✗ HR processing is completely unorganizedGuys, the people who review the on boarding documents are incredibly slow. I am also getting emails that I have to do requirements that aren’t even showing up as required in the app so therefore I have no where to upload these additional documents. From the moment I signed up, I was hopeful that this app would provide a convenient way for healthcare workers like myself to book shifts at various facilities. Unfortunately, it has been a complete disaster. One of the major issues I encountered with Medshift was their complete lack of accountability. They had the audacity to claim that I didn't actually work a shift that I had booked through their app. This was not only insulting but also completely untrue. I had to jump through hoops to provide evidence of my presence and hours worked, only to be met with indifference from their customer service team. They have still yet to pay me for that shift. Speaking of customer service, it was virtually nonexistent. The so-called "support" provided by Medshift was nothing more than a black hole of frustration. I attempted to contact them multiple times through their designated phone line, but to no avail. It seemed as though their phone line was conveniently always busy or simply ignored my calls. It's infuriating to think that a service that relies so heavily on communication would have such abysmal customer support..RFarhat0118Version: 1.6
