✓ I luv it.Paper i.o is one of my fav games. Every Friday I literally sit on my bed, listen to music and play paper i.o. It’s really fun watching your score go up and up and up, then laughing at yourself when you finally get caught out. It’s also fun because you are actually playing with other people who may have strange tactics, whereas most games your against a ‘real person’ (some geezer’s computer) and know their every move. If I’m honest (I’m always honest so that won’t be hard) I don’t think there is anything wrong with this game, it’s just great. You really should get it, and I’m surprised I like it so much because I suffer from bad game rage (not a lie). If you hate being defeated or if you destroy your home with game rage, this may not be the game for you (for safety reasons). Woah, you actually still reading. ✓ Very nice gameIt’s a really good game but I have two problems. One, it always kicks me out of the game when I’m playing and I have to start all over again when I go back into the app, it always kicks me out and it’s really annoying. Two, it glitches a lot, once I was playing and my house became clear, and my enemy killed me because everything became invisible so I lost. Please fix this, I would’ve rated this game five stars if this wouldn’t have happened please fix this, I would love to play a peaceful game without getting kicked out of the app. Thank you. ✓ Dangerously elevates my blood pressureGreat game even if it does send me over the edge with anxiety, however it won’t let me play the last 3 satellites. I’ve completed the corresponding shapes several times over but each time I go to play the satellite the game sort of stops loading halfway through and displays only a blue background, the stats bar up the top and the four player labels on the right-hand side (each one says “1-25 Player” on it). I wanted to email this and a screenshot to the developers but I couldn’t find any contact details for them hence I’m unfortunately having to mention it here rather than talking about what a cool game it is and how I like the element of progression that the different skins introduce. Would also recommend rethinking the colour of the skins as there are a few very similar-looking blue ones that cause me no end of grief when they’re playing next to me..Version: 1.2
✓ ProblemsSo i gave this game 4 stars because there needs to be fixed some bugs I don’t know if it is that but in every game I die in an stupid way and when I want to revive it’s not working...nothing is popping up like the revive thing like nothing I just die and then i just have one button to press and that is to continue and then I can just start all over again and I can’t even get the parrot or the unicorn because they are for 5-10 revives and it’s really stressing me out...so then because I really want it to work even tho I had so many steages unlocked and everything I download the game again and it’s not working again... I thought it would be working by this time but it’s not so then the next day I ask my friends is there a problem with my phone cause on their phones it’s working and they have a parrot and they are going for the unicorn next and I just can’t get why it can’t be like that on mine.. ✓ Please don’t kick me out againI enjoy this game thoroughly however one bug in particular is driving me insane. I’ll complete a map to any where between 65-87% and the game will either force close kicking me out on a potential win or it will start to glitch so badly that I cannot continue. ✓ Fun game- lots of bugs.It is a really fun game and not an app that you get bored of. The bugs/glitches however are really annoying. For example, sometimes in the middle of the game there is an ad. You can skip it but when you come back to the game, most of the time you’re in a position where you’re bound to die-game over for no reason. Also, there are lots of bugs where for instance, I try to simply fill in a small bit of colour but nothing happens. This can go on for ages until I find myself on the AppStore, writing this review. Further bugs/things to improve : -Randomly dying -Some kind of explanation on how the game works for people who are new to it. -GLITCHES GLITCHES GLITCHES -MORE GLITCHES On the other hand, the skins are great (personal favourite: London bus) and the shapes vary in size and shape which is great to explore new strategies etc. So all in all, this game has great potential and I do think it’s worth playing / downloading. 😊.Version: 1.5
