✓ Pay to win RNG trash avoid it!Anyone giving this game a good review is paying at least £6.99 a month to win. The game is fun for quite a few levels then you just hit the brick wall of “pay to win”. The other modes they have added are complete random buggy garbage. You will lose because of random things out of your control. So you will spend you time restarting levels until you get the optimal level that works. The level numbers are pointless because you can never prepare for the level better after failing it because they are completely random everytime and just given a pointless number. ✓ Has potential, execution and devs leave a lot to be desiredHonestly this game was fun for the first few levels and then it becomes clearly broken. The matchmaking is awful. Once you hit a certain level, it will throw you against bases that are 3 - 5 levels ahead of you and allows those same players to raid you for massive losses. The biggest issues is that they cap progress by level and they do this early enough that you don’t have access to the units or abilities that these higher level bases have. So you either deal with losing most of the time or you spend to stay competitive, which is what they are trying to force you to do. If you grow to quickly, it penalizes you in much the same way. It just doesn’t make the game fun. The resources in this game is wack, you get very little per battle so it takes a ton of grinding to make minor progress. They lack content so this is how they force game play time. I have also seen how the Dev team interacts with the player base. They make it clear that they don’t care about community input and just want you yo buy packages. ✓ Really fun in the beginning, now it’s alrightDespite the title I actually really enjoy this game to a certain extent as I often find myself logging in daily. The biggest problem to me is matchmaking and overall base designing. Firstly, when it comes to matchmaking as mentioned in previous reviews it’s outright unfair as I fight and defend against people who are 10+ levels higher than me with units I that are leagues ahead of my defenses and defending units. Attacking these players can sometimes be fun and is certainly possible (if you get good rng from commander abilities) but the same cannot he said for defending. This leads to my second problem of base defense structuring; let me ask you this how is it even possible for me to defend against a player 10+ levels ahead of me with overall superior units when I only have a literal handful of defenses, the fact that I’m limited to a certain number of defenses is pretty dumb in my opinion, if I am given the ability to buy said defenses I should be available to place and utilize said defenses, I know the map is limited but this is demoralizing at best as I literally can’t fight back in the same capabilities as my opponents, if anything increases the defenses limit or fix the matchmaking pool, tldr fix/tweak base designing and/or fix matchmaking, still fun game and will continue to play 👍.Shibe_XVersion: 1.9.2

✓ Pay to win ruins a great gameThe core of the game is extremely fun. Building a base to defend against attacks in a unique way. Then attack with a array of troops, vehicles, and command ability’s. This is all ruined by over powers troops that are just stat wise better in every way that the common troops. To unlock them you either take hundreds of crates that take anywhere from a hour to eight hours to open to unlock for a chance to get 1 of 25 parts to unlock, or pay upwards of $50 for the troop. This can be done extremely early. This makes it almost impossible to grow beyond a snails pace because the troops also defend your base. This makes it so you cannot beat the people with a lot of loot, and you cannot defend against them. During this time you need to buy gems in order to fuel units to maintain the battles. 3) There doesn’t seem to be a balanced multiplayer. Example, lv 30 has major upgrades when you reach it. ✓ Terrible matchmaking systemI love the original Guns Up for PC and PS4 because it had done things perfectly, and this is a huge downgrade from it. I initially had gotten myself a few levels up and had forgotten about it and once returning, I couldn't successfully raid any base given to me because of how undermatched I always am, not to mention the pay to play aspect in order to get newer and better units, you have to be willing to pay for them. There is no clear way to sign out or any way to get all of my progression. All of it is gone. ✓ Disappointing purchaseI spent $8 on the premium pass during an event for a special unit called the Chemist. It was only after I purchased premium and completed every single event achievement that I realized there wasn’t enough chemist medal rewards to even unlock the character. I had even unlocked dozens of chemist chests I bought in the store and I still only had 21/25 medals which wasn’t enough to unlock the chemist character. At that same time I was switching Alliances and I had multiple people in both of my alliances who were confused and disappointed that they didn’t unlock the chemist either even after purchasing the premium pass for $8 and completing everything. I just think it’s ridiculous that they’re advertising a character for an event that even the people who purchase premium aren’t able to unlock! It’s false advertising! If you do download this game, be very cautious spending any money during events. I don’t even understand the business tactic behind this because you rarely ever get chemist medals from the crates themselves so there was literally nothing else you could even buy to unlock the character. They just chose not to give it to anyone. I think the company should automatically unlock the character for everyone who purchased premium. ✓ Fun but unfairThis game is super fun but also extremely unfair matchmaking is broken you’re either matched up with someone super weak, or overly powered there’s never a in between some of the units are super overpowered then you work so hard and grind to level up your veteran units which can never be healed unless they rank up and once they hit 3 stars they can’t be healed anymore so once they’re dead you lose them completely (loads of time wasted on them) even when you deploy them on the field and you have a medic unit they only heal what they go into the battle with which makes no sense and forces you to grind and make more consistently seems to me the game favors people who pay for the extra stuff for example I’ve been playing free pretty much the whole time and then I hit a wall where everyone I was matched up with kept beating me until I PAID for a special unit then what do you know it became way easier after that don’t get me wrong it’s a fun game but needs A LOT of work to even out the playing field for everyone that’s why I’m giving this a 2 star could be a 5 but until it becomes fair for free and paid players I don’t think it deserves over a 3 it is a fun game but still needs work sorry guys keep on trying.JsaiahhVersion: 1.10.4

I loved the gameplay and I loved the grind, however, I think the mobile version has unexplainably lost some of my favorite aspects of the original game. For one, I loved the console pack system. Although being a grind, you were always so excited to see what new troop would would receive. In guns up mobile, the excitement is far less often and the game itself has just become more like a stereotypical mobile game. You get resources, you build/upgrade buildings, and you attack. Although being the main concept of most video games, guns up mobile (unlike the original guns up) has an incredibly long build time. I would have been more satisfied if they had just copy and pasted the original console guns up into a mobile app. I feel that what they have done is create a stereotypical and unsatisfying app that is really only trying to get you to spend a few bucks on the game..Sam Chung 8596Version: 1.1.8
