✓ This game is VERY badThis game is very bad and I do not recommend it at all for a couple of reasons. First, the game is paid to win like you can literally get the best players in the game if you spend money. Also the players are SO overpriced so you pretty much have to be rich and have a lot of money to spend or if you don’t spend money they you are pretty much guaranteed to get destroyed by the people who do spend money. My second reason is that it is versing super advanced players against beginners who are new to the game and don’t know how to play well. And finally the mechanics are just SO bad in general. I mean whenever I dash at the same time as the opponent and I have the ball it always shots up in the air but when my opponent has the ball and we dash at the same time it doesn’t go in the air and shot up like it does for me, no instead it just stays in the opponent’s hand and he dunks which makes absolutely no sense at all to me. To sum it all up that is why I personally believe that this isn’t a good game and that you should not play it because it will just make you rage which is SO annoying to me and it makes me hate it SO much..Version: 1.98
✓ Absolute shockingWhere to begin! Replica of head ball 2 but basketball. Also, this game is very sneaky by making you do really well at the start to draw you in then it starts glitching out like the person running through you without rushing then they disconnect and all of a sudden your on your bum with the player slam dunking it! ✓ Customer Service is horribleI downloaded the game after seeing it in an ad. I began to play and it was really fun and liked it. So much I even paid for a couple season passes. Fence toy I have had issues with getting my rewards in the leagues and the app bugged out and did not let me compete for more rewards. I get it, things happen. But the only way to get ahold of customer service is through email and they take weeks to answer. They even leave you hanging without the issue be resolved. When you pay money for a game I think the customer service should be a little more helpful but they aren’t. The matchmaking is absolute garbage - so you either play someone who is heavily under-matched or your opponent is heavily favored. Very rarely did I play games where it was a close game and was exciting/fun. Often times, it feels like you’re playing against a bot, because their motions are so automatic and repetitive. Also, the defense is broken. If you actually do play a human, people just spam the 3-pointer right when they get the ball, so you better hope that your internet is faster than theirs or else you have a 10% chance of blocking their shot. But it got to a point everyone I played who paid for the season pass could steal anytime from me they would be double jump in the air and I’ll be on the ground and steal from me, if I jump even once and someone is on the ground I will not be able to steal from them. Also if I was playing someone with a pass I would be flat on the ground like them then move in for a steal and just go straight through them, but if they did it they would steal it every time? It made absolutely zero sense. None of this happened if I played someone without a pass tho, it was fair and not one sided. Also if I played someone with a pass they were blocking my three when they ball was clearly over there head and I would not be able to block theirs even sometimes swatting with my face directly into the ball. ✓ Fun but a money grabThe game is fun, fast paced and exciting. The game overall is very fun and if it were not for the constant attempts to take your money it would be a 5 star game. Firstly, there are ads after every game which isn’t that big of a deal until the ads break the games sound and causes future games to run slow. Secondly, when it comes to purchases, everything that can be earned after a couple of weeks playing can be bought in 10 seconds for $20-$30. And that’s not for a package of players or anything, that’s for 1 player and that’s it. Finally the pay to win becomes very bad when you try playing the game but you’re opponent uses so many items to the point where you don’t get to play the game at all. You can be a free to play player and go against someone who spend $100 on a team and sabotage abilities and no matter how good you are, being free to play dooms you. Also I find it funny how even though everyone you face is bots you still have to wait to find a match. Also you can’t continually keep on playing the game you have to wait, kinda like clash of clans. This aspect does not fit the type of gameplay in the app. I also feel like whenever you get a winning streak they purposely bump up the A.I to be stronger. I could 26-13 someone then a couple wins later go 7-17. Even some moves don’t work even though they have previously. You can challenge people from all over the world, join tournaments, win awards (chests, coins, diamonds, character cards, etc.), and my favorite feature, you can add and play with friends! When you win character cards, you can upgrade the characters you already have and win new and more advanced ones. When selecting your characters, there is an AUTO button that gathers your best players and puts them on your team. You can also win coach contracts with benefits that upgrade your team’s performance when playing. When you run out of contracts, you have to use the common coach, which doesn’t have a extra benefits. Overall, this game is absolutely amazing! Do yourself a favor and download RIGHT. NOW. *Update* This game is so glitchy and randomly kicks me out of matches. Awesome graphics, gameplay, sound effects and they give a lot of contracts to be able to play with 3 and 4 players in your team at the same time(Only at the beginning of the game). I’ve tested this many times by playing friendly matches with dozens of people and there’s always some lag or delay but when you play against a random opponent it’s perfectly fine. Not only this but it’s impossible to steal the ball from them as if you dash though them they instantly get it back and just continue to the basket. I have a winning record and usually win more than I lose, but every match I play against players using the rarest coach so they have 4 players sometimes to me only using my 2. They all have all of the power ups unlocked and use all of them every single match, sometimes multiple in a row. As I’m not spending money I’m very conservative with the use of power ups, and still I don’t have many, and because I have to save up gems to unlock power ups, I can’t replenish the few I have. ✓ PLEASE READThis game is so annoying I keep vs this one hacker over and over and it so stupid. (The hacker I was vs is gone I think because I finally stopped versing him). ✓ Game is good but too many adsThe game is fun. Nice time pass. Don’t have to Pay to win as there’s plenty of opportunities to earn in game money easily. However, the game is riddled with ads. After each game there’s either an in-game ad promoting you to buy something or even if you navigate to another screen there’ll be an in game ad popping up. ✓ Game crashes on startupI’ve been playing this game for a decent period of time. Normally the only bugs that are present are sounds cutting out after viewing ads and some network lag. But now I can’t even open the app, it crashes after the loading bar reaches near 100%. I deleted and reinstalled the app, and signed in through my Facebook account to restore my old team. I opened one chest, tried watching an ad to get a free card but the loading circle just kept spinning (happens frequently). ✓ Good game but needs work...There are definitely a lot of lag and matchmaking issues. I face more bots than I do people and the moment I play against a real person, they spam. I hate the double points power up because it makes the game easier and I’ve lost several times off of that power up alone. There are also massive gaps in stats because people pay to be good at a free game. There should be a cool down on the dash because people spam it so much. There also needs to be a better matchmaking system because anyone above level 19 has to go against people that are level 20-30 and that’s a massive gap in levels due to how long it takes to level up past that due to every other level before that only being able to face people that are a couple levels above you. ✓ Pretty good, but...I just got the game today, and I think the game is really fun and addicting, but the matchmaking is kinda unfair. I see how it could be a good idea to go by level based matching, but some guys are just complete pay to wins and use the best characters... Would it be possible to have more of a team rating based system instead? I’m a free-to-play player, and was trying to grind matches to get the 30 win chest. I started off amazing (first 10-12 games), but then some new guys came with James Harden or somebody, and I took my first L. I really like the fact that you can buy back your win streak when you lose, but I lost 4 matches to these OP characters over time, and the price on my final one was so high... I only had 28 of the 30 wins needed. Honestly, I’m kinda triggered that I lost to some dash spamming pay to win players, and could do nothing but watch my streak disappear, as I didn’t have the 500 gems needed... I’m not really too mad at the streak being taken, but I’m mad that it was taken by these people with much better players than me... If you have contracts for the epic coach you will get matched with players with a lower coach and winning is relatively easy. When you run out of contracts for the higher coaches you will start getting matched with players that have the contracts for the higher coach. You have two choices wait to get contracts or get lucky and win against someone that more than likely is not good. Yea there are reviews that say if your not winning your not good.
