✓ UnbelievableI can’t believe this game runs on iOS, it is a technical masterpiece. The atmosphere is great and the combat is just as you would expect from a souls like game. I like how you get to control multiple characters, it gives you the chance to play a few different play styles without doing a new game. I really hope these guys make another game and that we start to see more games of this caliber on iOS. The hardware is there now, we just need more games to push the limits like this one does. ✓ FantasticInteresting characters, world, and story. Great level building that isn’t linear but also tends to lead you to the right spot. Combat is a little sensitive but at least consistent. If you’re an adult with limited time go straight to casual, it’s meant to be punishing..Version: 1.3.2
✓ Fantastic Mobile RPGIf you like final fantasy, dragon age and resident evil, this game is an amazing mashup of the 3! Has great replay ability and was so fun to play through. A good grind session in the first area sets you up great til the mid point in the game. Gameplay 9/10... I just beat the game and it was a fantastic experience throughout. I used it exclusively on my phone touch screen and has little to no issues. Fantastic job here. Storyline 8/10... so, you can tell this was translated. At times, it’s hard to follow the story and it seems parts maybe missing. If we could get someone to look through this and beef up the storyline dialogue just a little bit, you’ve got 10/10. The story is unique and was a breathe of fresh air. Graphics 9/10... for a mobile this is near perfect. Maybe a few crisper lines here or there, but the aesthetics and overall feel of the game do a great job with the grisly feel. Honestly this was a great experience and was hard to put down. Any improvements I would make, update the dark mist area a bit. The DLC is a great way to help level your hero, but is a bit boring and repetitive. I know it’s a grinding area And love you’ve implemented this into the game, my only issue is again, it’s a bit boring and mundane. I’ve written only one other review which was a negative. ✓ Great game all round. Must have.Played it for 2 days straight. There are definitely some quality of life additions that could be made such as: a mini map if you desire it, or a large map of your location, key figures and perhaps all the areas explored in that chapter. There is quite a bit of wasted time just back tracking to progress in the story. However, this is mainly due to the cut scenes being freaking long. Personally, keep the scenes less than 30 seconds, make them short and snappy, and hence, justifying to remove skip button. Either way a solution to this wasted time would be nice. Also, with the new dlc, sometimes the maps would block progress. Like you the paths are all blocked. This has happened to me on the first stages and even on the last stage of the cave. It seems that i made it to the depths only by luck. Also, will you consider adding new weapons? Or in the very least allow for current weapon upgrades? Like enhancement and reforging. Having a trophy system to your weapon just like the normal one seems nice. Having a different looking weapon just makes grinding for better gear more worthwhile. But honestly, this is one heck of a good game. Thank you developers..Version: 1.2.0

✓ Superb gameLet the crazy lore wash over you for the first half hour. Reduce the camera track speed if you’re using a Dualshock controller. Then this becomes an extremely engrossing game. Substantially helped by it’s Berserk / Dark Souls writing. Great visuals and sounds. This is what the latest gen iOS devices needed. Control response/ action frames seem laggy but perhaps that’s because it has to be touch friendly?.Version: 1.1.8
✓ WARNING: For Non-Souls PlayerThe game was inspired by Darksouls and Bloodborne series, where the taste of victory after beating the boss is soo satisfying. The "Sanity" system also gave the unexpected twist while fighting the boss, make the game even more challenging. Just some few problems that I suggest for the developer to improve: 1. The control response is a bit sluggish, so its better to make it more responsive. 2. It keeps me in loading screen while Sign In to Apple to save the data, hope the developer could fix this one. Other than that it is a hard and challenging yet great game, nice mechanics, good story, cant wait if it will had some additional stories in the future 😍. ✓ Not happy so farFound this title on a top games list, mobile gamer I think, so I decided to buy. The reasonable one-time purchase price is a plus. Visually it’s great and I like the dark feel and the attention to story. Unfortunately I can’t give it that fifth star because the ARP gameplay is sluggish and not fun. I’m not half bad at mobile gaming. I routinely win battle royale matches and play my face off in the top open world ARPGs with no problem. I feel like this one’s trying to be a mobile Witcher 3 in terms of combat mechanics, but so far it’s falling flat. The main problems are the sluggish feel, and that dodging is critical but the linear game world is essentially a series of narrow corridors. I keep hitting that invisible wall mid-dodge. Also, enemy difficulty is already high enough at the outset that you need to integrate all mechanics from fight one - attack, dodge, block, heal - before you have any feel for the gameplay. I was forced to restart on casual and I won’t be able to switch back once I hit my stride. Also, as said, it’s very linear which I can get over, but not my preference. Open world is best. I don’t foresee any emergent gameplay here. I’ll keep trying but I’m already 50% to ragequit..Version: 1.7.10
