Like dude, when I play games I don’t just want to turn it on for 5 minutes, run out of play time then bug off to my other things. ✓ Guild Wars ruined it.Quitting today and deleting. Played daily since it started. I actually liked the slow daily grind and material farming of the main game but this Guild Wars thing is the final straw for me. Looking like Knighthood has shifted to the “pay to win” stage. We’ve given them enough chances to fix the balance issues, but they’ve refused. Tired of always being a punching bag for Europeans that get to gank all the territory back during their lunch break while Americans are expected to set an alarm for 3-4AM. Nothing worse than going to bed holding everything and then waking up to nothing. All the captured nodes give them extra commands and extra fortification materials. So they get to hit you even harder the next day. The weeklong match is determined in the first 30 minutes at 3AM on the first day. Then you just sit by and get punched in the face every day for the next week and get to watch a PTW guild that has an unfair time zone advantage collect all the loot. I’ve been hit by a ridiculous bug where an axe was not counted as an axe, and I’ve also fallen foul of a horribly designed pvp system when my network dropped out, which is a common problem for some people. Don’t waste a dime on this. I’m four or five levels higher than enemies with maxed equipment for my level and they’re still winning. It’s ridiculous which is exactly by design so you get frustrated and spend money. Developers for King should be ashamed for constantly pushing out trash like this. Oh and there’s like a dozen types of chests, all which are extremely overpriced for what they offer (one garbage item that won’t be the one you need). Oh wow 20 gems a day from the daily? But, whoever decided that there should be a stupidly limited amount of things to do needs to be fired. Grinding is expected in rpgs, but it’s not ever expected (nor appreciated) when you CANT EVEN GRIND BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO GRIND SO MUCH. I can’t level up to go on hunts, I’m not strong enough to do anything but hunts, and if I CAN do hunts, it’s a limited number of times. It’s literally just a daily check in to level up at this point because the things you can do are easy, but can only be done a certain amount of times each day, and then you do enough each day for a few days, you finally can progress one or two levels, then cycle repeats. ✓ Latest update brought so many issuesBeen playing this game for a while and been loving it... until last update. 1- It brought loads of FPS drops in battles (using the x3 auto battle drops the FPS below 10) 2- Shrine of Heroes is now useless. Before we could send our heroes to all tasks, now we can’t anymore because of two more restrictions added on top of the level one (rarity & stars). The bonus chance % is also completely bugged as it always remains at 0, even with lvl 45 heroes. 3- The Rewarded Video is limited in use but it doesn’t display it anywhere or disappears once limit reached, which ends up in is trying to watch again just for it not to action. 4- Arena leaderboard rankings are still completely unrealistic, even top players don’t manage to reach more than 500 weekly and it still hasn’t been addressed. But...This game is definitely worth your time if your into the hack and slash type of game, the loot system is great and it definitely does have a great story and many great features you’ll find in the game as you go along but... the stamina system is awful once you burn out your stamina you’ll either find yourself waiting hours just to play a few mission or you’ll find yourself waiting ages just to play one mission. The whole stamina system needs a rethink and they way loot is obtained needs a rethink as well. Loot is priority! Customisation is priority! Both these things definitely need tending to before it becomes an issue to player. The artwork is 10/10 I’m 100% a fan of it. Overall i give this game three stars ⭐️. Can’t even start new account on a new iPhone. That’s a silly idea to not allow starting fresh. I just uninstall and don’t play it at all then. Is that better for you? ✓ Was awesome, now it’s.. alrightI started playing this game a few years ago, the art and design was so colorful and the game felt simple and fun. It’s gotten less fun in the last year or so, it’s become a money grab so any cool armor, weapons, events, hero stuff, gauntlets, etc. costs actual money as DLC. the events haven’t changed much, aside from once having (cool) armor sets to level up and build- now we get skins. And most of them are pretty lame… unless you want to spend money to get the cool stuff. It’s gotten monotonous and tedious, I have a higher level knight and I’m getting absolutely creamed half the time trying to do anything in expert with maxed out armor/weapons/gauntlets/charms and hero’s. The value is diminishing, especially event time when it’s like.. I’m giving you money for the pass and the rewards aren’t there. The merchants don’t get new anything, they have the same junk to buy week in, week out, no new gear, customization, nothing new added really, nothing developing for your character to make them unique