✓ Horrible support teamMy brother made an account without my consent being underage so when i tried making my own account I couldn’t because email had already been used. I tried getting help but one person would say one thing and then the other would say something else. They kept asking for my brother license after telling them he’s underage so I told them to delete all the information and account so i could make my own but never did. I helped my friend make an account and once he won over $200 they banned him because he won against everyone so they said he cheated the system. ✓ Worst serviceSo i came to this site to try out and my first tournament i got cheated on. The game was said to be “1v1 submit results when all 6 maps are finished” and i questioned it but my opponent says “no no no it’s battle royale it’s fine” so as i started the game i messaged an admin if we were playing the right game mode and i die. After he gets a couple kills the admin says “the game was already played so results are final”. so i told him my situation that he told me to start and play the wrong game mode and i was messaging on my phone during the whole match. he does not try to understand what i’m saying and blames me for not recording voice chat and streaming on twitch. The opponent new i was a new player on this site and manipulated me to his favor. ✓ You’ll undeservedly lose moneyThere’s scammers on here who’ll dispute a match they lost and if caught nothing happens. They need to have a ban policy on this but instead they let them roam free. I’ve lose money so many times in matches I won because I forgot to record and someone just disputes it to get it canceled. The app is super glitchy too. So many bugs and the notification alerts are terrible which is not good when there’s time limits for you to act on things before you forfeit. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve searched for a match, tried to do something else on my phone, only to find out that a match was found and I forfeited with no alert. I shouldn’t have to put this much energy into making sure I don’t lose money for things that should be easy fixes. Then when you contact customer service they do not care what so ever. ✓ Was fun at first…The concept of the game is there, but there are so many things wrong with the app. I enjoyed the first day and thought I would have a nice little side money from playing fifa, but after I won 2 games, I had to win the games by 10.5 goals to get the win. Some admins would give me the win regardless for winning, and some would come back at me when I would put it down as a win. Very disrespectful. Winning by 11 goals in division 2 is absurd. ✓ Terrible site/ horrible managementI was a player on and off for a year. Players will say anything and everything under the sun and even death threats and they don’t do anything about it. I have been fined for responding to some players. You can only take so much. If you were on the street and some of these people came up saying these things to you? What would you do? I started not saying anything and reported players as they used the foul language and nothing was done. Once, they said they would fine him, but me also for replying. If you use “foul” language you can be fined. I wasn’t using any replying but they’vewere going to fine me! Insane!! I also was just banned again when the player reported he won and canceled the match. So I got 25 back and then I went into a another game. They locked my account and said I owe them and wouldn’t respond if I paid that’d they would unlock my account. Absolute garbage. Trash. Very unfair. Same rules DO NOT APPLY TO ALL. ✓ Unfair playThe app try to force competitive matchups but their way of doing it makes no sense. They’ll match a better player with someone they think is lesser. They have match rules where they give each player 3 teams to choose from, the better player gets the absolute worst teams to choose from and it’s the rules and the lesser player get to choose from better teams. We all know the gameplay on madden is nowhere near consistent. A beginner that has a clue of the game can choose a better team and win with assistance from the computer. Better players should get matched with better tier players, forcing someone to pick Lions or Colts against Tampa Bay automatically puts you at an disadvantage because the qb abilities in comparison is day and night. ✓ Customer serviceI reached out to customer service for some help and they responded within 5 minutes. Watson was the person who helped me. Although he was prompt with his response he was not helpful and seemed bothered that I had questions regarding missing funds in my account. ✓ Customer ServiceWorst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Joshua “ the customer service manager” is the most rude, disrespectful, entitled manager I’ve ever spoken to. In chat he was disrespectful, snarky, rude and non helpful at all. ✓ This app is trashOneup would be better than what you get from this, I invited a friend that plays madden to this app so he can have fun with small wager games. However after he beat his opponent twice he told me i should try to play him. I ended up losing, but they locked my friends account and have accused him of using mine. I’m interested to see the conclusion of this as they just leave us on read with no explanation at all. No one has multi logged or even shared credentials of their account in this scenario. You pay money to be in these tournaments and there is no recourse for app glitches on their end. Was in a tournament and made it to the finals and immediately lost because I didn’t press “ready up.” They expected me to play two games at once. I was in the middle of a game and they wanted me to start the final game. The other players are toxic and will try to get over on new players (happened to me a couple times early on). Their customer service is worse than McDonald’s! They are rude and don’t try to help you or look into issues. They will yell and type in caps and exclamation marks if you question them. If you have a dispute one guy will tell you something and another guy will chime in and tell you a different thing never really resulting in good news. The new layout is terrible. This platform will match you up with players beyond your skill level. 1-5 with 5 being the best. If you are a 3 that means you are a average player. You expect to be matched with 2-3s. But since the new update a bunch of people left so now you match with 4s and 5s. There is no way a 2-3 should match with those players. You will lose your money. I’ve lost 10 straight matches before as a 3 and was never bumped down a level to play people of my skill. It is truly a scam. They want you to get a game no matter who you play bc they get the entry fee on every game/tourney. Just stay away. And I played madden on this site. I disputed the final score of a game (correctly) and after they told me it didn’t matter what the score was, my ranking would not be affected, I continued to plead my case for my score not being reported accurately. I have screenshots of the messages with Felipe. In a punitive measure, they ranked me up from level 2 to level 5 within 20 minutes!!! ✓ HorribleAs a fan of madden i finally decided to play competitively. I downloaded this app 2020 and was able to hold down my side by winning games. I deleted it and downloaded it back in december. They updated this game and the update was very unnecessary and stupid. They said i could use any teams with no restrictions. On top of this, when you run into dishonest players or sore losers, the admins pander to their crying customer with minimal explanation why. The app itself is laggy, often crashing. It’s also missing many basic features, like being able to block aforementioned sore losers, dishonest players etc. All-in-all, don’t waste your time with this greedy, poorly constructed app..Version: 2.3.1

✓ Player levels (madden)It’s so ridiculous that these “rookie tournaments” are for only players who are levels 1-2. If you’re a level 3 you’re screwed no matter what. You get less tournament opportunities, and the tournaments they do have are packed with 64 people who are levels 4-5. The problem is that it’s so easy to get to level 3, I went from levels 1-2-3 in back to back games, and people who make it to level 4 are usually legit. On Saturdays there’s no tournaments for level 3 players. So flawed every way you look at it. So your options are either play causally, or put all your time into madden because there’s not a home for the causal players who are above average..Version: 2.1.2

You can’t remove it yourself and support continuously tells me it will be taken off in 24 hours but nope. Don’t put your card information on here. There’s also no way to delete the account. 2. I played someone better than me on the app then went to play another game and got matched with the same person. Clearly didn’t want to play the game but when you’re matched both parties have to agree to cancel or it’s a forfeit. I should be able to decline a match especially if I just played that person. Easily lost $10 of this guy using a glitch play. Application isn’t awful other than those two things but that’s enough issues for me to give it 1 star. They don’t have the most simple features like taking card information off, canceling match before agreeing to play, and deleting account. The most basic things for an application..Version: 2.1.8
