✓ Disappointed👎Bingo frenzy used to be really fun, and now when i play bingo, i dont get any wins anymore, i played for 800 credits for a game 4 times and lost all of my credits and didnt get 1 single credit back, so now all my work for gaining my credits up was for absoloutley nothing, the bingo frenzy team has made this game unjoyable and fustrating, ive put a bad review for a bunch of different things on this game, but i dont get a message back which is really annoying on my behalf because i write these reviews for it not to be put on the boarder when people check the reviews of the games and people think that bingo will be fun when really its just dreadful..Version: 3.6.33

✓ Not as fun as it used to beI’ve been playing this game almost from the start. In the beginning I LOVED this game but now it has progressively gotten worse. The game is very generous to beginners but as you get a higher level it turns on you! High level players are not treated as equally as the new players in terms of tickets, power ups and prizes. This game has made missions almost impossible as they want you to pay. Even when you do pay, you still can’t accomplish missions. Don’t download this game because you will be sorry you do! ✓ It used to be balanced and goodThis game used to be my ‘must play every day’ game. It is quickly becoming ignored. This weeks side game challenge this is an obvious cash grab. The games it makes you play have a higher ticket starting point. They only way to accomplish this challenge is by paying for tickets. Thanks for making me feel even worse about being unemployed. This is of course an even lower blow after adding an album that will not be completed without paying real life money too, while simultaneously taking away cards to albums I actually could have completed. ✓ Used to be fun, now a rip off! Don’t download!I discovered Bingo Frenzy during the pandemic. Super fun game, challenging but not impossible. I joined a top 10 club/team and it was awesome. But in the last 6 months this game has gotten nearly impossible to advance or complete events without having to spend a lot of money. I can appreciate tweaking the game to try new things, but it’s been at the expense of the daily players. BF added King cards on top of Gold cards that you need to complete sets in an album that would net over 100k tickets when (if!!) you finish. You can rarely find these King cards unless you are buying something or finishing an impossible event. The gold cards were already difficult or near impossible to find. We are spending 100k+ in tickets to finish anyway (and sometimes, most of the time, we don’t! More lost tickets, time, and money). They have also added a new room where it’s impossible to get your tickets back to even break even, let alone the items you need to finish the dish to get the King card. It’s too much BF. But now it’s so hard to get bingo’s, and virtually impossible to finish the frenzy card book, the last book, most of us didn’t finish because we all needed the same cards. 6-7-8 & King cards. ✓ Waste of timeI’ve been playing for about 14 months. For the most part it was a fun game, I joined a club and we made it to the top spot a few times. Then it’s gone down the pan. Recently had an event where you could double your collection cards, this seemed like a great deal only to play cards without the collection cards present. When you were lucky enough to daub on one you only got low value cards that were of no use to the collection. Bingo frenzy has not replied to anyone regarding this issue so I’ve complained here. People, please do not part with your money in this game because I gets very costly and the rewards are a best very poor. ✓ Only one way to continue playing ...... and that’s to spend your own money. With the game developers’ strategy it is absolutely necessary to use power-ups to consistently reach BINGO and accumulate more power-ups and blue diamonds. The beginning supply dwindles rapidly as soon as the game’s first days honeymoon period has ended. To begin with there are plenty freely earned. BUT those power-ups in turn must have diamonds to enable them. And to begin play initially you must use tickets to procure cards. That’s three layers of necessary items, all of which dry up but all of which the developers offer for purchase. Such a fun game and a really good premise, but the enjoyment has run out. And I did spend a total of $4 for “deals” offered. I’m OK with throwing a bit of money to the makers of a game which I play and enjoy. Only fair I feel. It has, however, reached the point where it is no longer enjoyable because it’s almost impossible to acquire the three needed elements without spending more of my own money or waiting for days between playing to allow them to dribble in as daily allotments. ✓ Some days are better than othersI’ve spent quite a bit of money in this game. The more money you spend the more expensive the items become. As a new player my friend paid $4.99 for the valentines day package but I was charged $9.99. The more money you put in and the higher level rooms you play the less you win bingos. I’ve lost 1,000 tickets in one room and I didn’t win a single game. But there bots one 1st 2nd and 3rd place everytime. Such an unfair way to treat paying customers who regularly play this game. I like how you can win more than one bingo on a card. You mostly lose though. The power ups are great, but so expensive to buy and hard to earn. Good luck trying to win bingos without power ups. ✓ Used to be goodI’ve been playing this game for over 2 years and it used to be fun. The only reason I stay is because I love the club I belong to and have made good friends. The developers have become so tight with rewards to the point it’s actually laughable with the rewards they offer because they continually keep reducing them. It’s almost impossible to get a bingo now and every week there’s a new ‘exciting’ update that ultimately makes the game harder for you. They listen to what the players want and do the opposite, always. ✓ Server disconnectI’ve been playing this game for a while. I enjoy the variety of games. My issue is that in the last month it has become consistent that when I get to the last 10 or so games before leveling up there is a server disconnect during every game. It is frustrating beyond belief. I want to actually PLAY the games, not have my numbers