✓ Fun, but a bit of a rip off..It’s a fun game all together but there’s a lot wrong with it, it’s very glitchy, you have to pay real money to actually be good, very expensive and when you play it sometimes shows false advertising, for example, today I was playing and it said I could win a grand prize (legendary toolbox) if I completed a challenge, I completed it 2 times and never won the prize. it’s extremely annoying. the game also isn’t fair when matching up teams, I have a level 7 character (which is very low) and I get paired up with level 12+ (very high) meaning they have equipped more items/items slots, better range, distance and attack and are much faster and stronger. Also, sometimes when you make a purchase (with real money) you don’t get what you paid for which is a scam. It doesn’t usually happen with more expensive things though it still shouldn’t be taking money. I do enjoy playing at times but it can be very misleading and unfair..Version: 4.15.0

✓ Game is ruinedZooba used to be a fun game and enjoyable to play even we have to pay lots of money to progress faster, but recent updates they ruined the game and always fix one bug and put two bugs back. It used to give more coins from crates, but now they said we got more coins because that’s a bug and they fixed it. So now you get very less coins which is intended and it’s almost impossible to upgrade character from level 16 to 17 unless you leave the job and play Zooba 24hrs, lol. We invested time and money in this game to support the game and community. I know you guys there new players maybe don’t know how we feel like, but one day you will come back here to leave comments and give 1 star if they don’t change their system. ✓ Poor customer supportThe game is entertaining enough, although I’d agree with those who say that it’s heavily weighted to those who pay significant amounts to enhance their characters. My main complaint is about the abysmal customer support. Seven weeks ago I paid for an item but didn’t receive it. I tried to contact customer support, but was sent round in a loop and was eventually informed that there was no support, due to high demand. I tried a number of times and sent in a copy of my invoice, but received nothing other than automated responses informing me that someone would contact me. To date no one has contacted me to discuss the issue. After six weeks I’d had enough and asked Apple to arrange a refund. The refund was granted very quickly, but I then received notification from Zooba that they had issued a debt notice and I should contact customer support if I thought there was an error - that’s what I’d been trying to do for the last six weeks, so there’s no chance of me being able to do that. My advice is to play the game, but attempt to buy nothing..Version: 3.39.0
✓ Absolutely disgusting administration.For one Im a player that came in when the game had just began. It was fun, I’ve adapted myself to all the changes within the game, with the prices, with the levels and all the characters this game brings because I can afford it and I enjoy playing. What I do not like, is that when I give opinions on the game, about bugs within updates or simply giving constructive criticism I get shut down. Just like now being suspended for giving an opinion about the bugs. Within that, I also do not like that this game does not advocate for women who suffer sexual harassment from players, instead, we get told “There is nothing we can do” (Got screenshots from my ambassador) Many players have been victims and the admins shut us down immediately. So it is not a safe game… additionally, Im a VIP gold who has spent over 10k in this game, and have continue to show interest, however, with the maltreatment of the admins and moderator it is almost impossible to have fun when they shut down every idea, respond rude and threaten all the time to ban you from discords and official pages. This game is ran by the players who play and invest… but if we cannot even give a constructive opinion on the lack of support each update brings with so many bugs, it is impossible to continue. ✓ Impossible to enjoyFist thing first my main issue with this game is the matchmaking. It uses a trophy based system which the amount of trophies you have with your character will be relatively similar to other players in your match. The problem with this is you can level up characters without actually playing them by buying micro transactions in the in game shop. So you’ll most likely find yourself in rounds with players who are like 5 levels ahead of you. I recently just played with a level 15 Earl on grandmaster 1 and almost every player in the round was level 20. Another big issue with this game is the in app purchases. The micro transactions in this game are ridiculous. The game requires almost zero skill as long as you enjoy spending hundreds of dollars on the in game purchases. Items and characters in this game are extremely unbalanced with some being uttered trash and others overpowered tanks. Spending money on in app purchases is a necessity to get any progress in this game. Spending zero money on micro transactions will get you five to seven characters and only to level 11 max for any of your characters. Now I have made a review on this game before and got a pre made response and knowing how greedy Wildlife studios is I doubt they will give a crap about what I said so my only advice would be DON’T GET THIS GAME.Version: 4.19.0
