✓ Devil payThis app is the most stupid app to Use .some times I wonder who created this his app,i defaulted a loan of 3000,just 3000,that won’t improve my life in any way,they actually locked my phone and I was wondering,when you loan someone 3000 and you lucked the phone up,you locked my business phone for days after I made the payment and the charges accrued to it they still haven’t opened my phone ,it’s more like a fry on to fire case after all this I had to pay the charges accrued to it ,they still haven’t opened my phone ,If I see any one write and positive comment about this people,ogun destroy the person cos it’s a devil pay.Marygre214Version: 2.14.2

✓ ProblemI was introduced by a friend to setup this app which I did. I sent 5k to the app that same day I opened it I was on tier 2. Trying to open this app for the past 2 days now. It’s not loading just writhing connection time out I logout and even downloaded it again still the same what’s going on here. ✓ Bad customer serviceI have issue with a transaction which has been on processing since Monday. I complained and the customer support asked for 24hrs. After 24hrs with nothing I complained again and they asked for another 24hrs, yet nothing. The transaction is still processing. I complained again and you won’t believe the customer support closed the chat without even replying. Is it a crime to make enquiry about my money. Once this is fixed and my money is refunded, am withdrawing all my money and am done with the app for good. I have to complain about one processing transaction almost everyday. Am fed up with all this. I won’t recommend this app to someone running a business. You will blame yourself and regret at the end of the day.OolatundeVersion: 2.4.1

✓ Address verification is problemThe developer of this application should try to resolve issue of address verification failure because I have been trying it for months to resubmit my address verification but it keep on failing always and another thing is name Authenticator should not be permanent because this application is new and every one is not aware that is going to be use to validate their bank account name, the developer should give room to edit if the name didn’t Thierry with bank account name or all your names must March with your ID card name that will solve a lot of problem with this application..Chinedu4realVersion: 3.7.0

✓ More work neededMy reason 4 giving u guys 3stars is cuz I cnt buy data or recharge cards to other networks apart 4rm d num I use in registering my PalmPay acc, which is nt fair. I should to able to buy to any network or any1 I wish 2 buy 2. I have more than 1 line, I can’t register PalmPay wit all my SIM cards. Login to each one will be very stressful. ✓ COMPLAIN!!This app have been good to me though!! But now I’m about to go on a trip and I need to withdraw some little money out of it but It is really giving me problems now. ✓ Poor customer careYou guys should look for something to do about your customer service it's very poor Your Customer Care is so poor to the extent that you guys can solve any problem If you guys have any issues with your app and someone does a transaction mistakenly you can never receive your money or get a refund The first time was N2500 and now N2000 If you contact your customer service agents this is the only thing they know how to say👇 “ Please be informed that your transaction is still pending, however, your complaint has been escalated to the responsible unit and a resolution will be made as it is currently being worked on. ✓ FrustratedI have been having a problem with logging in on my PalmPay account and it will just pop up a text like this “The data couldn't be read because it isn't in the correct format.” I call your customer service but you guys service is only good whenever you want to ask debtor when they want to pay up their debt But when a serious issue like mine is being table before you guys there’s nothing to do about it I downloaded and deleted the app 6 times Still the same issue If you guys can’t do something about it kindly release my own money which is on the account And you can keep your PalmPay to yourself Very frustrating Imagine if I was the one who borrow money from you guys and didn’t pay on time , you will call me almost a million times a day or even my family member because of 1500 Please if you can’t do something about it give me back my money and keep your PalmPay to yourself or those who need it.FRIYO001Version: 3.10.1

✓ Glitch or something crankyI was told to update the app to the latest version of which I did and now it seems I can’t even access some features in the app.. They keep telling me to update to the latest version which I’ve done and there’s no way I can update for a second time when it’s already updated to the latest version and you guys haven’t released any other versions yet.. ✓ Transaction processing since last 7hrsI don’t know what’s happening but I definitely think of it being a network issue or probably because of the downtime I tried to make my first transaction after the down time around 5am in the morning and yet till now the money haven’t been credited to my account none refunding I tried many way to reach the customer services but it seems they are close cos it Sunday I hope my money would be refunded in the next 24hrs as I read it on the help center.OnyxwiseVersion: 3.2.1

✓ Auto payment and over chargingIt’s a good bank app with varieties of options . I would gladly recommend this app for anyone if just two things could be fixed .. they over charge especially when you sending to apps like Opay “like why would you charge above #100 to send to Opay . Sometimes when I deal With small funds . You guys charge about 20 to 59 naira : that’s too bad and also the okay card service provided on it . We borrow and we going to return it . Stop making auto repayment and taking cash meant for something else : this will only make one ignore the bank app for as long as you don’t have the cash . There would always be transactions going in and out just chill till we hit the repayment button . We deserve that privacy at least .. I hope all this could be changed.Viper ganganVersion: 3.3.1