✓ My reviewI absolutely love the game but there are some glitches every 5 minutes it will crash and I have to restart the app or it will not ad my land when I try and claim it. It also will take a while to kill the other person and will result in them killing me. Another problem is it doesn’t always work sometimes it won’t let me press play. ✓ Good, but bad glitchesThis game is fun, but you need to fix the bugs. As a game creator, I understand that sometimes things are going to go wrong. And I except that. But it’s also good to know the problems and fix them. Number one on my list is that a lot of times, the game crashes and I can’t finish my game. Or maybe, I have just beat my high score and it doesn’t save because the game shuts down. I have also experienced my entire territory being completely cut and having less than I started with. Another issue is that sometimes, I’ll be minding my own business and going across my territory and someone will go across my path on my own territory before I know what’s even happening and kill me. This happened when I was on 94.8 percent of the map. I kind of raged, but I love this game and appreciate your time and effort, and I would love it even more if you fixed these glitches. ✓ Great Game, not enough levels.I downloaded this game about three days ago and loved playing it. There are some glitches sometimes when the covered areas don’t colour in properly. However, after only a few days of playing it here and there, I’ve already finished all the levels plus the weird tiny satellite one, and got all the characters except for the ghost, which would be easy to get if I kept playing it. But, is that it!? There’s no way to go back and try another shape? So after completing the shapes, there’s nothing else to do except re-playing the last shape, which is pretty boring after you’ve already covered it 100% a couple of times. To all the people complaining about ads, perhaps you should buy the ‘no ads’ option, or try not to get killed as much! The ads only appear when you finish a game or want an extra life if you die. ✓ Okay, But But One ThingI mean the game itself is amazing but the adds are sometimes going crazy. It’s just all the adds if you add them all together every 10 games it could maybe be about 20 adds. Even tho the game itself is fun it is just make it the map you’re land but the good thing is that there is a goal to unlock new skins or it would just be boring but that’s the nice thing about it. ✓ Awesome game but doesn’t last long......I absolutely love this game! It is one of the best from Voodoo. My only problem is there are not enough levels. I found myself finishing all the ‘normal’ levels and going on to play all the ‘satellite’ levels. I know you can replay the levels in the game but I find it nicer when I delete the app and then re-download it. It gives me a sense of purpose, to complete levels that is. If there isn’t added levels in the next upgrade then I will be deleting the app. I’m sure others will aswell. I have no other problems though. ✓ Really good fun gameI love this game, it’s better than the other two before. But after playing the game for a few weeks I’ve unlocked all zones and completed them earning all the zone shapes. As there are no more targets to beat or rewards to earn I have found the game a little boring, if there was some sort of challenge mode available like in the first game I think it would more fun and more challenging. ✓ CrashingThis game looks and sounds really fun and I know it probably would be but unfortunately I’m not able to play the game properly because it randomly crashes. I would simply play one game and then when I pressed play again it would freeze then it would go off the game. I also sometimes randomly die too. ✓ Good free game, not best YetThis game has entertained me for hours. I really like how there are so many new levels, skins, and you can choose what you want your starting area to look like. However, there are WAY too many adds. During the game, WHILE I AM STILL PLAYING and ALIVE, an add video pops up. This normally happens when I take a large piece of land. I am tired of this. Aren’t you a very large company? Do you REALLY need to show that many adds? Though I like that we have more chances to revive with an add. This is the only reason I stay online. Also, I was about to beat a level that I have been working on for a month, but most of my land just disappeared and left triangles in its place, then I died. Both SO unfair. ✓ PointsThis game is brilliant and so addicting! I love it and I have done so many levels giving the time I’ve had it. There are just a few things, although it is a good game it has got a few problems, for instance when you are in the middle of a game and you have an advert pop up. ✓ Top game, I even bought ad stopper! 😱Really enjoy this game. Simplistic in its controls but strategy is key for a win. The ad’s on these free games do my head in so I ended up buying the ad stopper which is a first, but it’s worth the same as a cup of coffee nowadays so I figured why not. ✓ It’s good but...It’s a nice game but the adds are so annoying. They play in the middle of a round I am fine with that if they pause the game while the adverts are playing. A lot of the time, when you want to revive yourself the adverts don’t work. Like they don’t work at all when your in satellite areas. Also, The rapid spawning of AIs are so annoying. No recovery, you just have to quit the fame and start over. So the last three satellites are unplayable. Other than that, I’ve completed everything else. I wish there were more achievements or scores