✓ Matchmaking is a jokeI’m constantly in games with players that have level 16 characters when I only have a level 9. This makes it very hard to progress and obviously very frustrating. Also the noises the characters make are annoying, sometimes I choose to play with the sound off. Additionally I have played for a few months now without getting a new character, I don’t believe the percentage of getting a new hero in a chest considering the quantity of them I have opened. Finally, what’s up with the pricing of things!!! Who would ever spend £100 on 2 new characters and some gems?! The season pass is way too expensive for only lasting a week, what’s the point? ✓ ReviewGame is actually a pretty fun game all-round if it weren’t for the fact that the game crashes every time I’ve got into any real action there, especially whenever I’ve got the legendary weapon or when I’m close to winning. As mentioned in other comments, it’s obviously a pay to win game name with money grabbing ads being thrown down your throat constantly for extra characters that you’re supposedly able to earn during the game but I’ve never seen the game drop me a new one other than the initial character I was given to play with. Saddens me to say this because I enjoy the game and the idea behind it but I’ve sadly had to delete on my devices after wasting money on silly characters and too much time being conned out of my time by a fixed game. Maybe the Kardashians can afford to pay, play and therefore keep on winning and having a lovely time but some of us just downloaded a free app for a bit of recreational fun (my app usage time should be enough) but all you are interested in is selling more than PlayStation at this point. ✓ Uncontrollable ProgressI like this game a lot i like the mechanics, i like how there is a skill gap and you can outplay people. But the one thing that might make me actually quit this game is the fact that in the battle royale it takes into account your level of your character which makes them stronger much more tankier and so on. This is especially annoying because you have NO CONTROL over whether or not your getting points for the character you play. Because you don’t earn xp towards the characters level just by playing them, no you get nothing for that instead you have to open up the boxes and hope they give xp towards your certain character i’ve already played 20 games as molly the kangaroo and she’s level 3 while the bull guy i got at the beginning is level 5 and i’ve only played 2 games with him the chests literally gives all of my points to the bull guy whom i don’t play at all so when i go in game i’m in arena 3 and people are level 5/6 and it’s basically impossible to kill them unless you crazily outplay them because they can 2 shot you and it takes about 6/7 hits to kill them it really just zaps the fun right out, at least add a mode where level isn’t taken into account at all..Version: 1.23.0
✓ This Game is a Complete Money GrabIt seems like at least once per game I get a message saying, “your game has been disconnected from the server.” And usually by the time I load back in I am already dead. Also, it is so obvious how greedy the developers were and this game is extremely pay-to-win. Absolute Money-Grab. I wrote this review about a year ago and recently redownloaded the game because I spent ten dollars on it in the past. The game has gotten even more pay-to-win than before. The addition of the season pass has allowed the developers to add a new overpowered character each season. I entered a match with my level 10 Iris character. I have items and everything on this character because this is the one I spent money on. I usually have a fair chance against the people it matches me against because I have gotten such high trophies on this character that I have become underleveled compared to the people I am playing against. Then I see someone with a blue shield in front of them charging at me across the water, moving about double normal walk speed. He crashes into me dealing a quarter of my health and then somehow when his charge ends deals the same amount of damage again. I manage to run away back across the water and he just charged me again and easily catches me and kills me, didn’t even use any weapons..Version: 4.18.0

✓ Zooba crashI love Zooba but instead of updating the game you guys should be fixing the glitching that the players are doing in the game. Every time I play a game it will sometimes start at red then go to orange and then finally to green, then right back to red and I’m not the only one that complains about it my crew mates say they have the same problem too. They matchmaking is trash too, y’all say y’all fixing it from like 3 -4 updates ago and it’s stills the same. My highest level in the game is 14 right now but I go up against people that’s 16-17 that are at grandmaster 3-5 and I’m only at grandmaster 1 with my characters. Then on top of that if I’m playing with someone with a high level why can’t I get other people on my time with high levels too, my opponents get a good team but I get matched with a low level that runs off because the levels are too high for them to go against I don’t think it’s fair at all. If the teams are battling with high levels and I’m playing with one other person I should be able to get 3 other players with high levels it’s not fair how the gameplay is. I work hard to be were I’m at in the game just like my clan mates did too and I don’t think it’s fair that we get cheated out of a game because Zooba is not fixing the right bugs and glitches in the game. ✓ Great game but…..Ok this game