✓ Need changeI really enjoy this game however, it can really add nice touches to the gameplay to make it more fun. - finding gems is hard. I get it if gems are rare to come across and there are ways to obtain them but I feel like obtaining them can be frustrating and eventually, overall annoying. Gems are used as currency which is fine and makes the gameplay fun such as buying eggs but getting them can proves difficulty if players can’t buy gem packs in the stores or simply can’t find purple stars. In this case, I’d suggest a way to get gems easily but still difficult. Maybe add a mine or tower which you can send your creatures off on a mission or exploring if possible that when they come back, they’ll have rewards with them such as coins or gems. - more creatures would be nice such as a nekomata, demon or a komainu. - towers in which you can send your creatures off in a adventure and will bring back rewards which also mention in gems. -battles could be a possible. They would make the gameplay more fun and could power up your creatures. - the compass system is really not that great. Sure we have 7 compasses but they take a long time to regenerate. Maybe make the time less shorter. Well, that’s all of my ideas for a better gameplay. Hope you can do some of this in the next update!.Version: 1.5.1

✓ Love it, but suggestions...This app is so fun! The graphics are good, not many pop ups, and the artwork is adorable. But There are some small and large problems and suggestions that I’m gonna make. 1. The coin inventory. This I dread because I love collecting coins in games. Maybe you could make the coin inventory unlimited so we don’t HAVE TO get something or sell/trash your coins. 2. The fact that the animals/ creatures have no movement except for hovering over the land. They look like little stick puppets just shifting to harvest/attack items. All they do is tilt. 3. High costs. Most games have this because they want people to get a membership in order for the player to get more coins/gems. Maybe lower the costs or make a discount or something. 4. No events! In one game I own there are events to go with the seasons. But instead of taking away all your hard work 😓, you should keep the animals/creatures you created or hatched. 5. Last but not least, sleeping animals. I really don’t like how the creatures go to sleep for a long time, especially if it’s the only game that doesn’t need WiFi in the car 🚗 . You should probably just stop this setting altogether. Other than this I’m very happy with this game and I hope that you make more of these sorts of games. ✓ Can’t get my club chestOverall, I have enjoyed the game but 3 recent developments have decreased my interest. There have been no levels added for a very long time, the Dream Island area of the game was not further developed and was useless after the first day or so of play, and my biggest complaint is that the access to the club chest is so short that because I only have time to play in the evening I am never able to collect the chest that I earned..Version: 4.2.0
✓ Good game but the in game purchases are ridiculously expensiveI actually like this game and I’m not really into gaming a lot. However the need to buy gems in order to get anywhere is really annoying and very expensive $159 US is way over the top. I refuse to do this. ✓ Pay to win design unbearableGame is alright at first, I’m okay with things taking time, but you must have gems to progress which cost real money. There’s no reasonable way to get gems by playing. I played for about three months and spent some real money but the thing that made me uninstall was I have to pay to reset a level and then pay again to play it. You only get 7 energy every 7 hours so you can barely play more than a few minutes. Sorry but that is ridiculous and devs you know what I’m talking about. Give players a way to get gems, at least enough to do the garden quests, or have an alternative way to complete the egg chest quests with gold or wood. Have a way to reset a level without blowing your entire 7 energy. The menu is awful, making everything with real money first and having you scroll through to get to the stuff you actually are buying. ✓ Addictive but disgustingly greedyThis is a additional review added to the below, AGAIN THE EVENT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET EVEN HALF WAY WITHOUT PAYING FOR GEMS OR PLAYING LITERALLY NONSTOP. Sure put some creatures behind a pay wall that’s ok but make the event only a weekend and pretty much pay to win is a slap in anyone’s face. And to top it off,! It’s obvious you didn’t want people to complete the event because you decided to make “unique” offers like, “oh you almost got this event item, would you like to pay for it with gems?” And then “oh would you like to double your rewards for more gems again?” Absolute disgust the amount of GREED I hope more people complain You guys nearly force us to buy gems to continue to get stars. You should implement a way to lock a creature to a task so they don’t go off and harvest beginner orbs and such. AND THE EVENT WAS WAY TOOOO SHORT!!!! My wife literally almost played non stop and only got like half way. I got next to nothing from the event due to lack of time. In my opinion you developers are a bit greedy for