✓ Gift from GodBorn a Christian although I was never really religious. The last 4 years my relationship with Jesus has gotten closer and closer. Even so I never thought about reading the bible, I didn’t understand how powerful it was. They touch on every aspect, context, bible, application and prayer and are easy to understand. I love that there is a theme for each week, something I can focus and work on for more than a day. I don’t use the prayer space but I also love the music. I like to have something on in the background when I pray, and often i find worship music distracting with its words and instruments. I love the simple, soothing music here on glorify. The only thing I would change is that perhaps a streak could be sustained without all aspects being completed? Never even had a chance to discover anything in this app because, like every other app that wants to invade your personal life, they want you to “sign up.” So tired of that scam. I decided to read the reviews and was horrified by the critical reviews. It’s beyond disgusting to charge money to further Gods kingdom. What’s worse is the developers response. They’re all the same and lack concern. Anything to make a dollar right? This is the type of stuff that has made me completely lose faith. No one cares anymore. No one wants to help. ✓ AmazingThis is such a wonderful app with so many resources and guided devotionals and even reflections. It really helps break down the word of God and most importantly helps us to apply it to our everyday lives. There are however a few things that I think need improvement. There should be a way to save and go back to each days daily worship. That way If you wanted you can go back and reflect upon them or if you missed a day of worship you can go back on the calendar, click a day, and it’ll have the scripture, devotion, and reflection for that day. I also think it would good to have an unlimited amount of what a person can type into the prayer section of the app. Thank you to the creators of this app it is such a blessing and such a useful resource for believers and new believers to build up a habit of getting into fellowship with the lord. ✓ Beautiful meditative scenes with strong messageI’m in the middle about the change to the app. It was a surprise to me to see the change in format; was I the only one who didn’t know it was coming? At first I thought I wouldn’t like it but I do. I like the beautiful scenes; hope there will be new ones in the future. Kudos to the artists. It’s a peaceful, thoughtful meditation with a strong message for Jesus. But I wish I had the option to read the prayer rather than have another listening experience back to back. Also, and this may just be me, but I find the voices of those who pray to be a bit off putting, as if they are trying too hard to sound reverent. So I’d like the option to read the prayer. I think the changes are refreshing but maybe keep options for the older version available as well. ✓ So helpful in focusing my time with GodI live with ADHD, which is a blessing in many way, but makes my quiet times with God scattered. I have several Christian meditation apps that I have used and liked, but I have to say that Glorify has provided me with solid, structured time of devotion with God. Each day has the structure of a scripture reading, a short devotional discussing the scripture and then a time to reflect on it. It takes about 10-15 minutes to complete. If you want to go beyond that there are stretch goals as well as other meditations and songs to listen to. At first I found the reading cadence slow. I listen to a lot of podcasts and typically speed them up. I looked for a way to do this, and I didn’t find one. You know what? I’m GLAD. I need to SLOW DOWN and savor my time with Jesus. It puts you in the right place to start and close each day. I find it is a great way to talk to our Father to close the day. In the morning I do daily Worship then go to meditation. Hiding in the catalog of a huge amount of meditations on any topic you will find something for your needs. I have found that my shining star each day is Boaz Dawson who always uses scripture and talks to us about Jesus as he personally knows him in each of his meditations. He writes with the Love of God and brings Jesus to you. All of his writings personally bring to me the Lord each day. You can always shout Jesus Loves Me when you listen to his meditations. I am more of a reader than a listener so I didn’t think the reflection section would be for me, but it’s so well put together that I still enjoyed it and took something from it. ✓ Helping me stay on trackEver since I started using this app I’ve felt more and more looking forward to my devotions and “walks with God “ thing. I also like the prayer part cause it makes me focus but it can be a bit cringe with the buttons. One thing I do think could be adjusted is make the walk optional, cause at least for me sometimes I do it at night before I go to bed and it’s super bright /vibrant(even if the brightness is down)but I want to read the prayer at the end ,not just listen. Also at first I didn’t want to do the walks cause it took 6:00 to complete, so I just skipped to the end and clicked complete. I’d it would be nice if the it could become optional at the beginning and as the user gets more and more active on the app to ask if they want it in their devotion or not. My girlfriend had just broke up with me and I was fortunate enough to find this and start on a new journey with the Lord! ✓ Love this appThis is such a small pot of reflective blessings. It’s a great app to help spend time with God in a busy world. I like the variation in the structure and feel it would work well