is awesome. New characters are frequently made so the game doesn’t get boring. Good gameplay. Etc. Twice I have opened a gold crate it has given me items. What is even more deceiving is that the crate was jumping around like when you get a new character . I find this extremely annoying. Please fix this. Lastly I just downloaded the new update on Zooba and the update in-game will not download. I even deleted the game and downloaded it again to see if that would fix it but now I have lost my account and it did not even work. ✓ 2.0 update ruined matchmakingI’m a huge fan of the game, i’ve pulled up tons of hours on it and i’ve spent my fair amount of money too, but ever since the 2.0 update the matchmaking just went down the drain. Now i’m getting matched with beasts that are either two or three levels higher than my character, or have these goated characters that are simply better than mine in every way, with better items to make things worse. I see where you guys are going, and even tho this isn’t that big of a game, you’d do just fine with micro transactions. The game is very expensive as is, a single rare character costing like $50 bucks a piece, and now you’re forcing people to spend more by matching us with high leveled opponents, making it virtually impossible to win fights. Pulling up hours and raking up trophies will pretty much ruin it for us now. I have about 1k trophies collected with each of the characters i own, and i’m getting destroyed in the first seconds of a match by a much better, high leveled character. I beg you, change the matchmaking to how it was before, don’t get greedy. I like the zany characters, I like the gameplay and I like the overall concept, But I feel there are things that are holding this game back the matchmaking is one of them, I don’t think basing it around trophies is a good idea, it make’s winning matches incredibly difficult. there’s nothing fun about being a level 7 going against 13 or higher in what feel’s like every match, it makes me feel like I always have to hide, so I can get enough trophies to earn rewards. furthermore, the reward system is atrocious, it’s really difficult to unlock new characters, i can’t stand when I struggle in matches to finally win one of them, to receive a gold crate only to wait an absurd amount of time to open it, only to find it was an absolute waste of time, it’s very demotivating and I keep holding on to this hope that things will ever get better, but I’m just a nobody so no one will listen. ✓ Needs improvementAt first, this game is good. Then you get to a point where it’s no longer fun because the matchups are so unbalanced. I’m not fully sure how it’s determined, but you can be a level 9 playing against other similarly leveled teams and having fun, then a max level 20 comes in and will wipe everyone out immediately. There is no way to get ahead in this game without sinking in money… lots of money. Also if you want to spend money, that’s fine but the more you spend to unlock characters the more expensive offers become to continue to do that, so the farther you get the more they try to price gouge you. You will also find that the game is very glitchy… sometimes to the point that it’s unplayable. The main resource you need to level up is coins and character points, both of which only come in decent quantities if you win events, which can only be done with high level characters… so the only option is to pay to level up. Very greedy game. It has so much potential to be a great free to play game, but they just don’t want to address the issues. ✓ Pay to winThe game can be fun when there are players of similar level. However, the game is clearly pay to win in regards to the high level characters and the newly released characters in general. In game when i new character is release it is typically overpowered and is able to be bought out right. In addition to the creators reducing their abilities greatly to the point of redundancy at lower levels people who had already purchased them prior have somehow managed to upgrade them to level 14 making them almost impossible to get close to let alone skill. There is major power in balance in characters and levels. The game also experiences serious connection issues and misplacement of aim. For example, bruce’s smackdown will hit anyone close to is aim circle and not actually in his circle, this makes for a rather unfair advantage considering the level of strength and damage he possesses..Version: 1.27.0

Players that are now joining in are not able to play cuz of higher level Players and starting characters (play nix) just have the same character design of them but better, like the kangaroo and nix. Nix is fast and a quick striker, the kangaroo is are really fast quick but painful striker with another little minion and I’m being chased by one across the whole map and I can’t play and the going invisible thing is far too strong for the spear, half damage instantly and no time to react. You only gain about $5 per match and maybe another $100 each day via prizes. Do the math. People who win frequently have level 11+ characters and blow you away 1 shot. His power could be to shake his feathers and the other characters get hypnotised for about ten or five seconds. Prince could attack and get more health bars. Another idea is that when he ruffles him feathers he doesn’t hypnotise but make the opponent character fall in love with him and protect him for about twenty seconds. ✓ Improve this gameI have played Zooba for about a year and although enjoyable it has some major flaws. The first is that it is pay to win-to get new characters and get them to high levels you have to spend a fortune which most sane people don’t do. The second is how hard it is to get characters without breaking the bank. At first you have a 50 percent chance of new characters in emerald crates and this later drops to 23 percent. I mean this is just madness! The third flaw is the trophy count. The win or loss of trophies is based on only your current trophy level and is influenced by nothing which is unfair-I lost 20 trophies-a huge amount for one match- because I got killed in 5 seconds after meeting a level 10 Steve and level 9 Louie. And I was level 7. So this game is fun but players worldwide are begging for an update..Version: 2.15.0