✓ Actually incredible..I had this game on my phone for a few weeks now but after getting into it and seriously playing it some, it’s super kickass :) as others as have said it’s by far the closest experience to a full fledged souls-borne game.. just in overall cleanliness and execution as well as original design/story/even mechanics.. love the sanity thing.. adds a psychological horror aspect to the game haha…Highly recommend .. it’s worth noting this game does set something of a benchmark to most other games with their causal designs and play style, will always have something to measure to….Version: 1.11.4

You can travel in any direction you want and fast travel to different regions and explore as you please while unlocking shortcuts and new areas etc. - PVP is going to be epic (hopefully it will be similar to the invade system on Darksouls!). As someone who has played through all the Dark soul Series (including Demon Souls, Bloodborne etc) and many other games all I can say is congratulations to the Dev’s on such an amazing game! ✓ Souls fan here!Let me start by saying: “This game is sick!” I love the atmosphere, reminds me of the entire souls series. I like the flow of combat, the voice acting is fine. “Poor translation” doesn’t take away from the experience at all. I actually think it’s kinda cool that the dialogue doesn’t always match up with the voice acting. (Try watching a Netflix original anime.) I really like the game so far. (Still in the first area lol, I’m really scouring the map.) I’m maybe an hour or so in. I researched the game before I bought it, and for what the content entails I didn’t mind paying for this game. I hardly spend money on mobile games aside from a couple 1 or 2 dollar purchases here and there. I’ve only had two issues. First and most important, I can’t seem to get any internet connectivity or load dlc. Second, the delay from guarding to attacking is nuts. It’s like a second, but that’s a lifetime in a game like this. I hope to see some of these issues resolved, but if they aren’t I’m still gonna swear by this game. ✓ Good offering with a few overlooked componentsThe intention is great but the execution is lacking. The artistry of the gameworld is quite good. The voice acting is bothersome, it would have been better to keep it more minimal or just use a system of camerawork and text to create emotion and meaning instead. There is a lot of info poured in right from the onset, a souls game essentially gives you almost nothing which creates a lot of mystery and an explorative rather than fixed narrative. Customization of a character and just solo style gameplay all the way rather than forced personage and group leveling dynamics would have been far more enjoyable for me..Version: 1.5.0

Graphics are top notch, interesting story, lots of abilities, different characters etc. Voice acting isn’t the best quality but is fine considering this isn’t from a huge studio. As a Dark Souls/Bloodborne fan, this is scratching the itch in all the right places and even has some great unique features of its own, including skill trees and craftable stat boosters. I just wish it was on PC or console so I didn’t have to play on the small screen or stream it from my phone to PC. The controls actually work quite well on the phone and I also used a PS4 controller which worked perfectly. Great work team! ✓ I Love this gameHaving a great time exploring the incredible environments in the game. Playing on casual mode, but it is not easy. Now, some thoughts for the developers. 1. You desperately need one or more native English speakers to edit the instruction pages, the accomplishment descriptions, etc. For instance, I cannot get any of the combo moves to work, but as I’m not certain what the instructions mean perhaps I am not using the correct keystrokes. And, Though I have completed many accomplishments, I have no Idea what I did to finish them as the descriptions are poorly worded and cryptic. 2. Instructions need to be far more thorough. Took me weeks to accidentally learn that a long press opens the quick inventory, for instance. 3. Sometimes the owl speaks Chinese, boy is that confusing. 4. The character has stamina, sanity, rage, and health. In spite of playing intensely for weeks, I only understand the health meter (a green bar). The second, golden bar, is that stamina, rage or both? 5. Some enemies rob you of sanity, but how do you recognize them? For that matter, what is a sendril, some kind of enemy, but which one? Same for all the other enemy names. If you are going to mention them by name I need a photographic guide. Anyway,.Version: 1.1.0

