✓ This game has so many glitches, that they will not fix.I play this game now only because I’ve made friends here that I don’t want to leave. This game has so many glitches and the developers seem to have no desire to fix them. But they do want you to spend your money. I gave it a 1 star only because you can’t give it lower. If you looking at doing this game for the puzzles, like I did, then try only last for a short time. They are a hook to get you playing. I ran through what they had and it shows there are more that will be available stating “coming Soon”, that is a lie. I’ve been playing this game for a couple of years and “Soon” hasn’t got here yet. One of the best features (if it worked half way decent) is Battlefield, but glitches so bad most of the time that it a waste of time trying to play it.Augernaut1Version: 1.0.49

✓ AoG No Longer In The Glory DaysThe game used to have seasonal challenges that were fun and rewarding, but those stopped in 2021. Since then, regular game play, weekly battles and the puzzles which drew most people to the game have been incredibly buggy and frustrating. Numerous tickets remain unresolved. How, for example, do you change regions? What happens when you join an Alliance in another region? What is an Alliance Territory Transporter? How does a Resource Pile get created? What is a Rune? None of this is explained and users have to rely on the sometimes wrong information in the chat. Two stars that would rise to five stars if it had a half decent wiki. Effectively ruining the game experience for others. This cheating continues as developers fail to do anything about it even with multiple complaints for a number of players. Now it takes ages to be able to progress in the game. New players emerge but it is so hard for them to build their monarch they get bored and never return. ✓ Poor Game and Horrendous SupportDO NOT PLAY THIS GAME I give it one star as 0 or negative stars unavailable. Do not play this game if you want to retain your sanity or your bank balance. I played this game and invested quite heavily in it paying for many in app purchases. That was my biggest mistake. This game is full of bugs and support are worse than a joke. They just palm you off with platitudes and the developers do next to nothing. They either don’t care or are incompetent. I have my opinion as to which one it is. The game is full of alt accounts on all servers with one specific player being the worst offender. This is totally against game rules, as specified by the developers but this is ignored completely by him and he is destroying the server gameplay bu cheating. The changes that the developers make are rough and out of proportion. They nerfed all of the paid for only “heroes” so much that they are useless. That’s after paying over £500 for them. They have also nerfed the better heroes so that they are not really worth using anymore. The most recent update skewed troops usage so much that it’s not worth having heroes. They of course only nerf heroes once a few people have paid good money to get them upgraded so have made their money off of them by then. I will NEVER download a Top Games app again as for me they are useless and money grabbing. Their product is poor and most definitely worth avoiding. Played the game for many months and their development was poor. A good example is their puzzles. They have had the same ones for all of this time even although the nee ones are advertised as “coming soon”. They never appeared. Shoddy in the extreme. They are also talking that they are working on a server merge. That’s a joke. It would be impossible to merge all the servers as there are now literally hundreds and hundreds of alts owned by just a few non paying players and it would be mayhem. They are just saying that they are going to do it to try and placate and string along all the decent paying players to make more money out of them. Total joke. Do yourself a favour, DON’T DOWNLOAD THIS RUBBISH. Just had a reply from the developer in response to this review. “Dear player,sorry for your unpleasant experiences.we will feedback to our developers and we will keep optimize the game.If you have any porblem in the game please contact cs for help.Thank you for your support!" The reality is this is just absolute nonsense. Support have actually totally stopped speaking to me all together and all I get is automated emails when they are waiting for me to reply to an email, an email they haven’t actually replied to. Total and utter incompetence. Server 9 is almost totally finished now thanks to the player allowed to develop hundreds upon hundreds of alt players after being expressly told not to. He has done this on several of the servers. By the way his directly quoted as saying he wants to destroy servers. He’s managed. Do not believe any of the garbage in this app précis. It absolute garbage and please please don’t spend a penny on it. I’ve spent thousands on it and I really wish I hadn’t. All the developers want is your cash. DON’T TOUCH ANY TOP GAMES PRODUCTS. Their “puzzles” which bear no resemblance to the app page, have 7 regions. 3 of them are populated and 4 are still “coming soon”. This has been the case since I joined the game probably 8 months ago. Does this show a vibrant developer team behind the game or does this lead you to believe that Top Games are a one man band sitting in his pants in their parents basement trying to make people think they are a decent company. I know which one I think it is. 4/10/21 A quick update. Server 10 now open. DO NOT TOUCH IT WITH A BARGE POLE. It’s already FULL of hundreds of alts. You’ll get nowhere even if you spend cash. This is the server you’ll go to first if you’ve not played the game before. Avoid it like the plague. Devs still sitting in their underwear in their parents basement collecting all the hard earned cash from mugs like us. Despite the platitudes you can see from support in early September in answer to this review the game hasn’t moved on any. No more puzzles which have been coming soon for over a year. Don’t know what their definition of “soon” is. 5 Years? Top Games don’t talk to me at all now and won’t answer any queries. The game still has many bugs. Their “Battlefield” which is the inter-server weekly event hasn’t worked for the last two weeks now. Their gold standard event isn’t worth a jot. Typical of Top Games. 4/10/21 Further update for today. Again devs allowing multiple alts to be created even although they explicitly messaged players against this. An alliance called REB has created an ac and surrounded it with 40 alt accounts and bubbled them which means they are creating ac that can’t be stopped by cheating. Contacted support who are not interested. This alliance was originally set up by a non paying player named King George who explicitly stated he wanted to destroy the server and he created literally hundreds of accounts. He is also on server 6 creating hundreds of alt accounts. Devs are totally incompetent or are choosing to allow the behaviour but it is destroying everybody else’s game play. ✓ Broken gameI would love to give my favorite game 5 stars, but I have lost so many top lvl alliance members due to the incredible glitches this game experiences. People get sick of it and just quit. My #1 member is currently stuck as if he is in battle and has no use of his troops. He can’t collect rss, fight, defend, nothing. I have written so many emails, he has written so many emails, our other members have also reached out. Not one response and no repair so far. Since this is how your top spenders are treated you get 1 star, and I wish I could give you 0. To clarify; he has restarted the game, reinstalled the app, we force ported him several times. Expensive to upgrade your equipment, building, heroes. They can’t get events like arena to run properly, wrong final results, no support even when given screenshots to back up wrong decisions.