There are many overpowered characters which can take you out in a second if you’re just one of those squishy characters that take a hundred years to kill anyone, this game has absolutely 0 balance. You have to be ready to grind this game for a full year to get a mid character, or of course you could spend all the money in your bank account so you can get a powerful character, and I’m sure the devs would prefer you doing that as they suggest ridiculous offers that are high priced and not worth it, oh and winning games doesn’t come in that package because no matter how much you spend you’ll still have to face the misbalance of this game and the awful servers that kick you out a lot and also the lag that comes with it. ✓ I don’t write reviews but this game made me .This is the first review I’ve ever written and it is because I really love this game yet am truly discouraged at the “pay to win” style. I am all for spending some money on an app that is worth it ( which this one is ! ) but it is true that over time it becomes extremely unfair and discouraging to keep playing unless your willing to pay BIG money. More incentives based on game play or skill would make a lot of the fans stay and even invest more. I agree the you should be matched up with others your same level... or even some simple change like lessening the time it takes to open a box or level up time would be enough motivation to hold out. ✓ Ruined game and lots of hackersThis new patch ruined the game for me completely. Utterly horrible. Ruined the leveling system, ruined the items, made he game even more of a pay to win game, cost of leveling increased ridiculously, no we have to upgrade little by little when the game was fine as it was before. Absolutely disgusted with this new update it’s trash. The game is still super glitchy, extremely demanding, makes my battery and phone/tablet extremely hot, still using the unfair matchmaking system, I’m level 5 unranked playing against level 10-13 ranked? ✓ Matchmaking so brokenUpdate V3.0 - the update is absolutely shocking. Again focused on pay to play. Making the rich stronger every time. Way to ruin your game Zooba!!! This game is fun and both my 8 year old daughters love playing it as an alternative to playing Fortnite. However, the matchmaking is so so BROKEN... like many others have experienced if you’re willing to spend hundreds of pounds then you’ll be fine maxing out your character level but for matchmaking to be done on amount of trophies rather than character level is just ridiculous. I’ve personally got to a point now where I’m not willing to spend the hundreds of pounds to power up characters to be able to compete at the level of trophies I’ve got. Matchmaking on character level give or take 1/2 levels would make much more sense. I’ve played games where I’ve been a level 7 character and had to battle against a level 16 character which is just pointless. It certainly takes the fun and enjoyment out of the game. Would have rated it higher if matchmaking had been better. Should consider how Fortnite match make battles where character level is not a factor but more on individual skill and the loot you find. ✓ My game brokenI decided to copy a video and wait to Reedem all my gold and em crates at about league 4. I got 2 new character Edna and yara and I was happy but now it keeps on repeating my crate opening when I log in and every time I try using Edna or yara it keeps on disconnecting me and repeating my crate opening . This is the same when I try to buy tokens or Reedem my tickets. I have restarted a billion time and once it showed the crocodile face for Edna a beaver (I’m not even the correct league for croc). I can’t play now and I’m even thinking about having to restart my zooba journey. I also think the game is to pay 2 win and it is hard to get trophies when you have a lot. I request that you get played against people who have similar level characters then you not similar trophy level as people who maybe don’t play with the character but instead level it up and it’s probs easier for the opposition to go into fire if they go against a level 15 nix whilst there a level one nix with zero trophies. Once I got so fed up with the game I transferred to one of their main rival which I still would play but my freind deleted my game. I suggest the developers work harder on the game and try fix bugs especially since mobile tends to be more laggier than pc and it is a mobile based game. ✓ Good game but needs thing sorting outFirstly the game itself is great it’s fun and you level easily but not too easily, the problem I have is I am running into people that are definitely cheating as I keep getting killed from people shooting their shotgun and they appear on screen saying I’ve been