and fun aside from some weird face paint and a silly hair style for events. ✓ Revised, great game but…Now, I do love this mobile game, I really do, I have spent more time on this game than any other mobile game; and I have to say/type my honest opinion. This game is really deserving 5 stars but it has started to become more of a chore than a game to play; what do I mean by that, well, I have gotten the mythic armor and weapons that the game initially pushes you towards. But outside of the rift, the armor and weapons are really nothing special in terms of completing the main story of the game; I am currently level 49 and I can’t even get past the first section of Karnheim!!! My armor and weapons are rated level 49 and the enemies are level 45…you would think that I should be able to press forward with the story but no…I can’t seem to get past this section!! I mean the devs really push the mythic items but I would have rather have unique armor and weapons; like I stated before, the rift power only matters in the rift; not outside which honestly is stupid beyond all reasoning! I really hope that the devs are reading the ratings and do something about this totally unbalanced system of mythic gear being useless outside the rift; otherwise, I will have to find another game to occupy my time. ✓ The grind is tediousI wanna start off by saying i don’t think this game is a bad one or anything, i even particularly enjoyed it for a bit, but the grind in this game is unreal for the amount of energy and stuff they give you to. For starters weapon upgrade materials like magnesium or cobalt should be way more available and no where near as grindy and expensive to upgrade your gear. I would say this is my biggest complaint with the game because I will be two levels over sometimes for the missions they want you to do and i still lose i could use the best potions and still lose to just simply not having enough recources to upgrade all the weapon types, armors, and heros they want you to all your resources into while you get barely any to start with. You get so little of recourses it sometimes takes days maybe even a week just to get everything you need, and that is ridiculous you need to give more recourses to your players and stop expecting them to buy their way through your game..WisiajsushshVersion: 1.17.6

Don’t mind playing a game but having to check back every hour or half hour to see if your monster is ready makes me want to play other games. Having to memorize a roaming monster schedule put out by the community to get the most out of the game seems like an added level of difficulty thats not required. They tried to enable an alert to help when your monster is available to fight but it hasn’t worked. I paid the $5 for the battle pass but after that I will not be playing. ✓ Good but not goodSo this game is a story driven game where you can join a guild to get some extra stuff like damage boosts to certain bosses and earn some characters though not many. I was excited at first about this game when I started playing it but I found some things that ruined the game for me. FIRST, there is a ranking at the coliseum but you can only battle other players pre set load out of their armor and weapon and whatever helpers they have. SECOND, there is a limit of energy per day you can use and it’s a cool idea but it just ruined the emotion of excitement of not wanting to stop playing the game at the beginning. THIRD, this game does NOT feel like it should be pvp in the sense that I have to fight someone else’s pre load out instead it should be a live pvp because it’s kind of easy to beat someone around your level unless they’re like 3 to 5 levels higher. FOURTH, there should be a party up system where you can join players that are trying to do the same mission or party up with a random group to help them do a mission you have done before if there is no one available for the mission you’re stuck in. This game would be much better if it was made around helping each other instead of just a solo player story that’s limited by time because that will ruin many players experience and excitement to keep going when they can’t because their energy ran out..ItzJetLagVersion: 1.2.0

✓ Great Game Horrible Customer ServiceI have been playing this game for over 6 months and for the most part it has been an enjoyable experience. That is until I encountered an error or glitch in a quest that permanently prevented me from progressing forward. There customer service appeared easy enough to reach as you click a button in game and it allows you to write your chief complaint. I received a typical email saying they needed more information including screenshots which I immediately provided. I then received an automatic email saying they have not heard back from me and would be closing my ticket if they received no reply. I replied again only to receive a final automatic reply stating my ticket had been closed for lack of my response. This entire interaction happened to me twice over the span of a couple months after I had another issue in game and had to reach out. I repeated the whole thing where I sent in my chief complaint and they responded with needing more information, I replied, they said I didn’t etc. I