to unlock. Replay value is okay, but no sense of purpose once everything has been cleared. Would love to see new planets, or challenges that aren’t all about watching ads (“number of continues”, I’m looking at you). ;-) Maybe a time challenge? Maybe you are told at the start of the game that you need to kill a specific player? Kill them before they die another way? Or maybe teams where you and another player both have to not kill each other? How about a planet with some spreading poison you need to avoid... can only be killed by encircling it? ✓ Good But Not The Best.I really like this game but it just has so many ads and glitches way to often. Sometimes I would be about to win the level and then an ad would come and it would glitch the game. The ads would freeze and I would have to log out of the game which makes me lose my progress. Also, I will touch another player to kill them and they just won’t die. I will try to kill them multiple times and they still won’t die. I will also be about to claim lots of land and then I would glitch back to where I started or be killed by someone who randomly spawned in the game. I love all the cute skins that the game provides and the different maps to play on. I think that this game would best fit someone with lots of patience and who can stay in one spot for a long time. I have ADHD and this game can be hard for me to play sometimes. It gets boring after a while and I just can’t sit in one spot for long enough to finish the map. ✓ Great but..Honestly I love this, such a great time filler, a game that can be played casually or for extended periods of time. BUT a fair few bugs and glitches guys, and needs more levels. I have finished them all but can’t do the satellites because the game just spazzes out unfortunately and there are spawn rate/location issues, times that your area doesn’t get filled and random deaths. Someone came in my area to take some land so they did They went in the other direction so i decided to get my land back, as soon as i touched their area. ✓ Really funThis game is very fun and I enjoyed playing it during the pandemic. It is definitely the best paper.io game out there. But there is one bad part, it hasn’t updated in 4 years! ✓ Minor Glitches but AMAZING game.This is an AWESOME app and it’s by far the best! I’m so addicted and can play this game for hours! However I do want to mention a couple glitches I JUST experienced in the game. While playing on one of the boards (specifically the whale one’ I was making my circle to color in, and random specs of the picture began to show I colored right in the middle of my area, no matter what I did it didn’t color in. So I continued coloring and then (literally) about 5 seconds later the picture glitches and showed me having colored it at 100% when I was only showing at like 16-17%. Also while in the Heart picture and coloring it randomly glitches as well and showing some spots uncolored right in the middle of my colored area. Then while I was within my color area randomly killed me. Hoping these bugs gets fixed soon, I don’t want to quit playing. Also, if I may make a suggestion, I love that this app has more picture and coloring options, but it would be awesome if it had it like .io2 has with the achievements and getting a certain skin pack for coloring. Like the duck, or pink plaid, or car, things like that. 😌🥰.Version: 1.1.4
✓ Really good game but needs to add more things to doThis game is so fun I loved the first two and this is definitely as good but I’ve done all the levels and all the mini levels and now there is nothing to do. They should add some other things to unlock like times of blocks like in the other games or some specific challenges like in the first one or just more levels I understand it’s a relatively new game but it didn’t take long to complete it so please add more!! Also side note it’s also really annoying when someone spawns right where you are driving even if you aren’t very far from your own bit. And kills you immediately no chance of escape. ✓ Glitches are so annoyingSo i enjoy it it’s a good game and it’s pretty satisfying but there’s a glitch with the ads and it annoys me so much so for example I press extra life then I expect an add to play to get the extra life but instead there’s just a frozen image and then an x in the corner and I tried waiting for the add to start playing but it was just a frozen screen and when I press the x I don’t get my reward. First of all, the worst glitch of them all, the most annoying thing in the game is,.. THAT YOU WAIT 15 SECONDS FOR AD THEN YOU DONT GET EXTRA LIFE!! Imagine getting 75% on a shape then somebody kills you. The game says you can watch an ad to get an extra life. Half of the time the game decides to not give you the life, which means people will decide to not play the game😕. Second, minding your own business, making your area bigger, the game decides to kill you. Yes, you read that right, it just kills you. It's really annoying, or sometimes the game takes away some of your area. I don't