Start of the game is very smooth but at times it starts to drop below 60fps and becomes very juddery. If the outfit came with resources to level up, or some special feature (like a good weapon with power and weight to it), then I could see buying it. But its purely cosmetic. Sort of lame asking for money when its just looks. So yes, I say either include it with the dlc, or, include resources to fully level up if you do buy it. ✓ UnbelievableI’ve only just started this game and I’m blown away. I’ve played the souls games and really enjoyed them despite breaking many controllers while doing so. ✓ My honest reviewThe game mechanics are pretty straightforward, except the part about switching targets. I had to experiment by myself because there no guide about it anywhere on the internet. So, what you do is slide the camera away from the target while you are focused on one already (they have to be close to each other or it won’t work). The combat is okay, but kinda slow (wished the counter mechanic was easier to trigger). The story was alright until the end, which was confusing. Intro music is good as well as other sound effects. Graphics is not bad, but could use some improvement. Great ui and ability to customize most of it. Overall, great game to play and have some fun. But, I would like to ask the developers to add the ability to play dlc offline. If I can play the game offline, then dlc should also be able to be played offline since I purchased it obviously. ✓ Great Game! But..This game is great, I love how everything revolves around the darkness it feels a lot like dark souls in a sense but independent to its own genre. I’m only up to the second area of the game but I can say from here is amazing. Sure the first boss was hard and all but it was a different combat style. I really like how the stamina runs out quickly with every attack and dodge it just makes you think harder about how you are going to take down this enemy or boss. There could be some improvements when going to the alter and upgrading your character, I just think it is too complicated e.g. when trying to figure out what advantages strength bring to the table. Anyway I love the game and hopefully you make a sequel to this game. And last but definitely not least keep up the great work I really want to see what you can do with this game and other you release sometime in the future!! ✓ Quenches the dark souls thirst.Yes this game is a replica/take of the dark souls series. But wow, it does it well and makes it it’s own. I downloaded this when it first came out, but did again recently. It still feels as fresh as it did the first time i played. I hope there’s a sequel in the works. Change of weapons would be nice, like finding new ones and switch them when you want at the alters. And being to upgrade them also. I like the features in here like equipping items to give you extra damage etc but i feel like weapon variants/changes with their own unique style and play would have REALLY made this even greater. ✓ Great gameplay, needs better VOHey! This is a beautifully done, dark RPG. The gameplay, graphics, fight system and progression is some of the best I’ve seen for iOS. That being said, I’d hope that y’all can redo some of the voice over / voice acting for the characters as it is the weakest point of the game. Terence especially who we hear the most, is lackluster. Some of the other voice actors are much stronger. Get them to voice Terence instead! Those with a strong command of the English language are needed. ✓ Pushing the limits of mobile gamesFour hours into this game I can say unequivocally that it’s the most complex and well done action RPG game I’ve ever played. I’m in awe that the developers were able to fit a complex game like this with detailed graphics, combat system and character customization in a game played on my phone. As a big blood-born and dark souls fan being able to say that this game holds its own and brings unique things to the tables is a breath of fresh air. I’ll go as far as to say that this game brings new elements to this genre of video games more so than Nioh did. I’m almost hesitant to play this game all the time because it’s so fantastic I don’t want to end. I’ve been waiting for a game like this for years to display the capabilities of high end smart phones. ✓ Dark Souls on Mobile! :OLiterally one of, if not, the best dark souls like game on mobile. The story is decent, atmosphere fantastic, graphics are top notch for a mobile game and the gameplay is almost perfect! The controls are great and doesn’t clutter the screen. The gameplay is extremely smooth and simple to learn but as you know from dark souls, simple ain’t always easy. Throughout the game you unlock different characters with completely