✓ Ordered card 2xI ordered a card and I told the representative that I didn’t want the flag anymore and it still came with the flag, I called and ordered a new card the guy assured me that the flag won’t be on it and guess what it came with the flag again. They will make things hard for you, I’m not sure anymore if I still wanna bank with this bank anymore, given the fact that I waited 22 days and they assured me that the flag won’t be on the card anymore and I just literally open my mail and he flag is still on the card..IdkebhsVersion: 1.46.0

✓ Terrible serviceI opened an account a few months ago, and somehow they managed to mess up the name of my account by misspelling it. I contacted them to get it resolved, but they never were able to get it corrected, rather they automatically closed my account without even telling me that they will be doing that. I retried to open an account but it just tells me to wait for them to review my account creation before they will send me the new card. It’s been several weeks since I created and have heard nothing. At this stage, I have no interest in using these services anymore. It’s the biggest time waster ever..AsdeevVersion: 1.9.0

✓ Transfer money take soo longI am being using passbook for about 2 years and it is ok ,It is reliable it gives you in sensitives but the only problem and the most important is that when you make a transfer from your bank to passbook it takes a long time and that annoying and does not make you want to continue using your this bank.Alex36nycVersion: 1.20.0

✓ Money transfers take almost a week 👎🏻The App is very good, what is NOT good is the delay of the deposit transfers from my bank to my passbook card. I prefer to pay a fee for each cash transfer than to have to wait up to 6 days to see the deposit reflected on the Passbook card. Cash App and Venom base the success of their apps on the speed with which they make cash transfers. It's rare in 2022 for cash transfers from my account to Passbook to take this long. They don’t help at all and if they delay the emergencies that a client may have when waiting for that money. ✓ Not worth itEverything was fine until you lose your card and there is no way to use your money, the app does not provide a virtual card so you can use your money, they say that your card will arrive in 10 days, well, it's been three weeks now, the app has the option to add your bank to transfer money from your bank to your passbook account but not to do the opposite, never again, as soon as I can I stop using passbook, I don't recommend it, use Current instead.Raquel-aleVersion: 1.10.2

✓ It literally takes more than week to transfer money from your bank account to passbookThis was my first time using passbook and probably last. I deposited money into passbook about a week ago now. The money has been deducted from my bank account however its still not reflected in my Remittly account. This is real waste of time. Not at all useful for any last moment international transfers that you might need to do. Plan about a month ago in order to send your money on time through this app. Literally only reason I downloaded this app was because I could save couple of bucks on international transfers. Apart from that this app is really useless. Another thing to note is that it doesn’t allow you to transfer money back from your passbook account to your actual bank account. ✓ Cheque & regular Deposits & withdrawalI hate the fact that you take forever to make the funds available for a cheque deposit. It cost so much to put cash in & to take cash out. This account should only be used with online transactions (i.e purchases etc) oh and doesn’t works with zelle for receiving or sending money. It needs much more improvement. ✓ The worst online banking in the worldTHE WORST BAKING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! I am a user of online bankings such as Wise, Revolut and etc. since 2017 and after moving US I opened Passbook which made me upset at the first activity with the bank. I could not get my direct deposit money which was under my family member’s name because it didn’t match my name which sounds very funny. They send my money back to the sender which means I will never see that money which I suppose to get in order to send to my family abroad. I even missed other online bankings while using this passbook. The only thing I like with this bank is the design of its card that’s it. As a person who is using 7 banking accounts at the same time I never will recommend this bank to anyone. 1 star ranking is what it deserves. ✓ Response process & slight bump upThey have proven that they care about their customers, so in return I bump them up 1 star but they still have flaws they need to work on like for example, they need to be able to respond faster when urgent & I mean it! Never download!!!!!I downloaded the app a week ago and tried to transfer some fund into the app. A day later I got emails saying my account is suspended and they need additional information such as self photo and bank account statement. I emailed but got a few other account manager emails after that, with the request for additional information which made me confused on what information I need to provide. A few days later they said the account is closed for no reason and didn’t clarify what purpose they have for own my personal information. ✓ No attempts to sho they care about the user.I recently signed up to the bank, and as a Apple voiceover user, I noticed that certain things were odd but it was still quite easy to sign up. After I signed up, and got my virtual card, I initiated a transfer from my old bank so that I would use it as my primary, thinking that I could use a virtual card because I’ve had no trouble with other banks regarding this. Come to find out, the debit card information has some sort of weird image that of course apples voiceover is unable to read.I immediately sent them an email, explaining all of this. Since then, I’ve been waiting for a response or any indication that they’re going to work on this, and nothing came of it. It’s frustrating, because now I’m not sure if I’m missing anything on the screen that it’s also not reading, or just things like that. Usually, all banks have put great efforts into accessibility for visually impaired users. And I am honestly surprised that a bank whose company has been around since 2011, hasn’t put any effort into any kind of accessibility for their apps. ✓ RidiculousMy balance is about $200 less than it currently should be. I have several pending transactions showing up that have already settled, clearly impacting my available funds. To top it off, funds that should have been returned to my account when these pending charges drop off have have just disappeared! ✓ They close your account for no reason and won’t give you back your money.I have been using passbook for a couple of weeks until suddenly I got an email that my account was closed. I called them to ask why and they literally told me they had no reason for closing my account. Yes, that’s exactly what they said. My account was closed last month, the first person I spoke to promised I would get my money in a couple of days, the second person I spoke to told me I would get my money next year 2021. ✓ No way to transfer from Passbook to another bank onlinePassbook is more than happy to take your money through online transfer from other bank accounts but if you’re trying to send that money back to another bank account online you’re out of luck. There doesn’t seem to be any way to do so except physically going to the nearest ATM or using some weird app called Remitly which only does international online transfer. This makes absolutely no sense. Why not let you transfer your money back out the same way they take in money. If I had known that in the first place I would have never used Passbook to begin with.