checked off by the system while it’s trying to reconnect. ✓ Unfair at timesI really like this game for the fact that it will call your bingos for you when you get them and you can buy power ups with your gems if you have them. But my issues are with the fact that the snakes and ladders game is absolutely rigged. I’ve wasted more 40 dice on one board and every time I get to the top it sends you straight back to the bottom and the prizes aren’t even worth it. I also take issues with the club cards. The same numbers get called over and over again no matter how many balls you use. There’s no reason I should use 200 balls on one card for my team and only be able to cover a number or two. ✓ Your replyI get no frenzy blocks and some how it’s my fault as far as you are concerned. When you had frenzy merge I got nothing nor the dice game and your suggestion was to up the card amount, well that does not help except to use my credits up faster but still nothing. A bit like the book collection, first book was 160 card and was near impossible to get so your solution was to bring new book out and up the card to get to 240 or something just to make it even more unattainable. ✓ DissapointedLoved this to start with, good fun and the chance of getting multiple bingo’s different games and not too difficult to get bingo tokens and power ups, all of which made it different. Until now. All of a sudden, all the bingo tokens have gone, I had over 2500 a couple of days ago, the only power ups you can get are the one daub on each card, (I have 64 of them and no others) and you lucky to get one bingo on a game. ✓ It’s being ruined !This bingo game is by far my favourite, there is more involved than just playing bingo which makes it more fun. Also you are in a team of 40 and you have to collect 6 cards to get a collection through which gives you club points. Now the reason for the 2* ... each week there is always a shortage of 1 or 2 cards therefore preventing you from getting a complete set but this week has been absurd, there is 1 card that no one is getting, some of my team are playing all day & all night but still are unable to get this card. 4 of us have complained on the game itself but heard nothing back. You have to complete dishes to get into the venue in whichever city you are in. However last night they did an update on the game. I now can’t access the next room in the city until I hit level 92. ✓ Needs ImprovementWhen you play more than 2 cards at a time in order to see cards 3 & 4 you have to tap the swirl icon to the left of the cards. You can’t swipe up or down manually to switch between cards. There’s no swirl icon on the right hand side to switch between multiple cards. I’m right handed and I find it very annoying. Most bingo games allow players to swipe up or down to daub multiple cards during game play. Imagine having to stretch your right thumb over to the left side of your phone continuously while playing 4 cards at a time during game play. Including having to daub the numbers on your bingo cards. Plus they are making it so you have to YOUR spend money to be able to complete something (ie their big and small books) whereas before you did not have to you could trade with other players. You are making this game very hard to stay with. The more money you invest in it, the less you win. Frenzy Block is impossible now. ✓ Beware-please don’t play this gameI’ve been playing this game for 3 yrs. Before playing go to their FB page and see all the complaints if you can before they delete them. They do not allow any negative complaints, delete them and call them hate speech. It’s the only game I’ve ever played that when you level up, the rewards get lower and lower. If you are a purchaser they’ll make the rewards lower and harder to achieve any bonuses and tickets. If you do choose to play, my advice is to open numerous accounts and stay at a low level, so you’ll receive more tickets and rewards. The one positive thing I can say that it has the best graphics of any other bingo game I’ve played but that’s it. Games are suppose to be fun and relieve stress. This game does the exact opposite. ✓ It’s not randomI just started playing this game yesterday I got a few levels in it and ran out of power ups and the level I’m on I’ve seriously played the same level at least 200 times and most of the time I only get maybe 4 or 5 moves. ✓ Game cheatsOkay been playing this game now and am really staring to dislike it. I payed yesterday the club card and when I started it was at least 10 dabbed spots. I called between 80 and 85 balls and the card still had squares that had not been dabbed. Now it’s only 75 spots on a card so how does that work? I noticed he same number being called over and over not fair seeing is that is one of the only ways to get the diamonds besides playing bingo. Another problem I have with this game is making dishes no matter how many time you play a room it’s hard as heck to get the last ingredients, why is that. It’s seems like the motive is to make people spend money to buy more tickets to play and if that is the motive then this game needs to be revamped. It takes so long to get enough tickets to play once you run out. It seems like the more tickets you use for card the less bingo you get. I was play yesterday in a room with 100 tickets per game and was getting bingo left and right start playing with 160 tickets I started getting only one bingo. ✓ Great game but......So as title states this is a great game, the problem is if you don’t use real $$ you do not get higher up in ranks and the diamonds are VERY slow to come by in real game. ✓ Fun game but better have deep pocketsI have been playing this game for over a year now. Similar to a previous review I also have a love-hate relationship with this game. It’s a really fun bingo game with different games/levels you can play but in order to keep playing you have to keep spending money on in-app purchases for tickets or you will only get a couple rounds in before your tickets are gone. It’s almost virtually impossible to complete card sets for more tickets because the game just keeps giving you the same cards over and over. You also have the option to follow them on Facebook and get 10 tickets (used to be 100) by following the link posted. The game does give you a daily ticket bonus but it’s just not enough to be able to keep playing. Over the last year I have probably spent upwards of $100 on in-app purchases so I could keep playing but I think it’s time to throw in the towel on this game because it’s getting a bit too pricey for me to keep playing. I am sure the developers will state that bingo is a game of “luck” which I do agree but I am sure between the way the game is coded and the bots being used they have some influence on your “luck.”.Version: 3.6.46
