In doing so, you’ll be alerted every time they release a new song or music video. Not only that, but you also get notified when they host a show or interview. ✓ Tons of potential and super helpful staff!!I couldn’t love the concept of this app more! After seeing the UI, selecting some artists, and seeing the app in action, I knew I needed the premium version and that the app would become a new essential for me. I had a bit of trouble when I went premium with a bug in the app that prevented me from using the premium features, so I contacted the developers on FB and had a super positive experience. ✓ Best Customer Service I’ve ExperiencedWhenever I originally downloaded the app, I was having problems with receiving notifications so I reached out to the people or person, I’m not sure which at Beepr and expressed my concerns. We worked and got the problem fixed and instead of just leaving it at that I get routine messages asking how the app is working. For instance, Pop Smokes new album just dropped and not even 25 mins after the release I get an Instagram DM making sure I got beeps for the new drop. One criticism I have however, is that I would like to select the artists which I receive notifications for without having to click on each individual artist. It would be much quicker to select many artists if I could do it straight from the page which displays them all.
