✓ Why are the ads still thereThis is a fun and addictive game and one of the few that i have actually purchased just to get rid of the ads. So while most of the ads have gone, they do still pop up if you accidentally retract your last move more than 5 times are ask for another column to help out. Then you have to wait for over a minute before you can resume so i do feel ripped off the small amount it costs. Purchase to remove ads should mean just that so fix it developers.Version: 7.0.3

✓ Two issuesLoved the idea of it, sorting out the ball puzzles but two things, one being : ADS ADS ADS ADS The other being that when I pick up a ball, and try and put it in another one , it drops the one I have and picks up the other one, and this is really annoying since on some levels it was impossible to do, only because I couldn’t put a ball in another tube without picking up the ball in the other tube and dropping the one I originally had, AND THIS MAKES ME SUPER ANNOYED so I will give it 5 starts but plz fix this.Version: 4.5.1
✓ Ball Sort PuzzleIf you’re looking for the promised payouts - FORGET IT!! You’ll watch a million ‘double value’ ads and never receive a cent - not even the first part!! Then they change the amount. Of course as you get closer payouts for beating higher & harder levels gets almost nothing! If you do reach the payout amount (NO DISCLOSURE) - THE PAYOUT POT IS ALL GONE - ‘SORRY’ - NOT SORRY! If you want to enjoy a wind down their are far better games around that don’t cheat you and deceive you. ✓ Ads cause freezingI get why there are ads but you’d think there’d be some sort of content control from the game developers, I’m getting ads with a 30 second clock with no get out and then when the clock gets to zero Theresa new screen with another 20 second clock, and now there’s some sort of marketing campaign which just freezes the game, black screen, no clock, you can click the link but the ad/freeze remains. There are a lot of ads which you do get used to, but the thing that does bug me is if I watch an ad to use an extra jar, and then when the ad is finished I exit out and the extra jar isn’t there so I have to watch an ad again... ✓ DO NOT PAY TO REMOVE ADSI love this game, it’s simple yet challenge, however the purchase options are a scam on behalf of the developers. Normally every two or three games an ad comes up in between games, and there is also an undo button with 5 undos allowed, and then you can watch an ad to get another 5 undos. I paid for no ads so there are no longer any ads between games and I don’t use all 5 undos very much so I never had an issue with the game. However I have noticed that every time I click the undo button now an ad comes up. Before I could use the 5 undos without ads until I needed more undos, but since I’ve paid I’m now forced to watch an unskippable ad every single time I want to undo a mistake. It’s ridiculous and a scam, especially considering that they wait to do this until you are outside the payment refund period..Version: 4.5.4
✓ Fun, challenge but FREEZES a lot.I enjoy this logic puzzle and have played enough levels to unlock all the various color themes, etc. I wish there were more usable color themes. Some of them are not distinct enough to be usable: e.g. having both a light bluish-green and a light greenish-blue. So it’s best with the default color scheme. The big problem is that it freezes on me a lot! I’ve never encountered a game with such simple graphics to have trouble with lagging or freezing. Usually that’s more a problem with graphics-heavy, processor-heavy apps ... and this simply designed logic game. When it works, I love it. No timer, no losing lives, just logic and unlimited time and tries to beat a level (or start over if you get to a dead end)..Version: 4.5.16

✓ NO ADS = False AdvertisingThe NO ADS they REALLY mean is that you don’t get an ad between games/levels and you don’t get a banner ad at the bottom of your screen. But you DO get ads every time you ask for 5 more “un-do’s” or an extra tube. And a LOT of the time those are 30 second ads! So what they REALLY mean is for your $2.99 for NO ADS is you really get LESS ADS. I’m at Level 1317 so I’ve seen a LOT of ads after paying for NO ADS!!! There are some games you can breeze thru and not need the back-up or new tube options, and there are games you can NOT solve without them. And every time an ad comes up, I grit my teeth and laugh about the money I paid for NO ADS. I think I’ll be deleting this game now and calling it quits. Next time I’ll be more careful and read the comments and see what the developer’s definition of NO ADS is before allowing myself to be robbed of any more money. ✓ Another game with ads that can’t be mutedI’m perfectly willing to watch ads to get free gameplay. The game has to make money somehow, right? However, I’m not willing to sit through aggressively-loud ads that I can’t mute. I like to listen to audiobooks/podcasts while I play games. I can’t do that if the adds come without the ability to mute them. The end result: this game lost a user that would have been willing to sit through the revenue-generating ads. ✓ Stopped working!!I’ve been stuck on level 453 for two days now, because the option to add another vial stopped working. UGH!! I used to be able to opt to watch ads to get a 3rd vial, now when I click the icon for the third vile, the screen just goes black, and nothing happens. I have tried turning off my phone to reboot it, I have closed out the game and restarted it over and over again, but nothing works. Phone is updated, and there are no updates available for this game. ✓ Ads don't work; Can't get rewardsAs of two weeks ago, give or take, the video ads aren't loading 80% of the time, which causes me to be unable to claim rewards like more undo turns or a test tube. Most of the time, the screen is black and won't even feature an "x" to close out the