know if this is a glitch or a hack but try to fix it. And third, when you are playing, the screen goes black then you are on your home screen (with all the other apps). This is probably a glitch but I can get really annoying because if you get like 85% or something and that happens it doesnt even save what you did. ALL of that progress, goes in the trashcan. ✓ Problems since updateUPDATE 4/2/20- app updated again today for “minor bug fixes” and yet the below issue is still happening. It saves whatever my prior best was and starts from there on each level every time. I have stopped playing except to check it after this update because I feel it would be major cheating if I completed all these levels without much challenge. Please fix this issue. Since I updated it yesterday, whenever I start a game on any shape, it starts me with my last most-covered amount for that shape and then I keep going from there. No matter what I how many times I die, it puts me back into a game with a large section already covered that matches up with my previous high score/coverage for that shape. I don’t want to complete any of them because I feel like I didn’t actually do it. Besides this, it is a very fun game! ✓ Hate the adsThe ads are very annoying and I’m fairly sure that no body likes them. This game creator kind of has a reputation for annoying ads and good games. ✓ Very fun, it just gets boring after your finished with all the levels..My honest review on this app is… I think it’s great. I don’t exactly understand why it says it’s 12+ 😳 But it doesn’t have any material like blood, gore or anything? ✓ Good game but glitchesI really like this game, and the 3D aspect makes it much more entertaining than the games predecessors. However, it glitches a lot, and every 10 minutes or so I have to restart the app, as it won’t let me add more area to my land. Let me explain: I can be dragging the avatar thing and drawing new area and when I circle it back in to my existing land it glitches and adds nothing to my land. I can keep on trying to get bigger and bigger but nothing happens. Another annoying glitch that happens is sometimes when I kill another player there is a slight delay, which doesn’t sound like a big deal, but often what happens is I kill them and they don’t die immediately, and manage to kill me instead, and then we both end up dying, which is really annoying. ✓ Great but GlitchyI really like this game, it’s one of my favorites, but it glitches a lot. And it has way too many ads. I hate when it has ads in the middle of games, which it has a lot. It also glitches a lot, in multiple ways. One way is that sometimes when I cover up a lot of land, it’ll close my game and then I’ll lose all of my progress. Once, I got 100% of a satellite that was really hard for me and then it glitched and I didn’t get the prize. I love playing on the satellites, they’re the best part of the game. I also love the cute skins, especially the wolf, meat (literally, ham and bacon), and unicorn skins. This game also glitches when you kill people. Sometimes when I hit people they don’t die. Also, sometimes when no one is around I take big loops and then a little guy spawns right there and kills me. I don’t think that that is fair. I also wonder if I’m playing against real people or not. One of my friends said that they were probably just computers programmed to go in a certain pattern, but I honestly don’t know. ✓ Really good but the glitches are ridiculousThis should be an incredibly fun game but there are far too many glitches for me to play it properly. For example, I have lost count of the amount of times I am playing the game, sometimes very close to getting 100% of the map and then the game gets static then I am closed out of the game and have to start again. I have died so many times because the game just randomly decides that I should die instead of being killed the way you should. Also, the ‘watch a video for an extra life’ does not work half the time. ✓ Good game horrible glitchesI really like this game it’s actually pretty fun and good when I’m bored I guess but it’s really glitchy like seriously y’all really need to try to fix that. It was perfectly fine for the first few days I had it and then it started glitching really bad. ✓ Just a few things...I really like this game, but It could use some improvements. First, why are there no sounds? The game is quiet and there is no sound at all. It feels very odd and I feel like this game could have benefited from catchy music that changed just a little depending on your skin or what map your on. Also, it would be cool to have a team based game mode. You could have 4 sets of teams (each a different color) and have the team who takes over the whole map or the last team standing win. ✓ AdvertisingLet me start off by just saying I get it. I will admit this is literally the only game that I play on my phone. I’m too cheap to pay for it so I get the ads. Most of the time I put my phone in airplane mode, so I don’t have to deal with them. I’m OK with starting