ZenKey Powered by T-Mobile for Negative User Reviews
✓ Will Not OpenWhen trying to open the app crashes..Version: 1.3
✓ Sprint phoneI have a phone that is under Sprint & no Zenkey for this carrier. I tried to use T-mobile since they have merged but won’t work. Will there be an update to the T-mobile zenkey until all Sprint phones are converted to T-Mobile?.Version: 1.3.1
✓ Not working with my t-mobile e-simI have a t-mobile e-sim and use the physical SIM card slot for an international sim. Downloaded the zenkey app and says my sim is not compatible. The future of single sign on for mobile does not look bright..Version: 1.3
✓ This app is not greatTotally useless app don't waste your time downloading this application.Version: 1.4
✓ CrashesIt took multiple tries to download, but after eventually doing so and setting everything up, clicking on ZenKey’s icon kept causing crashes on day one (returns to iPhone screen). Seemed to work better on day two..Version: 1.3
✓ Gives ErrorDownloaded but when I try to access it says I have the wrong SIM card and to remove and change it then try again. I was originally a Sprint customer..Version: 1.3.1
✓ Saw it work onceWorked once for signing in to Verizon account, then never again. Just takes you in circles. Complaints about the circular sign-in loop are valid, and cripple this app. Think it takes less time just to login..Version: 1.4
✓ Crashes after loginGot it set up but now it’s crashing both on WiFi and cell..Version: 1.3
✓ Fail on initial loginSo I'm supposed to be able to use my T-Mobile login, since there's the partnership, but it returns an error and just says to call the carrier. HUGE FAIL. Uninstalling useless-out-the-door garbage. If I WANTED to call and sit on hold to wait for someone else to do the exact same thing I should be able to do myself because I'm not computer illiterate, I would have done that. Now I've wasted my time trying to use a useless app, but this review is time well spent to warn others not to waste their time on this trash. YOU ARE THE WEAKEST LINK. GOODBYE..Version: 1.3
✓ Doesn’t WorkCan’t access my emails on my laptop. ZenKey doesn’t work so I have to change my password each time I want to get access on my laptop. Useless app..Version: 1.4
✓ Does not workI can’t login with this at all. What’s wrong with this app?.Version: 1.3
✓ It’s not clear if eSIMs are compatible.I’m a T-Mobile Postpaid customer using an iPhone 11 Pro Max running the latest version of iOS, but I am unable to have the app get past the device authentication step. After the privacy statement, I see “Device Authentication Error.” Is this application unable to detect my eSIM? I’m using my physical SIM card slot for an international cellular account, so I can’t use Zenkey unless it is compatible with iPhone eSIM cards. Unfortunately, I was unable to certify in any of the documentation or FAQs whether or not this is the case. Is it possible? Seems like a glaring error, if not..Version: 1.1.1
✓ ABSOLUTE FAILURE APPThis app is junk. Nothing happens & simply waste of time & no heip. I advise new users to stay out of waste of time. Junk status..Version: 1.4
