✓ Works but not greatI paid to see if it actually works well but it doesn't. When removing the background on items that has some similar colored details there's no option to add back the details that were removed. like food with a white cream which gets erased because the background was white as well. This was the reason why I purchased this product was for food and product photography but because of this glaring issue I can't give it a high recommendation. Please fix this issue..Version: 1.1.1

It doesnt do what the description says and when you reach out to customer support they give you the run around acting like they dont understand what you're saying. I did not have half the options shown in the screenshots via their FAQs page (even thought I bought the $20 package). I spent forever on chat with their support and even sent screenshots of what I see on my app vs what they tell me I should see and then they told me to put through a ticket and wait 48 hours for them to investigate. no thanks! ✓ Charged incorrectlyI was charged $6.99 for my weekly subscription yesterday but then didn’t work I wasn’t able to save the photos regardless of my subscription. As I was trying to save it charged me twice again $13.98 on top of the charge yesterday and I’m still not able to save the photos. Trying to use the manual erase with my winger always leaves wavy lines as I can’t be exact. ✓ TerribleTerrible App. I wanted to remove a watermark off a photo of mine, but little did I know this app was a joke. First of all, when I used the “watermark remover” it didn’t really remove the watermarks. Instead it smudged them making the image quality very poor. On top of that, they added another watermark of their own app name! Nonsense! Don’t even bother wasting your time on this stupid app. These reviews are probably fake and you need some time actually making a decent app that’s useful!.Version: 1.5.1

✓ Crashes constantly.Not sure why this gets so many good reviews. Admittedly, it works better than most, and it’s much faster. However, I rarely got to use the image that I was working with. I used it about 15 times. It crashed at least 11 of those, and I lost all my work. I spent a good amout of time on the last image I worked with because of the long curly hair in the pic. It was almost perfect - right before it crashed. All my careful work vanished, once again. Another issue is all the advertising that they force you to watch when you’re finished editing before you can save your work to your device. It’s very irritating. When you try to close the advertising it open Safari, AND takes you to the App Store repeatedly. That is, if you are lucky enough to make it that far without crashing. So, you have to close two Apps to get back to your edit, just in time for it to happen again. I have big fingers, so the tiny X one must click on is barely a possibility, even with a stylus. Once again, not able to save the work. Crazy frustrating. Following the last episode, I deleted the App. Pretty sure I’m not the only one this has happened to. ✓ Don’t waste your timeThe app actually is good and easy to use. Been using it for 3 years UNTIL it auto renewed, I paid the renewal and it won’t work. Just loops me through paying again (except even when I try to pay again, it won’t let me saying I’m already subscribed). Contacted support and they refuse to look into the issue until I contact apple and get an invoice proving I paid. Despite sending screenshot after screenshot of the charge on my credit card, the app itself saying I’m renewed until 2024, the App Store saying I’m renewed until 2024, their support pulling up my email address and saying I’m renewed until 2024 - they just go back to well we need your invoice from apple to prove it. ✓ Not able to do anything, tricks you into paying moreI read the whole app, I googled it, I paid for a membership. I am still not able to upload my own backgrounds or find a way to get different backgrounds. While trying to figure out how, I clicked “buy images” thinking this would be the key. Then it thanked me for my purchase and nothing happened. Nothing new was unlocked, no new menu options. Reading through “customer service” informs you that buying images is the same as buying a membership but without the time limit. There is very little to this app if you are looking for professional backgrounds for images and there appears to be no way to add backgrounds or sort though more than the limited pop-esk variety provided.