killed by them and the kill cam shows them on the opposite side of the map it’s happened to me nearly every other battle I play I’m not even that high level my highest character is lvl 8 but I play these sorts of games across all platforms on a regular basis so have the mindset to know how to play to the optimum lvl but like I said my only qualm with the game is the cheaters in it. ✓ Good until..Had some great fun on this game and it’s probably one of my most played mobile games. It’s just a typical mobile game where everything is going good at first until you start to rank up then unless you start to pump money into the game so you can have a better chance at getting all the best stuff you’ll just find yourself being completely floored every game and loosing trophies every game. However, it can get very addictive, meaning lots and lots of time spent on it! During the holidays, one of my friends started playing the game, and they spent hours on it! It also offers very teasing in-app purchases! I know this is how a free download gets it’s money, and it is an absolutely brilliantly-made game so it must have took lots of time and money to make, so I understand! And to be honest, there are some very good ‘deals’ it seems, but that is what they want to believe, as it soon adds up! ✓ I don’t recommend playing this gameI have played Zooba for over a year now and I have still not earned even half of the characters, I’ve had to spend money to actually get new ones as the game implements a system where after you get a certain amount of characters your chance of receiving a new one gets lower and lower, making you unable to enjoy new play styles which also makes the game very repetitive. This isn’t even the only issue, the game also has horrible matchmaking as you’re put in a game with other people who have a similar amount of trophies to you, completely ignoring their level. This causes level 5s to go up against level 15 characters which is an issue as the higher your character’s level is the more damage and health you have. ✓ Mid Battle Royale Game and very Pay to Win.Probably one of the most pay to win games I’ve seen. The best way to get gems and crates is not grinding, but paying money and the special offers is definitely a way to get people to buy gems and crates. I match up with people that are higher levels, making it harder than it should be. Water is trash especially if people are attacking me and the fire is behind me, making the only way to get away is the water. The water slows you down and does not let you do anything besides getting you killed. If I moved faster in water, or could do my ability that would be good, but water is the worst especially when you get knocked back. Also a lot of characters are very over powered. The positives are that it is fun when your playing with people around your level. Also a fun idea and ability’s are a cool aspect of the game. If you could spawn on different maps instead of one that would be cool. Weapons working different is also a pretty good feature. Playing with my family is fun, (when I can actually play with them). Game could be a top mobile game if there was some balance changes and remove some features. It says you’re competing for number 1 but when the event ends no rewards at all, i believe its broken and says the same thing for everyone. ✓ An Almost Good GameThe gameplay in zooba is fun fast paced and has a great variety of weapons and characters. That is the only good things about the game. Everything else is trash. The leveling system is awful and it is near impossible to get trophies past 1200 unless you plan to sit in a bush until you get trophies since going out and facing the opponents that are 4 LEVELS ABOVE YOU is a bloodbath. Plus they made it even worse with the Grandmaster update. The matchmaking is terrible as well. You are constantly forced to face opponents that are ridiculous levels above you, not to mention the lag and terrible servers. I know it is hard to fix servers but at least fix it when it crashes and says JOINING EXISTING MATH.... and it never works and I end up losing trophies because of it. It is crazy hard to level up your characters and get new characters. It could take months before finally getting a new character, with crate odds that continue to get worse the more characters you get, which doesn’t seem fair at all. If you wanted to get a new character you would basically have to spend real money to get them. This game is PAY-TO-WIN. And even if you pay the prices are ridiculous. $100 for 2 new characters, ARE YOU SERIOUS. What were you thinking Wildlife. Horrible game. ✓ Just don’t playWhile the start was fun. it did fell new and fresh but as the game progresses I can barley get into a match that I don’t win. lobby's are full of bots that barley provide a challenge and I tried this game about a year ago and I even spent real money (witch was stupid don’t do that) on a character that I was interested in. ✓ Great game but has a issueSo I downloaded the game a few days ago and I’ve been playing loads. I really would have loved to give the game a higher review, but there is one problem that keeps popping up. When I’m in the middle of a game my game crashes which is normal for games but not only does it crash, but rather it putting me back in the lobby or putting me on a “waiting for game/match”, it decides to put me in the game I was in. Yes you still come back with everything but half the time I will be dead or being attacked by then. I would like if maybe they kept this but