✓ Technical issues on iOSThe concept is nothing terribly new, but the fact that you don’t have to worry about being zeroed like in RoK is a relief + the lesser reliance on farms (again in reference to RoK). Normally this would be a 5/5 but at least on >iOS< there are a number of technical issues that really harm the game. Firstly is the bug around notifications, especially after last patch I do not receive notifications when attacked, when marches return (farming, PvP, anything). Secondly often times numbers will not update properly e.g. your resources, timers, XP and so you will have to restart the game. Thirdly and this isn’t tone deaf in the sense that other mobile games have this issue, but the game will randomly crash. Please fix these issue for iOS..Version: 1.4.0

✓ Big IssuesInfinity Kingdom is riddled with tech bugs and events that do not happen. The developers rush to production and do not adequately test updates. Compensation to players is in adequate to the crashes and low quality upgrades placed in game. Further, they make Kingdom versus Kingdom events without consideration to how is fighting. For example, they take an older kingdom and put it against a newer one. Just so the newer one can be slaughtered by the older one. If you want a reliable and fun game experience. This is not the game. Developers stop chasing the big bucks and make a quality game that is competitive and fun for everyone. People will gladly spend for that type of experience. ✓ Pay to win focused gameAll aspects of the game are pay to win. From the moment of opening the game, you are greeted with a banner to buy a pack for a fake discount. P2W aspect will overcome a 500 day playing advantage, most people get hooked for the connections between different cultures or the constant drama. Would give 4 stars but support team is very bad. If you buy something and it doesn’t appear good luck getting it replaced. If there are selfish players who constantly curse and pillage your server there’s nothing you can do. Devs won’t ban them if they misspell curse words no matter the frequency and no ban is ever permanent unless you ask for a refund (usually a two day bans for cursing and never bans for attacking your server relentlessly). Shadow and Holy cost $2,500 USD per maxed immortal ($10,000 for a full unit) and much more for the dragon (around $20,000 for max dragon talents). The new Chaos immortals cost $8,500 per immortal if you are patient, around $12,500 if you want to max one in a single event.Version: 2.4.2

✓ These guys are thieves and crooksLook I understand Pay to play games and have spent a bit on this one. But in September I bought a pack I never received and it was refunded at my request. Today 3 months later they ban me for a malicious refund!!! No one ever contacted me they just banned me with a demand to pay the $10 for something I never received. They switch server rules to keep players i or out and the ban anyone who challenges them on Facebook. Know you can’t win in this game without spending some $$ I would say I have spent a bit in comparison to whales but more than I have spent on any similar game in the past. ✓ Decent game with long upgradesI recently joined the game and it was fun but once you get past lvl 12 things take a long time. Dragons take more than a day or two (literally) to upgrade and there are a tons of high lvl players that will come and destroy you. I’m used to that, but the kicker was that I was never actually able to link my account and it kept telling me that there was another name being used under my account. That’s fine as well, but it was the first time I had ever downloaded and played and now it says that there is an upgrade but will. not let me actually download the “new” version of the game but won’t let me play till I install the new version. Just frustrating that I spent a lot of hours upgrading and now I can’t even play. Good characters and it doesn’t reward players with the best heroes unless you work for it or randomly get the, through the summoning. Like I said good game and worth a try or two but ow I can’t play! ✓ Great game, dangerous for kids!This game is pretty good. However the developers don’t engage at all with their players. While there is a report feature In chat, it doesn’t do anything. You can report offensive language 10 times a day for a week and nothing will change. Be careful letting kids play this game. After being in this game for any length of time you’re guaranteed to see homophobic comments, slurs, ignorant comments pertaining to mental health. Even with the increase in pay to win I stuck it out and kept playing, recently I made a purchase and didn’t get what I paid for. I don’t know if I’m an isolated case, but I’ve spent hundreds of $$ on this game, and not in one go mind you. Due to the game mechanics, this was over a painstaking month as they limit certain purchases that reset daily, and that’s not even the part I’m frustrated with as I know that’s how these type of games operate. The issue, after all this I can’t even use the character I paid to unlock, likely due to a bug? Here’s the thing, I have no clue because for the last 3.5 weeks it’s been the same canned response from there customer care team: “The team is aware and they are doing their best to address it, and will let you know when all is good.” How hard is it to give a little transparency? How about “Sorry it looks like your bug is an isolated incident and won’t be fixed until x time period”. Something…anything to manage my expectations as to why I can’t use a character I paid for. Or how about reimbursing in-game resources to boost my other characters? Nope, completely alienated and ignored, just the same canned response over and over, no timeline, no information whatsoever. ✓ CheatersI played server126 for over a year. There is only 1 main alliance left due to 4 players with about 20 different accounts each. All big castles and all bullies. They killed the server and unless you join them, you too will be pounded into the ground with several 43+ cities. Unless you pay through the nose, you don’t stand a chance. The game only allows you 3 cities per server, but several ppl who quit the game signed their cities over to ppl like Gerald and others who have huge castles. That is cheating and theft. Not allowed to run someone else’s accounts. And only allowed to have 3 cities max per server. Devs don’t care as they make money from all accounts, whether they are stolen or bought form other players..Version: 2.3.1
