✓ Holding me upRequired to review the app!? I paid for this service and app at premium and just get in the car and it holds me up for two minutes because I am required to leave a review. Have you lost your mind? I wouldn’t be using this app for optimization of my time on this route if I had two minutes to give away NOT at my discretion. Otherwise I had liked the app. Warning: at any given moment you will be forced to review the app, optimally it will not be at the worst moment possible like it was for me. ✓ Asking for review repeatedlyNot impressed as i paid for it and just started using it then there are continuous pop ups asking for review and rating. It’s frustrating.Version: 1.11
✓ UselessWanted to try it out to see if it would meet my needs before I committed to signing up for premium. They say there’s a ‘trial period’ and you can create one route to try it out. What they don’t tell you is that once you create your free route, you have to agree to share your credit card info. While you can cancel after three days and not be charged, it’s misleading to say you can try one free route but then demand credit card details. You don’t need my credit card for me to try one free route. If your app is good and works, then I’ll pay for premium. So, downloading it was a waste of time and it’s in the app garbage now. 🙄.Version: 2.0

✓ Review of UpperUpper Route Planner has been my exclusive and reliable routing tool that I’ve used since July. It is accurate and provides an efficient planning of my daily stops. I wish some of the functions were a bit more intuitive e.g., the “delete” function being a simple “swipe left”..Version: 5.4

✓ Do not waste your timeI was looking for an app that would help me plan a trip with multiple destinations. This app seems to have that capability and I mapped out where I wanted to go. Unfortunately to actually use the app and have it take you to your destination , you have to pay a laughable $10 a month. Not to mention the app itself feels a bit scammy and I did not want to share my personal info. Sooo thanks for wasting my time. ✓ Sneaky ThievesWhat ever card you have on file they will repeatedly charge you even if you canceled during the week free trial. 14 times they unknowingly charged me (I don’t usually keep money on my Apple Card) but I was about to make a purchase and transferred money and as soon as the funds were available this shady app immediately took it. I’ve reached out to Apple, my bank, and even The app developers and no response. It’s a good app but not at the cost of being ripped off..Version: 5.9
✓ Was good until I paidThis app did what I intended it for when I used the trial version. I was amazed how it could optimise the route to the most efficient plan. I was really impressed so I paid for the fuller version. Now it doesn’t seem to work. The route optimisation now plans a route that sends me all over the place, it’s useless. I spend more time on google maps trying to optimise my route then transferring the route into the app ( you can skip optimisation) so at least I have an ordered list - that I’ve e had to plan myself. Unless you fix it I’m off to find something else when my month runs out..Version: 1.10

I understand this is tailored specifically for delivery businesses but I should be able to plan my route using your application. I was not able to get into the application because of the registration process. I do not believe I should have to provide you with both my email and my phone number in order to plan a route. If they are necessary for the business logic of the application, please explain why during registration because it feels like too much personal information for what this app is supposed to do..Version: 1.10
✓ Ok for route planning not so much for directionsI was looking for an app that would help me sort certain addresses I had to go to in a logical route, it does that but when you follow the driving directions it takes you miles out of your way from one address to another, it took me in a direction that did not seem correct and when I was able to pull over to check I was way off from my address when I pulled the address up on 2 other apps. I won’t be renewing this app after this month is up..Version: 1.12
✓ Not as good as I want it.I have been playing with this app for a couple of months I have about 70 to 80 deliveries every day. I read in the comments where someone else has the same issue I do. You need to allow us to change the order on balloons. When you press optimize there always seems to be one or two addresses that are way off and it has me backtrack. Then go forward again. Which doesn’t really optimize the route. If I could click on each balloon and change the number order on each one. Then this would be a five star rating..Version: 1.10
✓ Can’t just use free versionI put in 9 stops and went to get the route. It asked me if I wanted the app/service to optimize the route (which they have a right to do as it’s how they get paid subscribers) but when I selected “no” it brought me to the trial screen. I don’t want three days trial, I don’t want to pay to optimize my trips, and I don’t want an app that won’t let me skip to just using it..Version: 5.1.1
