✓ I need this app on either Roku or FirestickLove watching these shows but I kind of get tired of watching it on my phone and pls don’t tell me to mirror my phone to my tv. I don’t like the pixel. So pls put this app on the Roku…firestick or smart tv…any thing pls!!.Version: 4.7.0
✓ Videos loading in the regionI have the app for a couple of months and when I try to watch other series that I have watched before that’s on my list it’s now saying it does not work because of my region. But if it was working before did the update mess up where it is now longer part of my regional. I really like the app but know it like I can’t watch anything on it now..Version: 3.6.0
✓ IF ONLYThis app is great if only it has all the same content as the Chinese version does. I love shows and animes that it provides but some aren’t even finished or some aren’t even available. Please fix soon. I don’t wanna cancel my VIP for this reason..Version: 5.3.0
✓ CrashingUpdate: My issue is Miss the Dragon. I’m VIP and watched all VIP episodes and paid for a “fast track” one(ep21), but won’t let me watch it, says “not available for my area. I reported the issue but have not heard from no one. Either refund me the money or make it available. Update: Just checked the app and it works again. Tai kai xin!!! Have used the WeTV app for about a year, started crashing on me two days ago. Gave it time but no change. Downloaded the new app(this tencent one) and still crashes. Can’t watch any videos. I love it, just don’t know how to fix the crashing.:(.Version: 4.2.0
✓ Mostly Good but…I enjoy watching Tencent dramas but wonder why they have not gone the route of IQIYI and VIKI and just got their app into the world of TV streaming as well. For instance, with my ROKU TV I can watch Netflix, VIKI and Iqiyi, but have to go through a very flawed process to mirror my phone screen to watch Tencent on a big screen. On top of that, the screen stops mirroring several times in each episode of any drama I’m watching, so I have to reset over and over again. It also means I can’t use my phone for anything else while watching on the bigger screen. Please do something about that-make the link with the smart TV manufacturers and enter the 21st century with us Tencent 🥰🤣4 stars because of the content!.Version: 5.11.0
✓ Don’t know what the other reviewers are talking aboutAt first, I saw the review and decided not to download the app as they said the voting doesn’t work. But a day later, a Thai reaction channel I watch reacted to Chuang 2020 and the app they used voted just fine so I decided to download this app and I had no problems voting for the trainees I wanted to vote for. ✓ App needs to improveIt’s not about having difficulty with anything in the app but the current situation I’m in. I have been a vip since months but this month the app is showing me I’m not a vip but I have the receipt of the purchase for this month vip and the worst part is that when I tried to subscribe again it saying “You’re currently subscribed to this” but yet my vip icon is not there and I don’t have access to vip dramas.Version: 5.3.0
✓ Update the appI don’t really have problems with the app but it definitely needs to be updated I downloaded the WeTv Chinese version and it’s a lot better than Tencent Video app that’s available in the U.S. I’m not saying it has to be on the same level but Tencent definitely could’ve put more effort into the app specially since they’re a huge company and they make a lot of money. ✓ Landscape mode pleaseIt would be great if the app could work in either portrait or landscape modes. As someone else previously mentioned some shows the subtitles don’t appear even though the language is already selected. You have have to re-select and the subtitles will work again. And would like to view details of the show without the video starting to see if I want to add to the watchlist or not..Version: 5.10.0
✓ Upgrade systemI would like to be able to play this app on all my devices. Currently I can watch on my iPhone which ok but not convenient. I do appreciate everything tencent has to offer but a little upgrade would be awesome.Version: 5.6.0