✓ Worst customer serviceStarted playing this game after switching from Rise of Kingdom. Spent hundreds of dollars so far and then realized that the events didn't reset so I was unable to claim rewards and daily rewards. Sent an in game message to support and explained the situation. Support told me that I should try resetting cache, deleting game and reinstalling. Everything was done. I even tried installing the game on 2 different phones and 2 different tablets. Events still didn't reset. I reached back out to support 1 week ago and still no response. My messages to support are now blocked and I am unable to speak to anyone concerning my situation. After spending hundreds of dollars not getting any follow ups is a huge disappointment. Strongly considering going back to Rise of kingdoms. I will consider removing this negative feedback if the situation is resolved and if I am compensated for my loses. Will follow up with everyone shortly..Version: 1.3.1
✓ Honest reviewWhile the graphics are cool and there some unique things about this game like training dragons and a dungeon challenge. It doesn’t offer a long protection shield for beginner you get a day or until level 8 I think. Also I noticed a lot of people are confused about how to play and have trouble finding the guides. Lastly their immortal hero which you need character pieces to level up, is kind of annoying because you never get any character pieces. Plus the time zone is all weird but that could be my fault by join the non recommend server however there’s no description to fix it and I submitted a help ticket a week ago so that should tell you about this customer service level. Once again there’s another game that basically allows you to spend money, only to have it wiped off the map by someone who spent more money. I’m happy to spend money on a game that is fair. But these types of games are not fair. They are specifically designed to allow the biggest spenders to pick on lower spenders and both can pick on non-spenders. These games are not designed to keep players long-term. They are intentionally designed to keep big spenders long-term while milking other players to satisfy the spenders. As with all of these games, you were encouraged to spend on huge packs any enormous amounts of resources and troops. You do so thinking that by spending enough you can catch up, and stop being picked on. But you can’t. Because if you buy 1 million resources the game is designed to ensure that you need 1.5 million. If you buy 1.5 million, you will then need 2 million. The game is intentionally designed to require you to spend, and spend, and spend. But you will never catch up. You will never be bigger than the next guy because he will spend more. And that one day that real life causes you to forget to shield your city, you will lose everything. ✓ Refusal to punish exploiters.The #1 Alliance on my server abused an Exploit with the King mechanics to get near infinite gems, and resources. Infinity Kingdom did not seem to care when half our server reported them, as no-one got banned; and no-one got rolled back. We’ve had people spend several hundred (some even into the thousands) on this game, and EGO (an alliance of cheaters) devalued everyone’s real life money by doing what they did. In a game that is designed to give advantage to higher spenders, this is unacceptable. Bad company practices are never one and done, they are indicative of a rot that will inevitably resurface again; which is why I refuse to give any more time or money to this company. Several whales on our server went full F2P because of IK’s refusal to take meaningful action. Don’t waste your time or money on this App..Version: 1.2.3

✓ Fun game, a few things however..Fun game, cool people, but a couple problems. Hope I remember them.. First off, the keyboard. No predict text, no spelling correction option. If you misspell a word, that’s the word that is sent. It isn’t that big of a deal if we speak the same language, however for those that need a translation do not get the word translated into their language, leaving them questioning what is trying to be said. LANGUAGE.. We are not allowed to use “bad” words. Even some not bad words are flagged as offensive, therefore unable to be said. If it is in world chat then ok fine I get it, I guess. But if you’re in an alliance that requires users to be 18+ then there is no reason for there to be language restrictions. It’s ridiculous. I’m not spending anymore time on my complaints, just fix what has been listed and once it is I will write another review with more problems. Baby steps here people. ✓ A whale speaksI have spent MORE than enough on this game to post an honest review. Obviously, the devs had no problem taking my money but deleted my review because, well, it told the truth. So here it goes again… First off, let’s talk about the shadow team. Besides needing to spend close to $5k to even get the dragon, 2 of the epic immortals are locked