screen and return to my game, so I have no option but to force-close the app. This is very confusing as banner ads are still displaying over the black screen sometimes, and tapping on the black screen will prompt you to download whatever app it's supposed to be advertising. ✓ LevelsI love the game it is really challenging and I am addicted, I only bought the app today and I am already on level 170 and I am upset that I have only 30 more levels until I have completed the game, I would love it if you could make plenty of levels a week so that the game is endless and those who enjoy the game can play it as much as they like. ✓ Too many addsFull honesty, this is the first review I’ve ever written, but it is so annoying I had to say something. The game is a great way to kill time if you’re waiting for something. But the adds are just dreadful. There is an add after almost every level, and after every time you restart a level. And the adds aren’t just pages you can click out of, you have to watch them for at least 15 seconds (sometimes more). Also, the adds aren’t for anything useful that you could buy (like clothes or gear), they’re for other games the company makes. Some of the games they advertise are the exact same game you’re playing but with a different look (like underwater ball sort). ✓ VERY buggyAttempting to move a ball of a certain color from one receptacle to the next requires a tap on the target ball, and another tap on the destination. Repeatedly, the tap on the destination results in a selection of a ball in that receptacle. Attempting to move that one, out of sheer futility, results in the selection of the ball in the intended destination. Insanity, and while this game would otherwise be an interesting way to pass time and exercise a little basic logic, this bugginess led me to simply delete it, for squandering more effort on trying to make the thing work, than to actually solve the puzzle intended. There’s one virtually after every level and most levels are easy so you may spend 15-20 seconds beating the level and then have to watch a 30 second ad. AND if you need help by adding an extra tube to beat the level than that’s an additional 30 second ad watch. I would bet 60+% percent of your actual time on the game is spent watching ads. I don’t mind watching ads for a free game, but this doesn’t even make the game/experience enjoyable. Could I pay to go ad free? Sure. ✓ Good game but too buggyI really enjoy this game, but sadly it is too much effort to cope with. Firstly, there is no explanation at all, so how are the % that flash up calculated, what do they mean? Where do you see them? What are the coins? Where do they go? What’s the point of them? Then, after the ads, the whole thing freezes, and you have to kill the app, and start again.... with another ad! ✓ Deleting because of adsLove the game. Challenging with easy enough ways to save the game when you get stuck. Very enjoyable. However, in the last few weeks the ads have gotten incredibly annoying. Not just lengthy, but super frustrating in the fact that once the “x” comes up to allow you to exit the ad, it’s really just a decoy. It takes you to a screen to download the game in the ad - then you click done and it takes you back to the first ad, click X again and it does it all over again. You end up clicking at least 5 times to get out. The ad will run around 20-25 seconds no matter what you do. ✓ Do not fall for this game -run the other way!I wrote a very nice review when I first got this game. But since then I feel this company doesn’t care how it treats its customers. I spent days on level 105. I was getting ready to give up when I hit the button for addl coins. I was forced to watch an ad (even though I already paid for the app) and when I returned there were two more empty tubes and I was able to finish the level. I was pretty upset so I started writing a note in feedback but there is no was to submit your feedback. This place doesn’t deserve to be creating games! I am deleting it right now! I just got this game and really like it. However I do me understand how you are scoring each level. Sometimes when I complete a level I get 58% but at other times I get 34% or sometimes even 98%. ✓ Love the game but the ads are overkillThere is an ad after every level, as well as ads every time you refresh the puzzle you’re working on. The skip button and exit button on the ads are both fake, even though they show up on the screen touching them does not work and you need to sit there and wait until they just close or they will redirect you to the App Store anyways even if you are just trying to skip the ads. I hate apps with these predatory, fake skip ad buttons and absolutely do not support them. I’m all for giving the creators a way to make money on a free game, but $3 to get rid of the INSANE amount of ads, without any other kind of benefit (like maybe custom ball colors or something with your purchase) is just too much. Getting rid of ads either needs to be $1 by itself or needs to include other content to make it worth $3. I also hate how you really never get as many tubes as you see in the advertisements for this game or the water sort game. It seems add free until you want to get more ‘un-do’ moves and ‘extra tube’ option…then you get really long adverts, mostly royal match. In the game menu there are several options like volume etc and they all work except the ‘Feedback’ and the ‘Restore Purchase’ buttons. Those, for some reason have been disabled. It just seems to be the done thing with developers…lie to customers, cheat them, it’s all ok because ‘everyone else is doing it’. The really dumb thing is that this could be a really good game…it’s very relaxing and challenging, getting gradually harder but not annoyingly impossible. Suggestion to the developers - why don’t you have 2 tiers of payments The first one just like it is now, but be honest and