different play styles to keep things fresh if you wanna change it up. New game + is supported and this game is genuinely one of the best, well polished games you can get on mobile. Highly recommend! I play on the iPhone XR btw. Also to those complaining it’s too hard or it has no map... that’s the point... The game is meant to challenge you and it’s a real, ‘game game’. I wish it was harder to be honest. It’s a shame you guys really dunno what hard and lack of map awareness is :) Devs, any plans on a sequel or more dlc? I’ve happily bought everything and for such a good price as well. ✓ A Beacon Of Dark Fantasy Done Right For MobileThis is a very simple review. If you are at all a fan of Souls like games (Dark Souls, Bloodborne, Nioh, Lords Of The Fallen) you will love this game no doubt. It is more than a Souls clone, the developers have created some unique aspects not found an the aforementioned games that really stand out (though I won’t ruin the surprises here) Graphics are beautiful, gameplay is wonderful especially considering this is on a mobile device, voice acting is so-so but doesn’t take away from the enjoyment at all, story is there but like most “Souls” like games you have to search for the story which is part of the fun, sound effects are wonderful and match well to the atmosphere of your changing environments. One VERY IMPORTANT thing to note is you most certainly will need to use a Bluetooth controller of some form to play this (ps4 or xbox controllers now supported on iOS 13.3 I use my ps4 controller and it’s just like playing Souls) it would be remarkable to see anyone play this game and be even decent at it using the touch screen controls only, just my opinion anyways. The developers are active and interact with the people who buy the game and have even mentioned that DLC and updates are on the way! Very cool. TL;DR If you are a fan of any of the souls like genre then get the game you will love it, just make sure you have a Bluetooth controller to use as touch screen controls are very difficult to manage for this style game..Version: 1.0.34
✓ Console Quality - It’s actually worth my money!The low ratings are from people who need to either get a newer iPhone, or don’t like hard games. This game is something like Dark Souls in it’s lock on to target and heavy/light attack combat mechanics, but independent in it’s unique story and unique art style. The voice acting is spotty, but the accents and mannerisms are spot on and beautifully done. And with such an enthralling story paired to such great gameplay, the spotty voice acting is more then made up for. ✓ Amazing gameI’m on my 4th play-through. Pascal’s Wager is an amazing game, love every part of it. However, synchronising subtitles with dialogues would make the whole experience so much better, especially for new players. Adding an optional mini-map, or a full map of the area would be great. Aside from that, the decision to add Mouse & Keyboard support was terrific! And the new content really keeps the gameplay fresh. GG! ✓ Just not 100%I know some people love the lack of a map but for someone like me who gets lost easily, it is just a frustration. I wish there was an option to have one. Also I find the bloom effect too harsh and the graphics just look blurry. Option to turn the bloom off would have been nice. However, the game gives a pretty good early impression for a 3rd person adventure rpg. Some nice dark themes and no pay to win rubbish. Combat is solid though sometimes the camera angle trips over itself and you can find yourself fighting with the camera as well as the enemy. Great to see a quality game being released for mobile. ✓ Final Boss is Broken(updated to 5 stars)The final boss in this game is broken. Her first stage is easy but the second one is basically luck. Its not about skill, could have her down to 1% health and she will one shot you with anything. Ranged attacks, physical, everything gets countered and you cant even revamp your stuff because once you step into the arena you can never go back to farm until you beat her. SHE DOES NOT NEED THREE PHASES, THE FIRST TWO ARE HARD ENOUGH TO GET THROUGH WHEN COMPARED TO THE REST OF THE BOSSES OF THE GAME SHES BROKEN Update: Okay admittedly i rage quited. I was upset and you know what? Means i lost. A souls game is designed to do that. Right when you think you’re king, that final boss comes. Still havent beaten her. ✓ A blazing achievement in mobile gaming.Let me start with this. I am a huge fan and long time player of the Soulsborne series. I have been wanting a Dark Souls-like game on mobile forever. This game truly captures the vibes. There are a few detractions, as can be expected with a lower budget and less hardware to work with. They are small and don’t take away from the game. The graphics are beautiful and top of the line, the story is decent, and the combat is legit. The touch controls are decent, but this game truly shines with a controller for easier playability. I’d like to see a bit more customization for