You can use Worrydolls like a journal to help you overcome anxiety and stress.

The idea of worrydolls started with the indigenous people of Guatemala. The first worrydoll was given to the princess Ixucane as a special gift from the sun god, with the promise that the worrydoll could handle any worry a person could have.

Ever since, tiny worrydolls made leftover cloth have been given to worried people. Whisper a single worry to the worrydoll, and hide it under their pillow. As soon as the worrydoll is told the worry, sorrow, or fear, it takes the burden and carries it from then on.

The app works the same way! Just tell a single worry to the Worrydoll, and the Worrydoll will carry it for you. In this way, you can have worrydolls on your phone.

When your worry is finished, you can tell the worrydoll that he/she does not need to worry anymore. You can always look back at your old worries to feel a sense of calm.

✓ Love this app<3I don’t have any friends at all. There are lots of fake people in my life and it hasn’t helped the fact that since I was 5 I have had suicidal thoughts and I have terrible depression. This app gives me comfort. I can let out my secrets to a little doll. The doll basically takes a huge burden off your back, it feels like you’re clean from bad stuff and you have a little friend who will never let go of your secrets. ✗ Not the best but not the worstSo I downloaded this app yesterday because I saw it on TikTok but when it was downloaded all I saw were dolls that ask for your worries and do nothing about it considering it is called “worry dolls” except that I really liked the concept of security and password. I feel like the dolls should be able to comfort you instead of just ask for your worries and do nothing about them. I also did like the concept of them wearing masks but I believe we should be able to customise our own dolls. It’s cute and calming but there is one issue that made me delete it. The character limit was too small.