say there are ‘less ads’ not that it’s add free. Then if people want it totally ad free they can pay again for the higher tier. I’d happily pay that just for the fact it’s a good game and you weren’t trying to cheat us and I’m sure others would as well because we’re all sick of being deliberately ripped off. ✓ I love this game!!Problem is though, there are many many lengthy ads. I purchased the ad block for a couple dollars. It stopped the ads between games, but if you need another flask, the ad is about 2 min long. (Or so, it seems a lot longer) Also, I was having problems getting the flask icon to give me a new flask. I’d sit through the long ads and when I could finally get back to my game, I’d find myself in the same place without a new flask. This happened over and over again, so I deleted from my phone but not the cloud, and reinstalled the program. ✓ Game style change/NSFW & Violent AdsI love this game, but it changed format on me randomly today with no warning. I think it was with an update because the tab on the app changed too. Basically, you used to be able to see all the colors. Now, everything below the row you can play is gray with a ‘?’ mark. (Kind of like Solitaire). This is a fine option, but I wish there would have been a warning. Now it feels like a game of chance instead of strategy, and that’s very frustrating. For future versions, it might be helpful to provide people with a choice as to whether they want to play the ‘mystery version’ or the old (?) version where you can see every ball’s color. Additionally, some of the ads are wholly inappropriate. At times this occurs in NSFW ads and other times it is related to violence depicted (and blood even shown) with little to no advance notice of the types of images the player is about to see. The update has made it so that you can only see the top ball in each tube (unless you’ve previously moved it). This is even for early levels. What I liked about the game was that you had to analyze where everything is and then figure out your best move. Now it’s 100% guess and check and hope you remember where everything is placed. ✓ Ball Sort PuzzleI’ve decided to delete this because it just keeps freezing. It’s too buggy to live with long term. The game is nice, you can see long chains of swaps making up a route and it’s fun to tap at speed. But without paying the frustrations begin. Need to restart, then watch an ad you can’t skip which may be so long you’ve forgotten what you tried before. But the bugginess really ads to this. ✓ Deleted!Used precious download allowance as this seemed interesting. Played the first two levels that basically show you what to do. This took about 10 seconds then a 30 second advert came up. The app couldn't even let me get started in the game. I’m not going to watch 30 seconds of advertising for 10 seconds of game play. If the companies paying for the advertising realised how much I hated this and consequently their product they wouldn’t pay the developers. Avoid avoid avoid. ✓ It’s 5 stars for levels 1-100, then 2 starsGreat fun game. Lots of ads for apps that pop up between each level, but the $2.99 purchase for the no-ad version is worth it for me. 5 stars! Past level 100, it gets harder, but there’s an option to get more spaces on additional “tubes” so you have more flexibility as you sort the balls. But here’s the stinker, even if you’ve purchased the app, that $2.99 price doesn’t turn off the ads for apps every time you select to add more tubes (like when you begin a new level). And these ads are on a longer clip, not just the “wait 5 seconds and click the x”. So basically, as you start a new level, you get these long ads. Sheesh! Even if you give in and say “OK, I’ll get this app that’s being advertised and download it”, the next time you want to add a tube, there’s another ad for another app. The tediousness never ends. So past level 100, the game becomes a 2-star experience. As far as game design is concerned, it’s like a built-in mechanism to frustrate and ultimately turn off players. ✓ I absolutely love this gameBut, it is too glitchy, freezes and makes my phone too hot. When it goes to a white screen I have to turn my phone off and on again to begin playing. I can’t see how long it is taking me to complete each game. ✓ Even with purchase, there are still ads!I love this game, however I paid the $2.99 and there are still ads. I wrote a complaint and they basically said sorry, they aren’t fixing the issue. If you click the back button to remove your previous play 3 times an add will pop up. If you click to add another tube to drop the balls in, ads lasting up to 3 min pop up. There are no hint buttons or alerts to let you know there are no more moves to be played. If they fix these issues I would recommend this game. Advertisement is an understandable component of free games, but the amount and length in this game is unreasonable and excessive, especially considering the competition. I mean 30 seconds is what it says, but the 30 seconds is broken down into 3x 10 second portions that will not continue unless the player hits “next”. In most ads, there is a 5-10 second pause before and after the 30 second count down, which adds it up to about 45 seconds. Many other ads start a second part after the 30-second ad. ✓ Loved the puzzles but…The puzzles were wonderfully addictive and were the perfect game to play when I had a spare moment. However, with ads (I did not purchase the no ads feature) my phone would: overheat to the point of becoming too hot to touch, become slow to the point of a 5-20 second delay when completing puzzles, or in a few cases freeze my phone. Sometimes this also caused my phone to forcibly shut off, either because it was frozen or too hot. I understand that all of that could probably be avoided if i had spent the 2 dollars to get rid of the ads but the game become unplayable, which is the point.