weapons and such, but I know there was limited time for production and such. Overall, this is a masterclass in mobile gaming. I deleted Call Of Duty and a few other big name titles because my time is going to be tied up in this game. ✓ PromisingThis game is the closest iOS game to a *soulslike” experience. It captures the mood, feel and attempts to tie in a convoluted storyline. The multiple characters, level design and rpg elements are strong components in this game. Unfortunately the way the story is presented brings the entire experience from amazing to great. Because of multiple translation errors, poor voice acting and sometimes even Chinese subtitles bugs I can’t safely say I enjoyed the entire experience from start to finish. Because of these issues the dialogue of the characters can sometimes be hard to understand the the overall character building falls flat. I assume most of the voice cast aren’t native English speakers and I applaud them for their efforts in this game. The levels also got better as the game progressed but could use a little more variation and colour palettes. Another idea would be to give some of the hidden items such as heggies a small noise so they are easier to locate (think Nirnroot in Skyrim). I also encountered a few bugs which prevented me from completing a few side quests, I ether couldn’t find the npcs or they would not take the quest item from my inventory. I know these things will be fixed and for the price this game is a steal. Highly recommended for any fans of fantasy or souls games. Thanks guys for making a great game..Version: 1.0.34

This game: -has no mobile bloat (confusing menus, cash shops, perplexing currencies — it plays like an ACTUAL game); -one of the most fun and engrossing battle systems I’ve ever played, console and PC included; -extremely creative characters and environments; -challenging game play that rewards you for creative thinking and preparation. -beautiful graphics (no seriously, I can’t believe how good they made this game look on iPhone 11) Please give this game a shot. There is one caveat: the localisation is horrendous. I am so disappointed that they cut this corner. The dialogue is riddled with poor English. In addition to the poor English, the fantasy setting in conjunction with the poor writing makes the storyline incomprehensible. They did not use native English speakers for the voice acting. I can tell that the story is creative, but they did not put the localisation money behind it to make it accessible for English native speakers. I sincerely hope that we see more from this developer. Within the new dlc, I tried going into it after defeating the boss for Edith and found that the enemies as you progressed more had such larger health pools that I couldn’t even keep going due to the fact. ✓ I feel bad for only paying £5 for this.This game is fantastic and is definitely a nice juxtaposition to the slop of this app store. Playing a game like this on a phone is a crazy concept to me because this is the most advanced experience ive ever had! It’s challenging but not unfair, calling the normal difficulty “normal” is a bit of an understatement. Its fun and rewarding with a lot of different abilities and skills to learn. All of the features are introduced naturally and smoothly without having massive amounts of information dumped on the player at once. My only criticism is that I often get a bit lost. I think a minimap would ruin the UI of the game and having a separate map menu would disrupt gameplay too much so I think that in each area you can find a “map piece” which will reveal a small area, this means that if a player gets lost they know that they can go out of their way to seek this item that will guide them..Version: 1.11.4

Combat is strategic and very smooth for the most part.. which comes to my next subject the controls are horrible on touch screen especially if you’re not quick.. now I’m not sure if it’s because I’m running on an older iPhone because framerate does drop at certain points however it’s possible to connect a controller via Bluetooth to give a more console feel which is truly what I recommend to keep you engaged and your field of view open without your fingers getting in the way! Combat works fairly well once you get the hang of it (though attacks and the like are just too bloody slow, it really robs from the pacing). A lot of gamers will find this one to be “the bees knees”, and if it featured the ability to create characters, I would be one. I know they had a very specific story to tell, and that is cool, however, it limits my ability to get into the role. Graphically, I like they way the dev has used effective “tricks” to improve one’s perception of the graphical quality. Sometimes this tactic backfires horribly, but here, the devs got it right. In the end, I find it enjoyable to play, but hard to become truly enthralled with. It is a more than adequate RPG souls like experience with customisable options and multiple characters to acquaint yourself with throughout