when you aren’t in the match and your loading back in it would be great if they gave some kind of protection or like an immunity. Yes tris may seem “over powered” but it is really no fun when this happens. So I would love the creators did something about this. I would also be okay if they put me back in the lobby because it only takes me roughly a few seconds to find a match. So I hope they can do something about this soon. ✓ Zooba is unfairI’m a level 3 and I have a level 16 in pretty much all my games this makes the game so frustrating to the point where I want to delete the game even though the game is great, apart from the level difference in the main part of the game. Battle Royale is the main part of the game so for it to be unfair makes me kind of angry. If this wasn’t a thing this game would be 5 star but it brings the game down so much, I know many people who put in the same review as me, although I know nothing has changed and it still probably will not. I also have been impressed by the new updates which I really like and I think they give more opportunities to get characters. I think what would be good is if there was a levelling system like level 1-3, 4-6, 7-10, 11-14 and then 14-16. For solos at least. I can sort of understand basing the system off of trophies because some players can be worse then others, but people just absolutely abuse that to the point where the “bad” players or new players want to quit because of the abuse of the trophy system. I believe that having same level characters in the same match will improve the quality of the game and for people who are worse then others have to learn how to play better because they can’t claim the game is unfair anymore. ✓ DisappointedI was one of the original players when this game first started and I really enjoyed it. I enjoyed the unique art style and the creative ways that you guys made your characters. But I actually ended up getting tired of the game because it just wasn’t exciting anymore, the fact that I went a full 4 months without getting a single new character was very frustrating. I eventually became more busy with school and other more exciting interest so I didn’t have as much time to play. ✓ Too much focus on $$This game started out great, the crates gave you an amount of coins that was viable in character progression and the matchmaking was ok, since they announced the great “changes” that were coming it has suffered a lot. They took away the coin amounts from crates to “level” the unfair advantage but it only hurts lower level players and then raised the amount of coins needed to upgrade characters in the new character progression. The trophy loss and matchmaking was supposed to be fixed and have seen nothing of the sort. I unfortunately have put a few $100 into this game and it was absolutely not worth it at all, save your money! If I wasn’t so invested in this game I would have deleted it by now, it’s more frustrating than enjoyable which is a shame because when I first got it I enjoyed the game ALOT! Since the big update last year it has gone downhill quickly and new character introduction do not make up for what appears to nothing more than a money machine for the developers and their friends. ✓ OverpoweredI think this is the second review that I have written because everything has things wrong. Firstly I like the game and I havent spent any money. I understand that this would mean I don’t have much but I’m league 9 or 10 now and I only have nix Bruce fuzzy buck Larry and the kangaroo. Which isn’t good do in game battles. I’ve also been playing this game for nearly a year now. I think you should change the idea that the chance to character decreases when open them so now my chance for a character in a gold crate is around 10% and 23% for a emerald crate. Also some of the characters are over powered. Once in a game I was attacked by a team of 5 donnas hiding in water. Also skippy is one of the hardest to defeat because it can go over objects you can’t has three jumps and a two shot shotgun. Also things like the battle pass cost a lot when in fortnite it only costs about £6.50. Also a very annoying thing was I bought something with my 700 gems and right after it popped up with a discount for a character that cost 600 and I only had 400. Please change this and could you tell people when the discounts are coming out. This is why I rated it 3 star. Will rate 5 if you change this. ✓ Loading problemsI love this game but recently I have been having so many problems. Ever since the new update arrived I can’t open characters and I just get kicked out of the game, it is really starting to be VERY annoying. ✓ Need lots of ImprovementsI love the game but some characters are way too overpowered and need optimisation for them. Some items are way to overpowered, and it only can be obtained if you spend crazy amount of money. If you’re in the game and it cashes you can’t even go back and play it, and you lose trophies for that!!! If game server crashes you can’t go back in game for at least 15 minutes no matter what you do. And there’s no such a thing as a in game help, I’ve tried to contact help few times there were no response not even 15 days later. If you win in game contest or any in game challenges items won’t show up in your account or some players receive double rewards!! For your lost rewards if you contact in game support they’ll reply with let us look into that, that has happened 4 times and 5th time when you try to contact them stating same issue, their answers would be “unfortunately claiming time has passed you should have contacted us sooner”. ✓ MehMatchmaking is unbalanced, servers at times are unstable. More and more hackers are in the game. The Zooba automated help system is a headache more than anything. ✓ Please read this for F2P players.I am a free to play player. But I’ve been struggling really badly getting new characters. Either my luck is really bad or I just don’t know what I’m doing. But still. I vs people at my trophy level, but they’re like level 10 or even above. And they have like maxed out gadgets. Yes the match making seems fair but it isn’t. Put us based on our level, on our gadgets or something like that. Not saying anything. Just giving ideas. And I wanna restart my game enter account but I can’t. It’s just stuck there. ✓ Unfair matchmaking and pay to winOnce I was in a match on solos after unlocking Jade, my favourite character and I was level 2. I got in a match with a level 13. I obviously lost but this is not good matchmaking. Generally I find players 4-9 levels above my own. It is really annoying and you can lose a lot of trophy’s because of this. It is also pay 2 win in the way that the owners are just trying to gain money out of the deals and gems that are up for sale which makes it completely unfair. Like the item pheromone, it stuns you and you can not do anything whilst they are killing you and you may aswell give up and surrender if there is a player with pheromone. It takes the average player years to get these when they are free 2 play but pay 2 win players can just get it in an instant. Totally unfair!.Version: 3.39.0

✓ LEVELING SYSTEM IS TRASH!!If you are low level you won’t win. I was just now a lvl 2 penguin in a showdown with lvl 6 monkey. Easy win all day. I’m a sniper range chat. He’s a melee char no range. I hit him twenty times!! No damage. I have all gold items. Better than his by far. Still he just has too much hp. I can’t kill him. He knows this so he just stands there waiting for the fire circle to get so small I have no choice but to die in the fire or run to him and die. So I end up losing SIMPLY BECAUSE HE IS A HIGHER LEVEL! Are you serious!!!! This is just dumb and I will not keep losing to trash people who have no skills just because they are a higher level than me. The rewards system is trash. All the boxes you have to throw away so they make you want to spend money to get crates to unlock to possibly get a new char or a few fragments to upgrade your char one level. When you have to wait for 12 ON EVERY BOX AND YOU CAN PLAY A MATCH A MINUTE! 99% of all your boxes will be discarded. You will never rank up or level up. This is a pay to win game. All day. ✓ ConnectionAll in all this a mediocre game, balancing is decent, matchmaking is ok at best. U still get matched up against people who have much more experience than you. My main concern is the connection issues. I find myself rubber banding (teleporting back towards a place I was at previously whilst walking) in matches A LOT of the time. My WiFi is fine as I can run other games with connection requirements with no issues whatsoever. But this... this is ridiculous. I’m just walking along an open road and then all of a sudden I zoom backward and then I get told I died, this has happened more than a dozen times and I can say for sure it had nothing to do with my device or my WiFi. After an two or three hours of playing you start getting paired with higher level players. Of course this wouldn’t be a really big issue in most games, however, it is in this one. It takes a large amount of grinding to level up your character. But guess how you can skip that? You pay, you pay heavy amounts of money to instantly unlock better, high tier characters. Along with that, you can pay to get them leveled up. Over time the only people you start to come across are people who payed to get the gear and levels they have. No amount of skill will help you win when another player is higher level than you. Along with the fact that other characters are superior to others, for example, Nix is meant to be a balanced character that is quick at picking up loot. However, if faced against any other character he fails in comparison, either in speed, health, power, or a mix of them. This game purely relies on people paying for their characters, gear, and levels. It is pay to win, along with the fact that this game is marketed to children who, likely, do not know the value of money and how it is wasted in the purchase of in-game items. I like the characters a lot but I’m suggesting a few more that I really hope you can add. 1. Felix, Felix is a koala that uses guns (burst) spears (throw) and bows (rapid fire) Felix’s special ability is that he eats leaves and grows bigger and stronger every time, he can only eat leaves every 10 seconds though. He grows 1-2% stronger every time he eats. His passive is when he comes near somebody, he hugs them and holds them there for 5 seconds. His victory dance, you can pick or what I was hoping you could do is that he spins grabs a leaf and then starts chewing on it. And now one more which is a armadillo named rocky. Rocky uses bombs (roll) guns(burst) and spears (throw). His special ability is that he can roll around with his hard shell and whichever character he bumps into the lose health and get stunned for 3 seconds. His passive is when he bumps into people, they drop a barrier block or a shield block. His victory dance (you can also pick) but what I kinda want is that he runs around in circles and he smirks.