the gems. ✓ Why does harvesting has to be so silly?The game is nice, I totally disagree that it’s pay to win. It’s fun and lasts for a long time. But, harvesting is annoyingly silly. Even if the creatures chose at random, it would be more clever than that. If I there are lvl6 and lvl2 objects from the same chain, producing the same (but of different lvls) item, is there a reason that it chooses lvl2? Even if I ask it to harvest a lvl6 after some picks it would revert to its old ways. Also, if I manually ask it to harvest from an object, I want it to respect my authority; it must harvest from that until the stars fall from the sky. ✓ Fun but limited if you don’t want to spendWhen I first downloaded this game I loved it, but then I got several levels in and hit a brick wall. The game was essentially prompting me to spend money in order to continue (you need to buy items from the shop in order to complete the level, but the in-game currency is almost impossible to earn without buying with real world money). Such a shame as I rarely play games on my phone and was really enjoying this until the game was trying to force my hand with in-app purchases to allow me to continue to play. ✓ Bug fixes?Hey! Really enjoy this - different to other match three games. Second what someone else said here in that compasses are difficult to get (although the less ads is great!) so maybe a way to earn them through tasks in the garden? ✓ Slow Progress, Littered w/ Microtransactions.Do you enjoy watching paint dry? Completing a single level every 4 hours? Boy is this game for you. After mortgaging your house to pay for the premium nonsense they want you to buy it takes hours for you to restore enough to play a single level. The premium currency they give you at the beginning is worth more than gold, what you get after that is scare. Maybe 2-3 every few days and things cost A LOT. The AI on the little monsters is… not great. They will sit there and ponder what to do for 30 seconds before you drag and drop them, then if there is no place for them to put their haul in the immediate space around them they’ll sit there and wonder “where does this go?” before you fling them off the screen on frustration. You would think they would go for the items that are either 1. Closest to the houses when they wake up to finish. 2. The best investment of their time or 3. To finish construction but no. Let’s go harvest this random bush that gives a single coin instead of finishing a new house. Great idea. You’d think after the gizillion other merge games they would’ve ironed it out but no, it’s still just a cash grab. If you enjoy wasting your time clicking seeds flying by then play this or like burning money then go ahead. Otherwise there are better ways to spend your time..Version: 3.3.0

✓ Where are all my high value items!I loved this game when I first started playing it months ago. I’ve built up some high level items in my garden by playing hard and buying gems but when I longed on the other day half of them had vanished. I’m so frustrated as I have had no reply from support even though I have tried to reach them in several ways. I’ve spent good money on the game and now the fun has gone out of it. I would rate it so much higher if it hadn’t been for this. I also dislike the special event games that occur every few weeks as they are so monotonous and it takes ages to get anywhere with them, they could be so much more interesting. You get lost spending hours harvesting energy only to find you can only release 1 piece of land. I’ve given up now. ✓ Good game, should count all points on screen if it’s just gonna end abruptly.I love this game and have played for a while now and spent real money on the game. I usually don’t have any issues except for the special levels that you have a few days to complete. Today for example, I was literally merging three of the points things together (20,000 points, it was down to the wire but it takes a long time to get there) and the level ended as I merged them together. I was heartbroken. I would have finally finished on of those special levels and gotten the final prize, but no. No warning. Just game over good luck next time. I spent hours! HOURS!!! Trying to get that cute little golem guy! Please do something so this doesn’t happen to others or at least count all the points on screen even if I haven’t collected them at the end of the level. Very unfair. Will give five stars if this issue is fixed. I have messaged their in game help (not helpful AT ALL) and their Facebook page and messenger but it seems a loss. ✓ Cool game but problemI love this game soo much and I would give it full stars if there was not a problem with it. I am trying to keep the big animal skeleton and I would still have it if the animals stop trying to merge it!! I only had one and it’s gone now! ✓ Be prepared to spend ALOT of your moneyI loved this game when I first started playing it, it’s so addicting, I was staying up all night playing...until I ran out of gems. I understand micro transactions are necessary for the game to make money but it’s getting really frustrating when I’m trying to complete quests to get stars and I can’t because I HAVE to spend money to meet the requirement and I HAVE to spend money to skip it too. I have like 