Pascal’s wager. ✓ Can’t beat final bossNice game but, I just can’t beat the final boss... it’s not that I’m bad at the game, I’m pretty good at it, but I can’t go back to get materials to get stronger because the way back is blocked from the previous boss fight. Teresa’s attacks are wayyy too overpowered, especially when she does that waterfall of crows and you die instantly. And I run out of health potions before I even get the the last stage. ✓ Good, but problemsThis game so far is pretty good, the lighting and detail shows that the devs put a lot of time into this game, but here are some early issues I have with it so far. The main problem is input lag. Sometimes during a boss fight (like the holy father, which requires a lot of well timed dodging.) I’ll be playing someone like Norwood and he would stop and stand there while he does by the holy father’s fast attacks. Other times I’ll be even playing as Vincent and he would just stop in place after trying to dodge more than 3 times. Even with a good amount of endurance. But that is really the only problem for the game. I’ve tested the analog drift with other games, and the dead zone is either larger enough to not register it or it’s just a slight unnoticeable camera rotation, or at worst easily manageable. But not in this game, even the slightest amount analog shift makes the camera move full blast. The game is otherwise great, if they could just either adjust the deadzones or have the camera control be more inline with the amount of analog movement, that would make this a 5 star game..Version: 1.0.34

Graphics are good, although on my 12.9" iPad Pro, it can look a bit blurry since there are no anti-aliasing options. Main concern I have is the graphics presets. On anything other than the lowest preset, the developers force on a few post processing effects, and I hate them. Some kind of edge blur, and chromatic aberration...which tbh, idk why any developer uses that one because who on earth likes their geometry to look blurry and miscolored? So I’m tempted to play the game on the lowest graphics preset to get rid of that horrendous effect. Devs, please make the edge blur and chromatic aberration an option we can toggle on and off. We need more full games like this with work that shows in the lore and art style of the game. I wish we could teleport to altars but then again that is just the souls in me talking the gap between each one isn’t so big to warrant it so I understand why we can’t. Now I use a controller so the biggest thing for people would be if they have one to use or not. ✓ Decent soul-likeIt is wonderful. Cant believe the devs made this work on mobile. I see many similar points with the Dark Souls series, yet try to be a bit different. For example, the Sanity system is novel. I think its good to give some play style selections. But I suggest to add attack pattern phases to boss mobs, in addtion to lunar status. I mean, bosses must have dived patterns depending on their phases, even if they are not in the lunar. Dividing characters according to the weapon is not bad. Having a ranged attack character with gun is also nice. But i wish it could be better to customize my own characters. I think the devs will add costumes for each characters, instead of customizing weapons and armours on only one character. Map composition is very nice, not too small, not too large. Its just for mobile game. Mob variation is excellent, their various patterns are nice. Overall, it makes me very excited to play. ✓ A very fun a polished RPG for mobile.I got into it not taking it seriously, I’ve never been into mobile gaming, I’m on vacation and could really use some games to keep my mind busy when I don’t have anything to do. So I got this one thinking it was going to be another one of those copy-cat dark souls game. ✓ Simply incredibleI’ve played this game the majority of the day and feel I’ve already made my moneys’ worth. It’s exactly what I’m looking for in an app game and deserves nothing less that 5 stars. Graphics are great, runs smooth as glass on my iPad Pro and I’m already being drawn in to the story and I want to more. I’m kind of glad there were a few one star rating saying it was too hard because that more than anything made me want to try it. ✓ Amazing game with beautiful visualsI only have one issue so far. On my xbox controller, the camera movement is not smooth, sometimes it is too sensitive. It just keeps on moving and i have to keep it on check frequently. Controller gameplay in general could definitely use some improvement. Other than that, i am very impressed at the game. Definitely worth it and cant wait for future updates. Hopefully there will be more gameplay in the future.Version: 1.0.33