behind a massive paywall. It averages about $3,000 to max EACH of them on the wheel. And they are ONLY available on the wheel. Once you have Siegfried or Kimiku, they will NOT appear in the market like other immortals. The only way to get them is to buy $5-$100 spin packs and blow your bank account. Other teams are easier to get, but with the complete lack of balance between elementals, you either choose wisely or you might as well start over. Honestly, I love this game, but for the first time in my entire life, I have to walk away because I refuse to put myself into debt to stay competitive. And make no mistake, you HAVE to spend to stay competitive. Average between $50 and $100 minimum PER DAY to keep up with the whales. And no, I’m not kidding. This is such an obvious cash grab it hurts. They got my money. They are happy. And they will probably delete this review before anyone else can read it and save themselves the pain. Just trust me. ✓ Latest release is buggy with connectivity issuesNormally this game is pretty stable but the last release has some glitches which make it annoying to play. I have to restart the game app every time I switch screens or turn off the phone display. In previous versions these actions led to less than a 1 second server reconnection delay which was perfectly acceptable. Now it is 30-60 seconds to get back to what I was doing. And it happens every time with maybe one exception out of a hundred. Also, I opened a ticket in the app and it wouldn’t let me expedite it because I had 0/3 chances remaining for the month (I haven’t submitted even one of these in more than a month). I tried to submit it expedited anyway since I have noticed that they historically do get the number labels switched/incorrect in the game menus. But it wouldn’t allow me to, instead I got a pop up warning me that I had only 3 expedited submissions left for the month (which doesn’t make sense, they obviously meant it to say I had zero left). Lol, but it did explain where my 3 went. Unfortunately that now means I can’t expedite any of my tickets ever again( at least until they fix that bug first….not sure how long before they finally review a non-expedited ticket about not being able to expedite my tickets…Irony)..Version: 1.9.0

✓ Latest update will kill the game for manyI really enjoyed this game for a long time, it felt challenging but always with a purpose. Whilst I was never a top player, you always felt like you could contribute, compete and have fun. Unfortunately the new update absolutely shatters the community of players that love the game. It’s a smash and grab run for cash by the devs because unless you spend (a LOT) of money you have no ability to catch up, or frankly even contribute any more. The resources needed to upgrade to the new levels released in the latest update are unattainable for many players and they have plans to introduce even more levels in the next couple months. On top of this, there are no mechanics to make progression easier (challenges are harder for the same rewards and the requirements for upgrading anything exponentially increase) It’s such a shame as I loved the game, but this ans future updates will absolutely kill the game..Version: 1.8.0
✓ Slowly giving upI will start with positives. This game is (for me) the best strategy. beautiful graphic. A lot of characters. Many skills you can combine. Many elements you can combine. Good events etc.. Now negatives. I feel like it doesn’t have any sense to spend money to this game. Im big spender, but still nothing compare to “jumpers”. People who play it for a months. Leave their castle on lvl 8 and then just jump into brand new server with full stars, full lvl dragons and immortal. But that is not the worst if it’s just this you can still compare them because you can have t3/t4 and they just t1/2 due the castle. BUT! All resources and speed ups they had and safe for MONTHS going with them. So then they lvl up their castle and buildings easily and now after 9-10 DAYS you have to fight someone with same lvl of castle and troops plus they have double of you immortal power. ✓ As Usual Great Start Then the Whales Ruin It!Like so many games similar to this game, you start off building your kingdom in safety. You find an alliance and join like minded players. Offers pop up often for $1-5 to get you in the game and have you invest. Once invested you think well I keep playing because I put some money into it. Then that is when the whales show up, (Whales= spending $$$$). They start abusing the server and of course unless you are willing to drop $$$$, you stand no chance. Unlike other games, good luck being protected. Protective barriers (shields) cost $$$ for anything more than 4 hours. So while you sleep expect to lose all troops and resources because the 4 hour shield does nothing. DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME! I’m saving you time. There are many other games similar that you can invest your time in and make progress for little money. You don’t need to worry about big spenders destroying your fun. Don’t believe me try the game. Every single ad I’ve seen for this game is complete nonsense and none of the things I’ve seen in them are in the game at all. The land, fighting animations, models, etc aren’t even in the game. ✓ Good game… butA lot of fun and a lot of different strategies to implement and have fun with. Interesting take on the genre and a good amount of stuff to do if you’re bored for the day but not too many dailies where you are dragged to the game once a day on a busy day for more than a few minutes… I could do with a little easier gnome farming… usually have to run it a lot when looking for an item and don’t have a lot of chances for basic gnomes. Unfortunately