12 chests sitting in my garden that I can’t open because I don’t have enough gems. I’m okay to spend on gems every now and then, but I don’t have hundreds to spend on gems just to level up. I think there should be more ways to earn gems in the game like a daily login, it feels like “free” gems only come once in a blue moon and it’s like 3 or 4 when the smallest chest requires 9. ✓ Extremely p2wI’ve been playing this game for a couple of weeks and am currently on my second event. It’s a scam how new creatures are advertised for these events but when you play them one is locked behind a paywall of £10! On top of that the seasonal events don’t give you a single egg unless you fork out £5. I was drawn to this game because of the beautiful art and cute creature design, but it’s upsetting realising I won’t be able to access most of them unless I spend real money. I can understand giving better awards for those who buy the gold pass during seasonal events, but free players should be able to win at least a few eggs if they reach the higher reward tiers. I doubt devs will listen as there’s obviously plenty of people willing to pay, but I only spend money on apps that I think are fair and won’t be spending a penny or raising my rating unless things are balanced more..Version: 2.4.0
✓ FRUSTRATINGI played merge dragons for years so when merge magic came out I was intrigued and excited. To start with it was like a refreshing break from the same icons from merge dragons,but sadly that was short lived! During the penultimate event I got screwed in that the event finished and I lost everything (other games give chance to collect already done items,this could be adopted in that players could be allowed to collect already made items without any further merges permitted),the newest event I thought I’d try again,I spent tons of time playing it,then my on screen event timer said 11mins 30 something seconds left of the event,about a minute or 2 later I get kicked out with the game pop up saying events over,can’t collect jack squat!!! Again all for FA!!! So sick of it that I’ve deleted both games,merge dragons and merge magic,absolutely pointless and frustrating AF!!! ✓ Poor business practice in addressing problemsI played this game everyday for about a year or so, I loved it so much I did not mind spending money on it. Then I completed an event and I didn’t get the reward. I contacted customer service and they required that I send screen shots of the event, which was impossible because the event had ended. They reluctantly agreed to give me the reward but assured me that if this happened again, they would not be so nice if I could not provide the screenshot of the ended event. I thought that was rude and it implied that I was somehow trying to cheat them but I continued playing because I really like this game. I completed the next event and again I did not get the award. They never fixed the problem of why I did not get the award. Rather than repeating my less than satisfying interaction with customer service, I deleted this app and found another game that is just as good. This was disappointing but I am not missing merge magic or their shady practice in rectifying problems. They clearly think the worst of their customer base. ✓ Fun but expensiveI’ve found that to play this game you have to spend money. Either that or be content with it taking weeks or months to complete 1-2 tasks. Collecting eggs to merge into creatures then collecting those creatures to merge into better creatures. Even completing a task doesn’t give a true reward as more often than not the reward is a locked chest that costs gems to open. Those gems cost money. Funnily enough there are tasks to open those chests and if you want to skip that task you have to pay gems to do it. I enjoy the game but realize now what a huge money sink it can be. Buyer beware. If you’re looking for something you can play for a bit and are okay with it taking awhile to see progress once you’ve passed the easy levels then give this a try. It is fun. But I see now that all these merge games have sneakily made it nearly impossible to play without spending money. If there were a way to reliably earn those gems OR if the chests in the rewards were unlocked this game would be better. Maybe reduce the chance for a chest in the rewards but have them always be unlocked? It’s like being told you’ve won a trip to Hawaii only to realize they didn’t say a free trip..Version: 2.2.1

✓ I like it, but WAY too many micro-transactions.First off, let me just say that this is a good game. Cute creatures, easy to play, simple yet fun. But there’s quite a few things that make this game a little less fun, and I’m not talking about glitches or bugs. To start, I absolutely HATE gems because there’s no simple way to get lots of them without using real money. A lot of the best items in Merge Magic cost gems, so you’re basically locking almost everyone who plays behind a paywall. Even just to open egg chests you need to pay gems. How does THAT make any sense? Who are you paying gems to in order to open the chest? You get to open them for free in levels so why can’t you do the same in the camp? I say either remove them entirely, or provide more simple and efficient ways to get them besides just paying