thought maybe this was partly due to COVID but as of today they released a brand new update. Guess what? My issue is still there preventing me from progressing. ✓ Ruined potentialThis game has so much good it is hard to give it one star. However, like others have said, it uses every single trick in the book to make you pay and make play less fun. There are: gems, gold, meat, heroes, weapons, metal bits, energy timers, limited time deals, random chance chests…the list honestly goes on. This game is worth money. I am not someone who thinks games should be brilliant and just free. People need to get paid, companies make games to make money. This game is about making money more than it is the game, and with the quality of all the parts of this game that is a crime. The art work is fantastic, the characters, world and story are nicely done. The design of the mechanics is great. The fighting system interesting and exciting. The menu design, pace and general game design are some of the best in the app world. The grinding systems, the pay to win extraction, the constant need to stop to pay gems or work out systems or mess around with things not designed to be fun at all ruin what should be a 5* game. ✓ It’s a meh game.When I started the game I thought the game was simple and I causally had fun slaying the monsters. Now, it’s very repetitive and grindy. When hunting for minions you even need specific type of glove to even get it and minions are only good in arena.. The heroes that suppose to assist with fighting can only activated either rage is filled or by their base attack. I have no qualms with that.. yet my problem lies with only getting four moves just to be used by assist from supports. Also I don’t know if I can swipe punch but I gave up trying. Gears are mediocre. Getting legendary above in 10 pulls on equipment chest is next to impossible. Farming for gems is like looking for change around the house if somebody dropped any.. I don’t know if it’s just me but game crashes often during a fight and I would completely lose the fight.. it doesn’t go to where I left off playing.. It used to be if you got the highest hero(yellow) you got the hero at one star. Now they removed that and made so you only get 5-10 shards. 50 is needed to get the hero. I’ve been playing since this game released. Played all the events which had a purple and yellow level heroes. Not once did I get the yellow one. I got one yellow hero from when I started playing by buying the 5 chests deal in the store. Since then I’ve bought many more and earned enough in game gems to even get a few without paying. None of them gave me yellow level hero. The events last 2 months. So months I tried getting the higher lvl hero from the store chests and nothing. Btw, once the event ends you can’t get the purple or yellow hero from the event. You have to spend money as it’s .6% for a yellow hero to drop. ✓ Good game but upgrading is a painI think this is a very good game overall but what irritates me is the upgrades once your gear gets up to higher levels, the items needed are obtainable but the grind behind getting them is a bit ridiculous ESPECIALLY when you have 4 different armor sets and multiple weapon types that are needed to maximize your characters effectiveness, the prices (game currency) for those items are crazy high and even more expensive if you try to just use the gems, so if you’re just a casual player who plays maybe a few minutes a day this isn’t the game for you because there’s no way you’ll be able to strengthen your character once you get to later parts of the map, I’m not saying it should be downright easy but having to use so many different items and having to power up those items it shouldn’t be so hard to obtain the materials, like I shouldn’t be at lvl 45 and have only 1 weapon at least lvl 40 and the rest are sitting at 39 because I can’t get materials and when I do it it takes forever to obtain them all again, know this is long but hopefully someone understands what I’m trying to say 😂.NotyoaverageplayaVersion: 1.2.0

✓ Wonderful Game, Awful Customer Care.Sadly when a customer service platform offers you no alternative you have to take to matters into a public space. The game is amazing to behold, wonderful animation and overall aesthetic. The gameplay is surprisingly tactical as you progress or aim for certain bonus conditions in a given encounter and the guild stuff is really well presented and immersive. Sadly, I had an issue with spending gems due to what appeared to be a server error and thought I’d quickly sort it out with customer support... I was very, very wrong. Weaving through automated response that didn’t match my problem, requests for video or screenshot evidence that I couldn’t possibly have and then sending me ticket closed messages when I try to dispute that the issue has been resolved. Absolutely naff, completely discouraged from throwing any cash at this game despite it being the kind of experience I would normally support. ✓ Shame it's so pay heavyThe game is really great actually. The visuals are fun and comical, the sound design is on point, the gameplay is a lot of fun. The problem is how often they hit you with attempts to get you to spend money. When you log in, you