I’ve run in to an issue where if I get a loading screen for any reason I have to force close and restart the game, before it was all but unplayable making even getting in to the game a 50/50 chance… now it’s a 30 second timer before my game just freezes up. ✓ Amazing game but unfortunately made near unplayable due to Korean playersI’ve played the game for about 3 weeks. Super fun and great design. All the different progressions and play of the game is insanely rewarding. However, the last 5 servers/worlds that you can join all have the same alliance clan in them, KOR. This alliance dominates literally all servers because they paid $100-$200 per player, per server and are insanely ahead of literally everyone else in the game. Alliances of 70+players cannot even contest 5 members of KOR. The result is all alliances are steamrolled and pushed out of any worthwhile territory, effectively killing the server for everyone else. Unless you plan to pay $100+ at the very start of a new server and so does everyone else in your group, do NOT play this game..Version: 1.6.2
✓ To many BugsThis game is great fun at starting levels with fast moving gameplay and very enjoyable in the beginning. Unfortunately that does not continue and by castle level 30 it degenerates into a resource grind unless you spend a great deal of money. Every day the game reports faulty information about the status of troops, scouts and dragons. The only way to correct it is to restart your platform each time. I got tired of between 5 and 10 restarts every day. I have two accounts of this game on different platforms, both have the same constantly recurring faults. If you like this type of game try Zgirls3. ✓ Good but declining gameThis game has great graphics and nice gameplay overall. It is a kingdom builder with a lot of features and content to keep players playing. I recommend playing this game based on those merits. The downside is that the game is losing customers, servers are growing empty and the developers have switched to maximizing earnings to the expense of players. They have turned this from a f2p friendly game into one that is more P2W centric with the new content, and balance the game around that. That is part of the business strategy, and it is a recent change in direction from the initial release that isn’t bearing the fruit expected. But the real kicker is that the support is terrible. They are extremely slow to respond, so if you are locked out of your account expect to wait a week to get it resolved, and they do not care for community input unless it comes in the form of a self conducted survey. The game is also riddled with bugs. But overall I like this game, it’s just in the phase where the direction of the game, and the lack of community focus means that this game is on its decline, and that is driven by the companies decisions and not the players intentions..Version: 2.0.0
✓ Customer Support does not supportDo not play this game if you don’t like being ignored and treated like a simpleton by customer support. I will say that this game was amazing at first. The graphics are really terrific, most game play is relatively smooth. But the issue is with the customer “support”. An entire server did not get rewards for the biggest event currently supported in the game. After submitting to customer service, the response was “send us pictures as proof”. How they expected us to send pictures of rewards we did not receive was baffling. Finally, when we started to complain about it publicly on their facebook page, they sent us HALF the rewards. They say it was a mistake that two events ran simultaneously, so we should only get rewards for one. However, the other servers that had two events simultaneously got their rewards for both events. Now, they are not even responding to tickets, only closing them. There are many other situations like this, where customer service sends a copy and pasted response asking for photos (of course, their app does not support photos directly from your device, so I think they count on you not being able to send them anything so they won’t have to bother). Also, as the game goes on, they nerf more and more rewards. The game that used to be fun is now just tedious. I like a good grind as much as the next gamer, but they have turned grind into months and months of tedium to barely make any progress at all..Version: 1.4.1

I have sent questions a couple times a week - for week after week about IAPs I have made that got me NOTHING. ✓ Developers change rules unfairlyWrote this review before. Guess they got it deleted. After promising to bring back jumpers the same as before with just a short break for special event servers to reach a certain point, they then changed jumper mechanics significantly, causing those of us who had already invested a lot of time and money to have that investment devalued hugely. They could have offered a grace period to existing accounts or given a grace period before implementing the change but didn’t. Was a low move and completely inconsiderate. They also ban people who complain on their Facebook page and delete their posts to make it look like they have majority support when they do not. This is blatant dishonesty. Play it. It is fun. ✓ Awful GameMuch of the game is boring but you can advance a bit at a time. Our server recently got paired with folks who have been playing since the beginning. We have no chance at even trying and this is the primary event. We are the meat for the whales, and I am not a lightweight. All the events and upgrades recently have been very buggy. Some you can’t even get into to play. You get crap compensation for any mess ups they do. Even had messed up a pack and ended taking back stuff from some folks.