money or grinding quests just for a chance to get them. Also, this game is no more than just a direct clone of Merge Dragons. Same basic premise, same creature classes, same events, same problems. There is absolutely NO reason for this game to exist when you’ve already got a game exactly like this one. I understand you’re doing all of this to make money, but you’re taking it too far. So stop being so money hungry and listen to your community for once. Please reply to this review instead of ignoring me. ✓ Enjoyable but.......Like the game do enjoy it however I really think the realms you have aren’t long enough there are way too many skeletons, dead weeds on the realms, they need to be reduced along with the cursed lands Standing at 5000 once you pass the 500’s. I play 2 other merge games which are much better than this one, their realms are much better when unlocking some areas. I doubt very much this will be read and I doubt very much anything will change to keep the players interested. ✓ Expensive gamingI actually really like this game but have given it 2 stars because it is extremely expensive. Unless you are willing to throw money after it, the gameplay becomes very laborious and repetitive, especially on the events. We all understand that it is a business but come on! The gem prices are ridiculous and purchasing the minimum gets you nowhere at all as opening just 1 chest often costs more than the minimum. I believe this is the most expensive game I have ever downloaded. ✓ I love this game, but...This is a game I genuinely enjoy on and off. Sometimes I’m impatient for the chalices, but I recognize it’s better they take time. However, a recent situation has absolutely devastated me. I had a fairly far along save, with event items and in-game purchases. It’s completely gone. No saves via facebook, apple, or game center. This is BS, because it saved fine before and after deleting the app, it would come back just fine. Both this game and Merge Dragons! have done this and I spent so much time on this game that I honestly want to cry. I probably only spend a good 10-15 dollars, so the financial issues aren’t as much of my problem, it feels like I wasted time on this app. I had so much. I don’t know if I really wanna play it anymore, I don’t want to start from scratch when I had spent probably half a year or more building it up. Just... Really disappointed. If you can help me get my stuff back, I’d love to play again, but I just, it’s kinda a lot. I don’t feel like I can get invested in fear of losing it all again. Can’t get my hopes up, ya know? ✓ Improve Magic GemsI really enjoy the game the biggest issue is that you don’t receive enough magic gems in game play. You have missions in your garden that involve spending gems but you rarely give out magic gems. Which makes you have to purchase magic gems. I’m a huge believer in if you want to spend money in a game that is entirely up to the individual person. But I don’t want to spend money and I feel that in your game you are forcing players to spend. I suggest 1.add magic gems to the daily reward box’s 2. create missions that give players the opportunity to earn magic gems in game play. 3. ✓ Unhelpful and uncaring developersI have been playing for a couple of months and quickly noticed it is Merge Dragons with a different theme. So I know how things are supposed to work. I’ve had an issue with some of the game’s feature and the response from the support team was, yeah we know about that issue. And that’s all. ✓ Lovely art, fun at first, but poor screen controls, grinding & no new levelsJust deleted the app after 7 weeks. Really beautiful game, with lots of thought put into level design and the environment elements are delightful. However, the gameplay gets tedious after a while, with little variety. Other than this, my other major gripes are: 1. The game handles user interactions outside the play area badly, especially in seasonal events. For example, I accidentally touched a non-game element while a Lvl 9 True Blessing orb was partway through clearing squares, and it quit the event and didn’t use all 310k blessing, leaving me unable to progress without another high level orb ... it should have calculated what would be cleared before quitting!! This was painful as it took over an hour to build the orb, and was the final straw in my decision to quit. I had had similar frustrations in prior events as well. 2. Gems rarely drop if you are Free2Play, so some quests in the garden are impossible. However this is balanced by being able to regularly get eggs and loot in events and chests, so it’s not all bad 3. “New levels coming soon” graphic for ordinary game levels seems to have been around for ages, so it looks like development of the game has stalled..Version: 2.2.1
