✓ Not paying for something that might not workI really wish someone would make one of these intended for shift workers bc but everyone has the luxury of going to bed at the same time every day. And tbh even those who work the same time during the week don’t go to sleep at the same time on Friday or Saturday night unless they’re extremely boring people with no life. But back to my original complaint. The very first question I’m asked is “What time do you go to bed at night?” Well that depends on what shift I’m working that day or the next day. If I open the next day I have to be in bed by 10 to be asleep by midnight the latest bc I have to wake up at 4am but if I’m closing there current day I can’t do that bc I’m working until 10-11pm and have a 40 min commute add to that a shower and maybe a light dinner and wind down time you get a 1-2am bedtime. So! Where is the app that can adjust to that and just help me fall asleep when I need to and can’t? And where is the free demo? Why would I pay for something if I’m not even sure if it’s gonna work or not?.Version: 3.4.5

✓ Pronouncing WordsA really good app but the spoken words sound digitally voiced and they can’t pronounce words correctly which distracts me massively. When someone can’t even pronounce breathing then it’s really annoying and that’s just one example. This is why I won’t upgrade plus £9.99 a week is way to steep a price. If it was say £0.99 or £2.00 a week tops then yes would subscribe.Version: 3.2.8

✓ Don’t Waste Your TimeThe second you open the “free” app you are forced to pay if you ACTUALLY want to get anything out of the app. I took a look because I’d seen it on facebook and was curious. If you want people to pay for an app(9.99 a week is absurd by the way), charging .99 for a trial is not a good way to draw people. Most of the reviewers were probably paid to give good, 5 star reviews. I can’t see too many people being ok with paying $9.99 a week for this, especially when the trial isn’t even free. I’ll stick to smoking weed and putting white noise on my google home thanks. Edit: after looking at the reviews, it’s quite obvious the names are totally bogus fake names. ✓ False AdvertisingThe marketing claim: “fall asleep in 1 minute.” BULLSH!T. here I am, one hour later after having paid $1 for the week trial and tested out a bunch of different meditations and soundtracks... awake. The voice of the cheesy guided meditations, I found kind of annoying with the Australian accent straining to try be calming. I don’t know how anyone would ever fall asleep in one minute having to listen to that guy. Though, I guess that one is a matter of personal preference. What isn’t: the facts. “Fall asleep on 1 minute” is straight up false advertising. But then again, maybe my expectations were too high from a company that can’t even spell “calm” correctly in the name of their app. Unless this app was intended for CLAMS. 🤣.Version: 3.1.7

✓ Loved the trial, disappointed after paying for a yearWhen I tried the first week long trial, I was absolutely stoked. The deep sleep program worked so well for me that I paid for a year long subscription... That’s where it took a turn. The first week on the subscription was very similar to the trial. But after that the hypnosis portion of the program was just soft elevator music- no speaking. And it no longer held me fall asleep. Such a disappointment..Version: 3.2.7
✓ Why can’t I get into the app?I can’t get past the initial page saying to restore a purchase. I know there’s things to pay for in app but now I can’t even get to the free sounds that are offered for those who can’t afford in app purchases. This is a free app and I would just really like to get back into it so I can get better sleep. ✓ What sleep schedule?I really don’t like how these apps always revolve around a “sleep schedule”. That really doesn’t work for everybody! One day, I will get off work at 11pm so I will go to sleep at 12:30-1am. A couple days later, I might have to be at work at 6am, so I will go to sleep at 10pm so I can wake up at 4am. This app is absolutely awful, I have just used it the third night in a row, the third night of restless attempts to get to sleep after listening to this, and woke up from slumber to write this review. The meditation are nonsense and don’t even make sense, the following disturbed me and encouraged me to write this review: “release your arms of all judgement.” They give you no choice in subscription just $9.99 a week, when I just went to cancel it offered various others, including $9.99 PER MONTH. Apple please review this app. It should not be in your App Store and have fake reviews. My faith in the company is somewhat diminished after this experience. ✓ JunkThese reviews are fake. This app may have meant at one point in time but the final product well it is not great. One guided meditation was this guy repeating the same few sentences over on repeat and you could audibly hear when the track would loop again. Also it acts like it tailor makes a program for you but nothing happens after the questions. Instead your left to just explore the app organically with all available content which you would have done anyways without a pointless questionnaire. Oh well..Version: 3.13.2

✓ Only loaded the first 2 nightsI have severe anxiety so falling asleep and staying asleep is difficult for me. I downloaded this app with hopes of it helping. The first 2 nights I played 2 different tracks and each did help my sleep. The third night, none of the tracks would load. The fourth night the same thing happened. I tried loading the app while on wifi and with my data several times on both the third and fourth night but it still would not load. The only track that would play was the rainfall sound that automatically starts when you open the app. & the ad to make a purchase loaded perfectly, of course. I can ONLY make the assumption that this is because they want you to actually make an in-app purchase. They’re rigging it to force you to pay in order for the app to run smoothly. Needless to say, it’s been deleted..Version: 3.2.5