get slapped in the face with all their "epic deals" -- AKA cosmetic skins that cost the same as whole AAA title video games. The game gives you various chests to open with gear or cosmetic items or heroes. The rates on those chests are so horrible that it feels like they're begging you to buy more, so you can have better chances of getting something that will let you beat the level you're stuck on (you're stick because you've hit the pay wall). Another thing that I don't really like is that there are various energy-type resources that you spend to play certain content... And not only do you have limited energy to do it, but you get limited attempts per day to do the content. So even though your energy had recharged, you literally can't do more. Oh, but you can buy more attempts with gems that you can buy with... You guessed it... Real money! It's just such a shame that a good game can't exist without trying to guilt the player into spending real money, while letting people with tons of disposable income spend thousands per month on the game making late-game play impossible for anyone strong enough to be free to play. ✓ Still needs a little moreMoney is still a huge issue it’s great you can make 55k from weekly challenges but that’s like 2-3 hero upgrades. I have to buy a lot of charms and armor to get mythic gear with good charms and I can’t afford to waste what little gold I have on them. Also logical tomes need a huge increase I’ve had less than 30 since the start of game but every other tome is over 100. Need to balance out the prices of things so I can atleast buy a few pieces of armor and charms to forge. 2k for a charm is quite high for a normal charm. 4k for uncommon armor is too much. With the way currency is your lucky to upgrade a hero and get a couple of items once a week. Weapons are probably the biggest issue considering you need to upgrade 9 forge 9 better weapons and gather materials for 9 weapons. The issue in my opinion is energy I hate the energy system it’s as if the game doesn’t want you to even play it because of how much energy is needed to do “Roaming monsters” and then there is energy need for arena leagues (tickets) and you can only acquire those through the ticket booth which believe it or not you have to wait hours to receive there is also a energy like system with cave monster as well you can only do cave raids if you have torches and guess what you only get torches every once and awhile you see what I mean? My guild has one lvl 60 player and yet again we are up against three guilds with a total of 8 lvl 60’s and numerous higher level players. There is absolutely no way we can contend or remain competitive against such poor matchmaking. Four guild wars in and there has been no resolution or adequate response outside of, “We are working on it”. When one has and is prepared to spend to attempt to remain competitive, it makes little to no difference if you are the only player in your guild who can- 1. Take down the defending NPC’s 2. Perhaps defeat the Defending other players. Additionally I find it peculiar that during the previous wars you could purchase additional orders 5. for £8.99! This time around only one such pack has been made available. The Guild Wars function really needs attention or remove it until the developers have fixed and addressed the numerous complaints to be voiced, here, on Discord, and in the in game Social area. There’s a pretty great variety of customization options, and as you progress through the story this only increases. Premium currency is an option, and you may not quite need to pay to win, but paying does award you more possibilities. However, I wouldn’t spend money on this at the moment due to my own experience with losing gold chests. Gold is the standard currency, and you have the choice of purchasing either 1 or 10 at a time. I saved up gold through the first few fights until I could purchase 10 at once, selected the option to send them to my vault, then went to my vault to check out my sweet haul and instead I found only 1 chest waiting for me, while my gold inventory had indeed decreased by 1,000 gold. If there’s a chance that this can happen with standard currency, then I can’t imagine how frustrated I would be if the same thing happened with the premium currency. ✓ Its Great! But...This game is very enjoyable. The art style is perfect, the animations and gameplay are top notch. Each hero seems unique and interesting. The chat and guild system is probably the best Ive seen! My only complaint is energy... You need energy to do everything to progress in the game. You need energy to do the Hunts to get the materials to level up armor and weapons. You need a new weapon thats good verses Goblin/Undead/Militia/etc to be effective. I love the graphics and the characters and humour, and really find myself sucked into this game, losing track of time and enjoying myself, BUT… I wish the developers would include an AD FREE experience with the subscription packs, or give us an option to PERMANENTLY REMOVE ADS, as they are tedious and over bearing and mess with my mental health, especially when the developers are also spamming with their own ads trying to sell you store perks every time you enter the game.