✓ Love itI really love this bingo app, the only 2 things that I would like changed is that you get more credits if you come 1st, 2nd or 3rd and then the rest of the placings get the same, because at the moment it doesn't matter what you come the pay out is the same and that the rewards for levelling up increase with each level, because as it is at the moment I get the same reward as someone who is on level 119 and I am not level 324 and honestly 50 credits and 5 power ups really isn’t a great reward to be getting at my level considering that 4 cards in a room is a minimum of 200 credits… BUT THE GAME ITSELF IS AWESOME… Good Bingo apps are hard to come across, so I’m extremely happy I found BINGO FRENZY.Version: 3.6.29

✓ Customer Support Is Really DecliningI have been a long time player of this game and have spent more money than I care to admit on it. In recent months, the latest game updates are coming at speeds that are effecting game play. Add to that, support is not really helpful and can be condescending and will accuse you of being deceitful. Believe me I have no reason to lie about a bingo game but get really irritated when it doesn’t do what it is supposed to do. Case in point two time last night I was supposed to receive a card pack and instead I got an empty cell error and no card pack. ✓ DownhillI’ve been playing this game for a few months. At first this game was so awesome. However, since they’ve upgraded the game, it is all gone downhill. The rewards are scarce, the trading cards that they offer are harder to get. As, they only reward you with duplicate cards. they’ve now made it harder to complete their training albums because they’ve added an additional king card. Which, you can only get in a couple of rooms or with season passes. The problem with that, is that when you purchase season passes, you only get duplicate cards of those as well. I.e. and many others have contacted support and complained. One of the responses that one of our club members got was just use more power ups. This club member is at level 490 something. ✓ What Happened????I NEVER write reviews but I have just had it with this game. This use to be my absolute favorite bingo game but so much has changed within this game. The rewards have been reduced, it is literally impossible to complete an album, the key is to use all of your tickets in order to complete a game so that you will buy more, it takes forever for a new set of games to come out when you complete a set. The bonus games have gotten so boring you don’t want to bother collecting what’s needed to play them and when you do the reward is nothing. ✓ Completing a card gameTwice I have completed card games. You need ten to complete each set. I have reported both times. I am waiting for a reply for the second time it’s happened. They build you up, make you think it is a decent game, and then once you hit a certain level or area it all stops. They drain everything you earn. Once the bingos start slowing down, and they will, that’s a wrap. The caller dances around your numbers, while their robot players take and drain the allotted bingos. Literally you will see the same “people” take spots one through three back to back and then it’s over. They’ve created no way for you to win or earn anything more. The in app purchase are not worth the prices they ask, and even if they were you would be paying to lose. ✓ Fun GameI enjoy playing the game, it’s easy on the eyes and it’s just all around beautiful. But I am convinced that it is rigged, i spent over 2000 bingo bucks so far on one game trying to get 2 ingredients and guess what I still haven’t gotten them. And they are dropping the instant win too late in the game when there’s less than 20 bingos left so then you’ve used your instant win and never had enough time to get a bingo. ✓ Once great, now the pitsI used to love this game, but now it’s impossible to advance or progress without spending a lot of money. The developers seem to have gotten quite greedy. There is no balance between being able to gather in-game rewards to advance versus having to pay. $20 to spin a wheel for very little return is ridiculous. Why do you tease players with “jackpots” when they never pay out or materialize? I’ve been playing for months and have yet to hit one, small or otherwise. And don’t get me started on the so-called rewards - bingos are few and far between since the last couple of updates, completing the books are now nearly impossible, and the repetition of ingredients of items you don’t need is off the charts - I have 50 odd items that I only need 12 of, and these are the only items I can win with a bingo. 🙄 I just keep “winning“ the same items over and over. It will actually stop there and then move. And about collecting cards: you’ll never finish a collection, even if you have three weeks to collect two final cards, it won’t happen! If you dob “double all“ it will only double some things. Rewards are super chintzy and when you make purchases, what you get for your money is ridiculously little. grammatical errors are also ridiculous; If you are getting rich off of cheating us, at least correct your grammar! “Pipes not enough”. ✓ I really used to enjoy this gameI used to love this game but the update has made it impossible to move farther in the game, just like other bingo games. I can’t complete any higher levels if I have lots of tickets guarantee I will have a long losing streak till my tickets are gone. I played a good week straight and did not complete the rare book, where you supposed to collect these sets of cards well I completed the lower ones got tickets for it an if you get duplicates of them you can turn them in and try to do the scratch off‘s, it’s where you try to find all the 7 to win Jackpot and I did that every chance I got to “that was more then 30x and never got it” only could win cherrys every time 40 tickets.. point is the game doesn’t want you to complete anything even if you spend money.
