Apple Pay doesn’t work?I paid thru Apple Pay and the subscription just doesn’t work. The customer care at Aha also do almost nothing to help me out and restore my subscription..Version: 2.4

Worst appGood content in the app. So did subscribed, but while opening the app it continues off. So not able to sign in to app and also if you can sign in also it wont stay long. Buggy app. The TV version is the worst!!!The app in and all is a bit slow and crappy interface. Main issue i faced with AHA app is the One time password verification. The otp never arrives in time and the verification time is just 30 seconds which is weird because even banking apps give you at least 5-10 minutes to verify the one time password. If you click for the password multiple times, the second password will take even longer!!! Second issue i faced is when you link your account to the TV, it logs in your account but when you try to watch a video, it will ask you to subscribe to a monthly/yearly plan when i am already on an annual plan🤷🏻‍♂️ This is my second annual plan and i still regret on taking this subscription. I still took it because of my love towards Indian cinema!!! I just wish they take time in fixing the bugs rather than on the promotions!.Version: 2.0

Purchased Aha subscription but doesn’t workI have purchased Aha subscription through Apple pay but my activation has not been activated. I have emailed the confirmation details and receipt of purchase to the customer service. Customer service replied once saying they cannot find my email id. I did send the details again they have requested but the customer service least bothered to respond to my email. I followed up with the emails again and again but never got a response from the customer service. They have very poor customer service and I lost my subscription fees.Version: 2.4

Great content but equally disasters AppGreat content every Friday night to binge. Ever since this 2.0 came into live, problems are never ending with logging issues, device linking issues and no proper error reporting. How in the world 1 device linked will notify exceeds number of devices. Every app update will sign out from all logged in devices. I am very certain that the total number of Aha users are way less that youtube and Netflix or prime users. How come the app is not able to load the movie. Constantly bufferingFirst things first .. I have 600 mbps internet connection with AC WiFi router and devices that can take advantage of the speed. I love the fact that we have an ott service for Telugu content, but the app has few significant issues. 1. Constant Buffering: I can’t watch anything whiteout getting the buffering circle. Even when it’s not buffering, the clarity keeps going in an out, where for a min it will be very clear with content playing at 1080p and then it drops to say 480p. 2. Forwarding the content: this is another annoying thing about the app is you have to forward 10 secs at a time, and after certain number of times it will get stuck. At this point you will have to back out of the content and play again. 3. 10 device limit: this may to avoid sharing if credentials, but why not follow the standard practice of 2 simultaneous streaming? 2 stars for the content..Version: 1.15

Aha 2.0I’ve been experiencing a lot of issues since aha 2.0 was rolled out. I got kicked off from devices very frequently & unable to log back in. It used to say i reached max devices when I logged into only 1 device. Reached out to customer service , Sarayu helped fixing the issue. She was very courteous & patient during whole comversation. Unable to sync to TVHi, I am unable to sync to my LG smart tv. I had no problems syncing my tv with the phone but later there would be several occasions where my tv would not properly log in automatically or give me trouble atleast for some time and then would sync automatic without a problem. Tons of bugs for google sign inLot of issues show up if you are using google sign . Lot of unnecessary checks in the app that ruin the experience and the good content the app has. I have 2 tv in home and every once in a while they sign me out and adding the tv back is a nightmare because of the two device limits. Surprised with the amount of effort they made to restrict to 2 apps, ideally they should restrict to 2 parallel streaming instead. Understand they want to restrict login sharing but they have to fix it the right way, none of the other apps have this issue. Rude customer serviceI have subscribed with my Apple ID for one year. I was suddenly logged out and was not able to login. On trying to contact the customer support , they asked me login with my own id and own password which was funny. Disaster App of the yearAha is a disaster app, and definitely it’s not suggestible app to download into mobile phones. Its been half day since I have been using this app and below are the bugs/defects noticed in the app. The main problem is, an account is not synchronized across the multiple devices. Apple TV App: 1. In the official website they have mentioned that it’s compatible with Apple TV, but it’s not really compatible. 2. Even though you have a subscribed user, the profile says “You don’t have any active subscriptions”. And will not allow you to watch anything. 3. With in the app navigation is not user friendly and smooth as when you compare with other apps in Apple TV. Apple Mobile App: I was able to login into mobile app for the very first time and logged out after few hours. Since then I have faced bellow issues. 1. When you try to login using mobile number it’ll not allow you to login. 2. If you try to login with your email, the app is crashing with out any error messages. 3. If you try to login again, app stuck with Blank Screen. 4. If you contact the customer care, they’ll guide you through offload the apps data, delete the app and ask you to reinstall the app. After doing this step you’ll see point 3 issue. 5. Now the agent will ask you to follow setup 4 and ask you to restart the mobile, at the issue is still persists. Worst app seen so far.This is probably the worst designed app and company. app constantly hangs on the Tv. Slow response time on RokuI’m really impressed with the content on here however the response time of Aha on Roku is extremely slow.