over every time if I don’t have to sit through an advertisement. but even when I am playing the game during gameplay, you have advertising as well no matter where I am at whether I am on Wi-Fi or on data… It glitches every time while the ads pop up. It causes gameplay to be nearly impossible. Suggestion would be to fix the glitch or lemonade, whatever it is either the sound or the visual that is causing the problem. ✓ Great! but started glitchingI’ve had this game downloaded for about a year or so now. gotten fairly far, bunch of skins and shapes and whatnot. i really enjoy it. well recently i went to greece and i had to turn off cellular for every app and on my phone for the entire trip due to the fact that i would’ve been charged ridiculous prices had i left it on (screw u too verizon). i tried to play multiple times during the trip to pass the time as the island i went to required a lot of driving just to get anywhere. multiple times it would start me on the map i chose before just freezing. ok, whatever, i chalked it up to the app not being too happy i turned off my cellular data for it. as soon as i touched back down in america about a month ago i turned my cellular back on. since we taxied for a while i went to see if it was working. still would freeze a second after i started on a map. it was rather annoying but i let it slide again and assumed my phone just needed time to adjust. it’s been a month+ and it still won’t work. this is super annoying as i have a bunch of skins and shapes i would love to save. and i don’t want to delete the app just to find out it still won’t work. i’m not sure if anyone else is having this problem or just me, but because it’s been going on so long i’m giving this 4 stars. thank you for reading.Version: 1.7.4

I do not know if that is a glitch or what and it makes the game way to easy. The ads are pointless. ✓ Great game but glitchesI love this game and think it’s brilliant, but there are some minor glitches that annoy me. When I am drawing/filling in some of the space in the level, sometimes it jumps off the app and I have to start again. ✓ Fun game, really glitchy, phone gets SO HOT.This game is a lot of fun, but good Gods, the glitches. I've played it enough to recognize when the game is about to crash, but that means this game crashes so often you can start predicting when it'll happen. Progress will delete itself, sometimes I'll die upon re-entering my own color pool (even when No enemies are near me), and sometimes the game itself will freeze my whole phone- even making music I was listening to freeze & make horrible scratching noises. I think the Biggest problem for this game is how hot it makes my phone run, and how fast it drains the battery. I went from 93% to 32% within an hour of playing this game. Playing while plugged to preserve the battery in is an option, but the phone gets so hot the phone's safe guard measures kick in & it'll stop charging until the phone reaches "a normal" temp. There are times when I play this game and my phone gets hot to the touch like a trampoline in the dead of summer. The second problem is that when I am making my area, some of the area goes back to white and if I go over it then it will stay the same so it’s pretty much my area, just white. However, there’s been a tiny problem for me. First of all, when you cover land sometimes it lags or doesn’t even appear at all and I’ve died many times due to that. Secondly, sometimes when I get a certain amount of space in a world (mainly on a satellite) I loose my score, so if I get 50% or more on a place and I go back to the menu, it says something like 18%. ✓ GoodI love this game , it’s soo addictive and fun to play with friends , I like how u can change ur character and name and stuff but I have slight problems . Now this might be just me but if it isn’t then here , yesterday I was going to play it , my wifi was good , my internet was good and so was my network but as I was going to play it , it froze completely and I couldn’t play it , so I decided to refresh the page and try again but the same thing happened . Now my final thing is about the levels , I have completed every single one including all of the satellites and once I had finished it I didn’t really have a purpose of playing this again , so if you don’t mind could you be able to make more levels or make another app with new level which would be absolutely amazing :) Ty for reading this byeee !.Version: 1.7.3

✓ Favourite AppI love this game, it’s kept me entertained for a long time and I’ve enjoyed playing it. There are a few glitches which have been mentioned in other comments, but for me these do not occur too often and have only affected gameplay once or twice. All I would have to add is that there should be more levels. Once you have completed the final level, the only thing to do is redo the levels. I think there should be a shop or something that you unlock at the end to buy new areas and blocks, to make the game more entertaining and last longer. Fabulous idea, fairly well executed.