✓ Pay to winI’ve played the first game ages and noticed a pattern, you have to buy gems if you want to participate in any event, every time I try an event I can only get the first blocks worth 50 cleared, clearly a ploy to make you spend, £99 for virtual gems wow, I feel like free players get crums in rewards and resources, everywhere you look is money this and that and you can’t undo which is annoying, I enjoyed the game at one point, so the newest game comes out and I thought maybe they learnt their lesson, and won’t be so greedy with this game, downloaded it and it’s the same, but worse, constantly left with items with no use because they remove them and the real thing for me is the event, they expect people to participate in them but twist your arm up your back to fork out for gems, I understand devs need to make money but to only really give to paying players is simply pay to win. ✓ Fun to play but can get very frustratingI wish there was a way to put the creatures into a “ghost mode” of sorts, where they still do the things you want them to do but they A) don’t block the items on the screen (much more frustrating in the quests bc they are smaller game boards) and B) they don’t get accidentally dragged when I am trying to merge very specific items. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve wanted to delete this game bc those creatures are in my way. ALSO may I add then when merging 5 items together that (individually) take up more than one space, you have to put the exact number of spaces it takes up in between the items bc if you don’t, the merge will only occur on side. This is ESPECIALLY frustrating bc the items that take up more than one space are of higher value which means to get back to that item you have to spend a MINIMUM of a half an hour solely merging those items. If these two things about the game were fixed I would have absolutely no problem with the game. I think it’s extremely fun and addicting, to the point that I’ve spent a lot of actual money on this game. I refuse to spend more if I am going to continue to get as frustrated as I have been. ✓ Do not play this game.The developers of this game have no way of doing anything in game, so if you spend your money, you can lose it. They literally cannot do anything about anything that happens in this game. Over the years I have played, there have been multiple problems. Some small, some big. Nothing could ever be done and they always said they would try to stop it from happening in the future. They don’t stop it. It happens to multiple people. Finally the worst issue happened. When the game had its newest update, it wiped half my game data. But only the items I had, not the cost of anything I would need to buy. So I have lost 3 years of game play and need to start over as a beginner, yet if I need to buy something at the shop (which I will repeatedly if I start over) the prices are all long term player prices. So the 50 coin item is actually 3500 coins. Customer service just says there in nothing they can do. They can’t fix it. They won’t give me anything as an apology. ✓ Extremely stingy game which detracts the funI love the graphics and play of this game but it is so stingy with the magic gems and compasses required to play levels or aquire items that it detracts from the enjoyment- you can’t sit down and play in one stretch because you can’t play the next level till you have more compasses which take time to refil after each level. Or all your animals are sleeping and you can’t afford to do anything else. So you have to stop and come back later- it’s the opposite to how to make a game addictive. They should have daily login bonuses for gems and compasses should not be required to play the next level in the game. I tried hard to make it work but it was not worth all the waiting, I would rather it were a paid game that gives you workable resources. ✓ Rubbish support when game issues ariseI’ve played this game far too much and far too intensively for about 20 months. There have been many long hours of enjoyment but many many issues that have arisen. Each time it’s felt like a fight to get tech support to understand the issues and I e had to keep arguing my corner to get a resolution. Now though I’ve been waiting over a month to get a major issue sorted. Firstly my wood store vanished, which they did restore for me but it had lost its 50,000 capacity. I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve been told it’s been referred to developers for a resolution, in truth I’m utterly fed up with the failure to fix an issue that has paralysed my ability to progress. ✓ Decently fun, but very frustratingI honestly loved this game for awhile. The puzzles had a decent challenge to them and the artwork was great. However, the system with the compasses was the first thing that upset me. It takes so long to get more if you don’t have crystals and you only get a max of seven. Speaking of crystals, they are used way too much in the game. I get that money has to be made from the app but come on. I had a steady two crystals for a lot of my play through. And when it comes to the levels and the garden, there’s so much clutter made by the creatures! In my experience, they tried to use every tile possible, which is so hard to organize. Having a pause button on the creatures or something of the sort would be great. And don’t even get me started on the timed events or the ponds in later levels. I get it, making games is a difficult thing, I want to be a game dev in the future. But some of these features make the game so much less fun. ✓ Compasses not refillingSo slightly ashamed to say I’ve been playing merge magic non stop for 9 hours today. Compasses fill up 1 every hour. I started with 7, played 2 levels and have been watching