✓ I stupidly uploaded this appI stupidly uploaded the app thinking I wanted needed to protect my phone. Didn’t even mind spending $80 I just wish I knew it was working. I’ve tried contacting customer service to ask why I can to constantly click on “enable” it comes off on its own and says my phone isn’t protected. I’ve never heard back. Poor customer service. And know I’m stuck having already spent $80 on an app that as far as I know isn’t doing anything..Alicia Marie medinaVersion: 1.0.0

✓ I am worried that I just got taken.All of a sudden, a message popped up from a friend saying they just saw me on a you tube account. I didn’t know what they were talking about so I hit the link which forwarded me to this app. Still curious but concerned, I signed up for a 3 day trial. Now I realize what a stupid move that was and I am trying to cancel. Under the contact us option it says there is no email set up for this account. Which I had to provide to ge to this app. Do not sign up. I think it is a hoax..ThisisaruseVersion: 2.0.0

✓ Turning off VPNSo far a good application I’m assuming when the application is turned on. The only complaint that I have is that I am constantly having to turn my VPN back on. The application is persistently kicking me off. I am habitually having to turn my VPN back on. So for security purposes it becomes rather burdensome to continually have to sign back on to the VPN to maintain security. Would love it if my VPN could remain on until I manually turn it off. Contacting support to resolve this issue has been fruitless. No one has ever sent me a response in any way. How do you get VPNVast to fox any issues with the application? It’s like they released a product and forgot about. Makes me wonder if the app even works!! Someone contact me or fix the issue!.Ram 1359Version: 2.4.0

✓ SCAM!!!I tried to cancel the subscription the day before it ended. I could not find where to cancel it in my setting. I even sent several emails to support and NO ONE contacted me back.. I feel that it’s ALL a scam like everything else to get your money.. it took them NO TIME to deduct the money out of my account!!! I am trying to cancel before they take the next payment but I can’t seem to find a phone number or anything!!!! This is THE WORST.Mello540Version: 1.0.0

✓ Big problem contacting customer service. Suspicious!Zero stars if I could select that. I had the same problem as another reviewer. I am suspicious this app is not legit because I wrote to the customer service contact but have not heard back. The app seems odd. It does not allow me to know what is happening. I don’t want to be charged the subscription fee after the free trial period, but I feel stuck because I can’t get to customer service. I think they will charge me the full fee when the time comes. ✓ Not happy customerI emailed them 6 times to cancel service they never responded to any email. I explained the situation in the email no response. I have tried to follow the steps when I could finally get into the account to cancel it but they still will not refund my money not happy at all. ✓ ScamI am really opposed to the underhanded way of succoring someone into signing up for this app, and then not giving me a way to cancel, once the charges have been made and funds withdrawn from my account. In my case a link was attached to an iMessage from a friend (When I checked with her later she knew nothing of this particular link.) I clicked on the link to see what it was about, no mention of a subscription or cost. It wasn’t until I got an alert from my bank that I became aware of a charge. I tried cancelling the subscription, but was told that was not possible during the period of an active subscription. I feel I was definitely taken advantage of by these underhanded tactics In addition, now that the app is downloaded it defaults back to an unprotected devise after being reset several times. ✓ This is a scam and a hack!This was a scam attached in disguise to an iMessage and wouldn’t let me open the message video until I downloaded this app. And then the app wouldn’t proceed until I joined their subscription. What a fraud! If they go to those underhanded lengths to trick you into their product then why would it even be guaranteed to work? Don’t trust this company!!!!! I’m only giving it a star because it’s making me to leave this review..Uh-oh!!Version: 2.0.0