✓ Solid 8/10Halfway into the game and i gotta say really fantastic game. the graphics are stunning for a phone, a good linear story line, the maps are medium length, with splitting pathways and treasure hidden around, and mild difficult bosses however after learning their patterns it becomes easy, which i don't mind, the ability to trade people is also nice. nice variation of monsters and interactions. that saying there are some problems id address. Skill combos are very hard to do, it rarely works with mobile controls, and mobs that never stop attacking, they will attack x5 and knock you over and rinse and repeat spamming meaning you cant win unless you trade health with them. the only big thing i care about is skill combos not being able to do the combos which is a really big thing in combat is the worse, however you can still make by it even without them. if you don't mind these tiny details and don't get triggered in the beginning and keeping pushing until you understand their patterns, it is a wonderful game to get, definitely worth your money, and time to get absorbed into..Version: 1.0.33

Hands down this is the greatest action role playing game to ever be designed for the mobile device! It is dark and ominous in all the right ways with a lot of reminiscent feeling of a Bloodborne or souls-like game with a few unique game mechanics of its own such as the Sanity mechanic which proves for a mighty challenge if you accidentally let your mind slip into the pits of despair!!! All in all this game is wonderful with a beautifully gothic design, a talent tree that is used in conjunction with items that can be found or bartered for with the same currency used at the alters to increase your level giving you a single perk point to place in any of your chosen attributes!! ✓ Crashes upon start iPad mini 2Can not get past the initial splash screen. Tap start, connects to server, accessing purchased downloadable content then the initial sounds of the intro play (cart sound maybe) and crash to springboard. ✓ Please iron out the minor flawsAnd market this game so it can get the acclaim it deserves as since Ire: Blood Memory went down it is the best if not only game of its type (souls like) on the iOS platform. The graphics, combat, soundtrack, etc is top notch, as good as Genshin, PGR, Diablo Immortal or any leading combat RPG. Make all of the content playable with (any pair of) all of the characters. It is absurd to make it so that Terrence needs to be one of your duo just for the sake of the story. People can deal with that inconsistency for the sake of gameplay diversity. Can you imagine if the main character had to be part of every party in Genshin? It is stupid beyond belief. And for heavens sake clean up the boss fighting setting so it doesn’t look like a pile of blotchy rubbish. The game is so beautiful, why would you make this feature take place in such a hideous unfinished environment? Just look at how beautiful the domains or spiral abyss rooms are in Genshin. The boss feature is meant to be played over and over, it’s so stupid not to make this background look as nice as the rest of the game. These are basic issues but the first in particular is huge. ✓ Absolutely FantasticThis game and how polished it is should be a standard for other app developers. Ive been playing the game since its release and it is near flawless. Which I expected for the price but is rarely delivered like this game did. Not a single crash, which I think by far has been the most impressive feat with such a game Virtually zero lag which makes the game fluent and more enjoyable The combat can be tricky at first but it with time you will become better. Sometimes the dodging of certain moves seems inconsistent but its forgivable The camera sensitivity was my only main complaint off of launch but it was quickly addressed which was awesome Keep in mind I play on a top of the line IPad Pro which may affect my gameplay experience over others but I still want to give credit where it is due. My only complaint is that the material drop rate for ruptured tails for elixirs of health is drastically low for me which means that crafting those elixirs is almost impossible for me. It seemed to also become even more rare as the game progressed. For such a common elixir it just doesn’t make sense to me. Other than that this is an amazing game for the price. ✓ Pretty decent Dark Souls imitation.I haven’t played Dark Souls but I watch streamers who play it, and while it’s by no means Dark Souls, it’s probably the closest mobile version we will get. The graphics and mechanics are good. I only have one problem with the game. I can’t get over the voice acting. It there’s an old lady you meet close to the beginning of the game. She sounds like a grown mans attempt at making an old lady voice, and most of the voices don’t match the characters. Cheap DLCs, good graphics, and good touch screen controls. The atmosphere for the game is dark and mysterious, but it ruins the atmosphere when I burst out laughing because of the voice acting. I’m pretty sure this is an indie developer game, so I don’t really blame them for bad voice acting. But please, for the love of god add an option to turn off the voice acting, better the voice acting. 9/10. Would be 10/10 if the voice acting was better..Version: 1.7.2