the counter count down for the past few hours. I’ve only just realised I haven’t regained any compasses. Last time I looked at the timer, it had 40 minutes left. Played for approx 1.5 hours, rechecked the timer and it’s at 50 minutes. I have only 1 compass. Haven’t used any, haven't gained any (ran out of compasses to play levels with 1 left). Fix this, immediately, yes I’ve been having fun playing but what a bloody waste of life!!! Update: just went back into game, realised the timer doesn’t count down for compasses if you’re in the event. This being the case, I went back to the garden. ✓ Miscoding scam or misconception of effect.Addictive game and fun except when a special event going on. While it will give you plenty to aim for and do. Especially the cute little eggs of special creatures. The gem prices are a little crazy and have noticed once you buy a bundle the price goes up. Not nice at all. Also you can generally decide if you want to keep an item by buying it or selling or trashing it except when an event is going on. You can also hover over an item to get info to see what level it is and how many more to go. Again except while an event is going on. That tells me your either mis coding to make people have to buy gems or just coding wrong because you don’t want the extra hassle of doing it. While I’m no pro I have played enough games and learned enough to know when it’s happening and when it’s not. So keep on the special events more times then not I will buy a small bundle for $20 but I’m not buying all the time since it’s over priced and ridiculous to charge 95 gems for a level 2 flower when you need level 9 orbs a bunch to unlock the board to clear it..Version: 2.5.1
✓ Good game with a lot of potential.Its really good game in most aspects, but i really think that the creatures should be awake for a lot longer than they are, they are only awake for a very short amount of time, within a few minutes they are all back sleeping, which makes it hard to progress your garden and complete tasks for stars, i also think there are not enough compasses available and too long to fill up, the game starts with 14 compasses to complete the tutorial and then goes back to 7, it would do a lot better to stick with 14, even 10-12 would work, items in the shop can be a tad expensive especially things that cost gems, and gem and coin packages where you spend real money are rather costly, could be something to think about, if you rework those few things it would be a fantastic game..Version: 0.12.0
✓ PLEASE CHANGE YOUR PRICES!I love this game. It’s really fun, it’s addicting, and for the most part, I don’t have any problems with it. However, there is one thing that bothers me: gems are impossible to have enough of (for things you NEED in the game) without paying a lot of money for not a lot of gems. I never plan to buy your gems no matter what price they are, but if you’re really looking to make money off somebody at least do it at reasonable prices. If I pay 20 dollars for such a heavily required in-game currency, I would expect at least 10 thousand gems, because 20 dollars is outrageous. 600 gems would be gone in an instant if people bought all the important items or rights you need gems for, which is a level of exploitation that will simply drive people from playing the game. Do you think anyone has the kind of money to drop 20 dollars on something virtual which they could spend completely in an hour tops? And then there’s your hundred dollar deal. Your deal for 4,500 gems is worth no more than 10 dollars, and even that is a huge stretch. Even the richest people playing this game would be wise to spend their money somewhere else. I’ll admit, you’ve done a good job at making a game that I don’t want to stop playing, but you’re not getting any money from me. ✓ You need to pay to progress past questsI have been playing for a few weeks, and I was having a lot of fun so I did a few micro transactions to support the game. But there are quests in game that require you to open a certain number of “egg” chests or “nest” chests. To open these requires gems which are the in game currency. At first I was happily completing quests till I was having to spend gems every other quest. It’s a fun game but to progress past quests requires spending money. Spending money should never be between you and playing the game. I understand the need for micro transactions, but I’m of the kind microtransactions should speed up time or unlock extras, not stop progression. They also wait till you progress a good amount to start hitting you with these quests, which did not appear when first playing. The only thing that makes this game hard to be enjoyed is the wait time as you get into higher levels, each level takes a compass and each compass regenerates 1 per hour, so therefore if you have a level that is 5/6 compasses, you will be waiting 5/6 hours before being able to play a single level, and there is only so much you can do in your garden to keep yourself occupied while you wait to be able to play your next level before your garden’s NPC has to regenerate as well. ✓ Enjoy this game BUT!I like the concept of this app. It's a mixture of puzzle and "farming". Graphics are super cute as well. But I do agree with a few others that this app