drive to keep playingThe initial 2 mins is good, having an interest to see what is happening, but after that, it loses interest. The game has amazing design and aesthetics but just lacks interest. The only drive to keep playing is to get rich and unless your a diehard food truck fan. There’s no reason to keep playing like being able to pick your trucks or layout or anything to begin with, this would help the player to bond with their game and have a more emotional connection with it to have a reason to keep playing. Great design. But of a poor execution..Version: 3.2
✓ Returning playerThe game is well made and great fun BUT the one thing that had me coming back again and again was the events because they allowed you to earn gems and to compete against others which is fun. You compete and earn rewards. However there are no more events and I don’t know if they are ever coming back and that just makes the game far less fun. I don’t understand why events can’t be cycled through each week or something instead of always being something new. I’m assuming they abandoned the game at this point.