for people who normally become bored with this type of app. The narration isn’t off putting and the reflective parts are helpful. One small suggestion would be a ‘play through all parts’ option so I don’t need to keep pressing play. The lack of that feature certainly isn’t going to make it drop a star! ✓ GlorifyI’ve only had this app for a few days but so far I’m honestly super surprised. Every day you are given a quote of the day, Bible passage to read, a devotion that goes with it (3-4 paragraphs), and a reflection which doubles as a prayer at the end. All of that is just on the home screen ready for you and you don’t have to find a passage or look up a devotion it’s just a whole Bible study each day. And all of that is for free. Along with meditation, sleep stories, stories of Bible characters like Ruth or Esther and all of these range from 2-55 minutes long and most are free! This app is so underrated I don’t know how I’ve never heard of it before. I 100% suggest this as a great app for a personal Bible study or just for fun..Version: 2.35.0

✓ Love this app but not the changesI’ve been using this app for years now and I absolutely love it. However, there was a recent change that I don’t particularly like at all. The Meditation and prayer has been replaced with A walk with God. Although the scenery is beautiful I really enjoyed the Meditation and prayer as it allowed you to meditate on what you just read and connect with God more deeply. The Walk with God literally talks the whole time then goes into prayer. I’d rather have silence and Meditation along with prayer. I was able to connect better with my thoughts in prayer. The Mediation was my favorite feature in which there were times, I’d meditate long after the prayer as the music continued until I exit. ✓ I absolutely love this app… except for one thing..I am so happy I found Glorify and decided to take a shot and download it, because it is such an amazing part of my day! The lessons are wonderful and all the components of the daily worship and so nice and well planned out! I even showed my friend this app and her and I talk about to every day, “Did you do your Glorify yet? Want to do it together?” etc. We even send each other our morning prayers on the app, but one part of the prayer recording REALLY bothers me..the fact that the music when recording the prayer is so distracting and loud. Today, my friend sent me prayer and I couldn’t even make out what she was saying!!! The music is so loud and I feel like there should be a feature to choose whether or not you want the music on during it! Each verse stands alone on screen while reading allowing peace and focus on what God speaks. I was inconsistent until switching to subscription. For me, the ability to listen to the scripture, devotion and reflection changed everything. The sleep meditations calm my mind. The daily aspects flow seamlessly and letting the music play longer in background, lengthening time with God. I still go back snd read the scripture some days. I pray that Glorify will keep the focus on connecting with the Divine by creating smooth unhurried non-distracting experiences. ✓ Business, My Weakness!I keep forgetting about this lovely app, as when my feet hit the floor I am off and running and fail to take a moment and be still with God/Jesus - myself. I have become angry and short with people and I do not want to be. I keep asking for help from God/Jesus, the Holy Spirit, as I am “off and running” but don’t seem to have any resolution. I feel and see fleeting moments of myself in kindness and understanding, but it is not lasting. Why is this? I know He knows me better than myself so why won’t He help me with this weakness and take it away as I have asked? Will this always be a cross I have to bare? ✓ A fresh approachHaving read Bible notes for many years, I have found Glorify such a fresh approach to daily Bible reading and meditation. I love the daily walk part, although I confess I find the moving yellow blotch is really distracting and I can’t see the point of it! I am fortunate enough to have been able to subscribe, but it’s a shame it is so expensive, as I feel it’s hard to recommend this to everyone (although I have done!). ✓ What happened???What happened to this App? I used to love this app until weird things started happening. First of all II traveled to a time zone three hours away and I lost my 217 day prayer streak because the app thought I missed my daily worship, even though I was well within the time deadline. That was disappointing because the streak really gets me motivated. Then I realized God doesn’t care about my streak, so that was ok. Second, the new app doesn’t know that I paid for my subscription and deleted my latest streak yet once again! Now I have to start over and it is asking me to subscribe yet again when I paid already. I do my best to make that the first thing I do in the mornings and this app has made it even more possible to achieve that daily, morning goal. I would give it five stars except the one issue that I have with this app is that although I am connected to my data plan m, as well as my Wi-Fi, the app, more often than not, m tells me that I have lost Internet connection and to “reload the page”. ✓ A Wonderful Drink Of Water In The Desert!I love this app because it has so much to offer. I could listen all day. May I make a couple suggestions? A lot of the readings have background noises in addition to the ongoing music which makes it difficult to enjoy. I want to soak up every word but sometimes it’s hard to hear. Also, whoever is writing the intros and credits could use a grammar lesson or two ( apostrophes when using a possessive, consistent spelling of names).