drains battery life like crazy. I have the iPhone 11 Pro, only a few weeks old, and it gets so hot every time I run this game. I also constantly lose big merges that I try not to activate, but eventually lose them when the screen suddenly zooms out, moves or something. I wish you could "lock in" an object so at least you don't accidentally tap on it, and it's more easy to move them without activating it. I'm more than patient to progress in a game without spending real money etc but I would like at least iCloud support, or at least more options to back up my data that isn't Facebook (because I don't have one anymore). And also, agree with another reviewer that your garden doesn't keep progressing on its own (the fruits should at least grow themselves?). I understand why it wouldn't though because then your garden would be filled every time but you do have to spend quite a lot of time playing to advance. Not to mention, chests that you win from levels take HOURS to open, and doesn't leave much for you to do when you're trying not to miss a chest opportunity or have full compasses. ✓ Fun, but the currency is uselessI really liked the game, and it was fun to play. BUT The currency you could actually win in-game (the coins and wood) was pretty useless in the shop. You could only really use them to build chests (which would potentially give you more useless currency), a place for the creatures to sleep, a limited number of eggs (understandable because of level), or more storage so you could have more of said currency. The one the game mainly uses is the gemstones, which are few and far between, yet they’re seemingly the main currency of the shop and levels. So while I like the game, I believe the currency system needs to be revised so the coins and wood can be used to buy more in the shop (even if it means they cost a large amount of coins and wood, because I would be willing to work up to that. I am NOT willing to spend my money to get more gemstones) I would also like to mention that getting a whole bunch of locked egg chests is increasingly annoying because they just take up space and I can’t do anything about them because I don’t have enough gems! ✓ DisappointingThe game itself is very fun and engaging. There is always a project to work on or fun extra activities. However, the prices for gems and season passes have risen substantially over the last year. Season passes used to be $9.99 USD and are now $17.99 USD. 100 Gem packs used to be $5.99 and are now $9.99. You don’t have to buy gems but it can be really slow going without it, and some creatures/chests can only be unlocked with gems and/or season passes. Additionally we have waited MONTHS for a new level. In the meantime Merge Dragons (same developer) has released at least 2 new groups of levels. Merge magic feels like the developer’s testing ground to see how much users are willing to pay, without providing anymore product. Deeply disappointing..Version: 4.2.0

✓ This game is crazy fun...except..Love Merge Magic!! And Merge Dragons!! Graphics on both are extremely cute and I absolutely love seeing the next level creatures. I have two issues— I can’t really get upset with spending my money on a game- it’s my choice- BUT, when you spend- for an example, $20., and get eggs that you don’t have extra of- or the game doesn’t give you enough- you’re stuck with all these extras that you can’t get rid of. Those creatures are either too expensive or they belong to a “?” nest. And if you try for the “?”nest, you may not get that egg.(Mystery Nest). I get that the company has to make $$....BUT how much will it cost to find matches for all these eggs??!! So I have one creature and one egg! I got four eggs! Why not just give the player an extra egg so they can have two creatures???!!! Then the second issue is holding onto items so you can merge them. For some reason, Merge Magic’s screen is too slick. Example: if you have the trees that make rain, you can’t pick up/or move the cloud easily because you end up moving the whole tree. I have messed up my entire garden because of a rainstorm! I have lost levels because I thought I had a hold of an item- but didn’t. It’s SUPER ANNOYING!!!!!! I want to continue to play this game, but it’s hard to when things like this happen. ✓ Good game but beware!I’ve been playing this game for a while now and it definitely passes the time, however, I have never paid for any in app purchases (‘gems’) and eventually it shows, without gems you can’t open things, get anything decent in your garden or advance in the tournaments beyond a certain point without a LOT of time and patience. I am now close to what looks like a cut off point for the levels (a cute graphic that says ‘more levels coming soon’) and I am being time gated (maximum compasses needed to play just one level which take an hour each to gain) and the levels have become almost impossible on a first attempt. The people working on the game are clearly trying to slow players down, almost like it has never actually been finished. This game is cute and fun to play but beware, it is not for those who like to advance through a game, the levels have been designed to be played repeatedly and it is much more difficult, if like me, you don’t want to invest money in it..Version: 1.6.0
