FitingoAs someone who struggles to find the motivation to workout and stick with it I will say I really love this app. I’m not great at eating well but as you do a few workouts you start to feel better and it makes you want to try to eat a little cleaner . I’m in the early stages but I will say that I’ve tried many other workouts and I feel like they start too strong and get you burned out fast and after a few days you are feeling sore and discouraged . This app lets you start at whatever level you are comfortable with and has workouts that fit easily into a busy schedule . I often do my workout while I’m cooking dinner haha. Sounds funny but it works . My energy is up ,my mood has been better , I feel like I can think clearer and it’s all because i take 12 to 20 mins to focus on this workout at the beginner level . I love it also because it has a countdown so you dont have to be staring at your phone the entire time . Perfect app for me!I have tried an unbelievable amount of work out apps and I have never stuck with any. I have signed up to this app for the year! The work outs are short so feel manageable but still making me ache every morning. No talking through the videos which is what I hate most about online workouts- just tells you what to do and let's you get on with it. Plus you have support available through a private message. It really does work!It truly works if you also put in the work too, obviously. The trainers are awesome... you may think that a trainer is a trainer, but you’d be wrong. They each have their own styles and just small tweaks and tricks, that each individual one has, and it really does that make all the difference! I think the price is way too expensive and absolutely ridiculous to pay $5 a week instead of a month, but the app and its trainers are great!.Version: 2.1.3

Need variety for a newbieUpdate…. After following the advice of the developer and clicking on the exercise I did find that it could be changed. I’ve tweaked the suggested routine to adapt to my small space and found a way to make it work. Thanks for a really good app. Just finished my first workout. Would like to see more variety for someone starting at fitness level zero. I have just enough strength to get by in my job but otherwise I’m a total puddin. Also, I have a very very tiny space for exercise. I can get outside sometimes but mostly I will be in my tiny space. Think rv in a cold climate. Another improvement would be the instructor describing proper technique and variations for a very new person having to hold onto to a cabinet for support to advanced techniques for someone who is much further along in their fitness abilities. Good, but…I would have rated it higher except I’m having difficulty getting it to be consistent across devices - I use my iPad and iPhone together. This app is AMAZING!!I don’t have a lot of time to go to the gym. My husband and I have different work schedules and with kids it’s difficult to go to the gym. A star app for quarantine and normalityThe app is filled with resilient exercises witch is good as what’s the point if you don’t push yourself. I feel the app should maybe include a 1 min cool down as everyone must do after an exercise but it will take 1/2 the time on the warm up but other than, that I think this app is great as the plan will definitely give you results and make you feel fitter as a person. Exercise is a key thing in life it’s important and keeps your mentality in check that’s mostly why I like to do it. Not BadI’m a university student visiting home where I don’t have a gym and this app is super helpful when you don’t have machines lying around your house. It keeps track of the timer for you and I just get on the ground and listen to the instructions. They couldn’t have made it easier. My workoutSo I signed up the other day and I wanted to say the price is great. It is cheaper than me going to the gym. Also I liked the fact they have me doing exercises that I never did before and it allows me to correct my form. It was new for me doing it with an instructor and it helps me. I like the fact that you warm up and it count down. Sometimes I do not like working out in front of people when I am not sure of how many I can do or the eight way to do the exercise and this privacy works for me. I love this app!!!!I was having trouble scheduling time with a trainer because of my work schedule. I thought I’d give this app a try. It’s the best decision I’ve made! Amazing!I was in cosmetology school from August 2018-June 2019 and I gained 20lbs. I’ve been trying to lose the weight since then. I went to the gym, tried to eat healthy and failed every time. One of my old friends that I went to school with in middle school is a trainer at a gym and literally has the perfect body that any 19/20 year old wants. I decided to reach out for tips to finally get started on losing this weight. The other day, I finally took control and told my mom, grandma, and boyfriend that we were throwing every bad thing out in the house and replenish it all with healthy things and so we did. I now understand why they did..I’m on my second week and I’m loving it. Good app but needs more variety In intensitySo I’ve been using this app for about 8 days now and I really like it. The exercises are great and you can switch out the ones that are too hard for easier ones and vice versa. The only thing I do not really like too much is the intensity. It jumps from 2 to 3, and I’d like there to be a 2.5. Because it jumps from 40 seconds to 60, why not add a 50? Also If you could change the intensity on certain exercises that would be cool too, like being able to change how intense your squats are if you’re a little more advance in squats bit low intensity if you’re working on planks because your core strength is low. Amazing app for all abilitiesI’m a complete beginner and right at the bottom of fitness level. The cycles are 15 minutes long, just enough to not put you off and individual exercises are 30-40 seconds. You can increase or decrease difficulty for each workout as you go along. FitingoI am extremely impressed with the attentiveness I have received since the first day I signed up. I have been sick since 2003 having 39 surgeries or so. The medical advancements that have taken place since then have allowed my body to recover systematically. I reached out to George, my personal trainer with Fitingo, asking for some help in beginning my physical, and overall health recovery now that I am able to workout again. George has done his due diligence to encourage and guide me towards my goals. To be honest I was skeptical at first about even trying an app. I was actually paying for a gym membership prior to using the app. I cancelled the gym membership after connecting with Fitingo because I was unable to have the one on one experience specifically for me, my specific goals and recovery situation at the gym. George has reviewed all my concerns/goals and created workouts specifically for me to succeed. I can feel different muscles I haven’t used in a while. It keeps a log so you can keep yourself accountable everyday. My trainer actually responded!I’m a very overwhelmed and overweight teacher with a shoulder injury(torn rotator cuff) and bulging discs in my neck. It’s pretty good.It pretty good and pretty cheap compared to other apps. But once you sent up what part of your body your working on there no way to change it. I said I want to work on my legs and belly but due to my weight and knee problems I have to lose some weight before I focus on lower body other while I need to wear a knee brace and have need pain for a week after just one day of lower body workout. All my workout involved mostly lower body instead of belly workout and I can change the plan they set up for me. So I have to the workout tab and pick specific workout but the don’t count towards my 3 workout for the week which is kinda annoying so it seem like I’m don’t doing the workout. FitingoMy fitness level was really bad, although I’m really active at work and do quite a lot of steps this really wasn’t enough. So I decided to do this app instead of a gym. Once you put in your personal details like weight, size extra you are then linked with personal trainers. My trainer is Kate who focuses on my problem areas and it’s not even for long which is good as in the beginning it’s so hard because I’m just not fit. But I’m really feeling better about it because I’ve notice as you progress into the program the session get longer. Work in progress!Loving this app, it has really got me moving when I didn’t really know how or where to start, I use a Apple Watch to track the workout and the calories burned almost always match up with what the workout says they are which I’m impressed with. However I would like it if you could search workouts by name, I’ve done a few workouts I really like but then can never find them again amongst the 1000’s of workouts on there. Or would be nice to have a ‘favourite’ option. Would also like it if ‘full body’ was a option to search by! And ‘low impact’ to avoid workouts with jumps in! I haven’t seen much actual weight loss yet despite using it for a few weeks, but I haven’t been restricting my calories too strictly so that might be why, definitely noticed a difference with muscle tone and strength though, used to struggle holding a plank for 20 seconds and now I can easily do a minute, hoping to make more progress my on physique!.Version: 2.6.14

Great for beginnersI used to work out a lot but due to health reasons I had stopped. I can’t push myself as hard anymore but this is gentle enough to say you’ve moved your body and stretched.
