Way too muchThis app is crazy and has way too many options to simply order water. Their badge doesn’t go away either, I’ve opened it many times and think I’ve looked everywhere but the badge still indicates something needs to be read but because there is so much going on in this app I either cannot find what they want me to look at or ts a bug that needs fixed..Version: 7.2.6

Slight problem with appI can tap on a box with the instruction to leave the same number of bottles as what I return, but that information doesn’t go back to the company’s computer. The “number of bottles to leave” count is what they see and what they deliver. Why even have that check box if it’s not reported to the delivery person?.Version: 7.4.1

Please stop signing me outThere’s no need to make the sign in session last only a week or two. It’s only me on my phone with 1 account, please extend the sign in session duration to like a year or something. It invalidates notifications when I tap it and have to sign in, causing it to lose its place..Version: 7.3.0

Can’t do anything with the appI have downloaded the app and it worked briefly, now when I open it I can’t get passed the Home Screen. I see all of the Primo Water companies but can’t move beyond that screen. If there is a way it isn’t obvious. Please help or fix the app..Version: 7.1.1

App Doesn’t work ProperlyI deleted the app and restarted my phone multiple times, and the app still won’t work. I log out and log in again, still won’t work. There’s a small message that pops out and told me to contact customer support. Why do I need to contact customer support? I mean that’s the reason to have an app so I don’t have to contact anyone. All those fake reviews that are being bought because I clearly remembered when I first downloaded the app it has terrible ratings and bunch of 1 stars. Don’t trust the good reviews at all!.Version: 7.2.4

App has never worked - over one yearI've been a loyal customer but I'm pretty sick and tired of issues dealing with a failure of a billing department and tech department. Out of nowhere I started being billed monthly for a cooler rental for no reason. I have my own, I purchased it three years ago, so I don't know why in January you started charging me for one. I've made three phone calls to get that rectified and still have not received a credit for ALL of the months you charged me. I get an error message every time I try to log into the app. It literally has no function. The app issue has been going on over a year and nobody can seem to figure out what's wrong. I'm on a typical, newer iPhone, no excuse. Completely useless. The website isn't much better. I log in there to try and print old invoices and I get an error message with every attempt. From a technology writer, you need a much better IT team. What a waste of my valuable time..Version: 7.2.6

The app doesn’t match the information and is pointlessThe apps is pointless. The information on the app never match the information they provide when you call customer service. The app consistently indicates that a delivery is on the way with no balance on the account but then a delivery never shows and when you call they indicates that there is no delivery and there is a balance. What is the point of the app is it’s misinformation..Version: 7.1.3

Terrible appThey already had terrible web site. Now they have released terrible app. No way you can find the details of your next delivery. Date only. No way to change delivery details either..Version: 5.5.0

Primo Water - a poster company for incompetence.The only good remark I can make is the delivery is excellent. I would advise you to monitor your account carefully, as the Primo accounting office needs huge improvements. In addition, forget about emailing Primo as they never once replied to me regarding concerns/issues sent in emails. I would switch companies but apparently Primo is the only business who delivers Sparkletts..Version: 7.2.8

Proceed with cautionIt’s a great service and a great app UNTIL they lie and say they made a delivery but they did not (video camera evidence shows they were never even close to my house at the time they say it was delivered) and will not remove the balance from my account. I’ll be happy to update this review if this gets resolved, but until then, it’s zero stars from me. In 2023, there is no reason it should take a week to credit an erroneous balance..Version: 7.2.8

NOT A 4.9 STAR APP!I’m not sure where all these 5 star reviews are coming from. Probably bought all of them because this app is NOT a 4.9 star app. It NEVER works I always get the error message “Please try again in a few minutes. Contact customer support if the problem persists”. Well let me tell you Primo water customer “support” does NOT help. It’s 2023 and you guys can’t get it together! A company that’s doing business in 2023 should have a WORKING, FUNCTIONAL app or should really reconsider shutting down..Version: 7.2.2

App is always wrongThe new app is terrible. Everything is wrong, the number of bottles, the delivery dates, etc. I have to log on to the website most of the time, making the app useless. I only need to log on often because the service in Atlanta has become completely unreliable..Version: 7.2.2

Delivery did not match the appI have been here for each delivery so I have confirmed the correct amount needed. I was not here for the last order. I changed my order on the app but the driver left 4 because “that was how many machines we had” and did not do what the app/order said. I had a good deal of extra water. When I called, she said she would reach out to the driver but he never came back. So I gave the app 3 stars because it is easy to use but the driver would need to heed to the app’s instructions..Version: 7.1.6

Worst app everThis is the worst app ever that I’ve used. No Face ID, the ‘remember me’ doesn’t work, and I have to close and reopen multiple times to get login screen. I continually delete the same products from my order and they are always added back to my next order which is a clever way to try to scam you if you forget to delete it again for the 1,866,567,566th time. I just can’t even tell you how poorly designed this app is. Matches Primo Customer Service..Version: 7.1.3

Unreliable and shoddy service. Avoid this company! Don’t trust the positive reviewsWe rely on this water service primarily for our baby’s safe water needs but it has been unreliable and shoddy. A couple of weeks before Christmas the delivery guy under delivered and did not take back all the bottles saying he didn’t have space and would come back next week. Never showed up. Customer service claimed to then schedule one for next day. Instead it became a few days later. Which got delayed again and finally never got delivered. This water company has left us high and dry for the holidays without any water. What is the point of a water delivery service of they cannot even deliver? Avoid this unscrupulous company that doesn’t even care or do anything when you complain. Update: Even after complaining to corporate headquarters it’s been crickets. I’ve been close to a month without any deliveries. I contacted my locally owned competing water delivery service instead and it seems everyone in my area has been calling them to switch. Make your conclusion based on that as to how much this company cares about its customers..Version: 7.2.1

Very Poor DevelopmentThis app is released way before its ready. “Every” icon I push to search for products fails. Changing my default order only allows to confirm and can’t cancel changes. Stays stuck in cart. I’d suggest pull the whole app and start over with new developers who can release working products..Version: 5.2.0

Water serviceI would have to say that in the beginning. The service was great, all of sudden my deliveries kept getting skipped. Every time I called they could or would not give me a reason. I was supposed to get water every two weeks. Up to this point. I haven’t had a delivery in a month, so I had no choice but cancel my account. Just horrible service..Version: 7.1.5
