✓ Denying customers to read ToS and Privacy PolicyI went to whois to check out what this business really is. Turning out, they are legitimate Lithuanian (?) Registered business, but can't tell the details b/c I can't confirm it without creating an account (which requires to confirm its ToS& Privacy Policy) If I can't read your ToS beforehand, how can customers trust you in the first place? While traveling, I tried the worldwide plan (20 euros' worth of data, usable in 133 countries) and somehow spent all of it in one afternoon trying to navigate back to my apartment in Kuala Lumpur on Google maps. For the cost of 10 gb in Turkey, for example, I can get a sim at the airport or even use a different e sim app and get 100 gb of data. ✓ Kind of ok but full of bugsWhen you pick a number it doesn’t mean that you can really fully use it. The incoming calls do not come through. Calling out from your esim number is a random probability, and it increases if you call from inside the app. Calling when using the regular phone function seems to be impossible. The account that you have in this app is split into two independent parts - one for the phone number and the other for mobile data. If one (like me) cannot succeed in paying from a plastic card for the mobile data plan but can pay through Apple for the phone number, he would not have the ability to have access to mobile data which is very irritating. Last but not least. The support team is reacting with some delay but their responses turn out quite useless. Thus, not really helpful. When I asked the question I initially had a reply within an hour I then asked for a cancellation and refund because I need a phone number. This is the reply after 3 days “This information you could find in Term of Use, and accepted it by making a purchase”.
