Cannot access “Login With Campus ID”Is this issue happening for other people? It doesn’t seem to be in the FAQ and there is no easy way to troubleshoot directly from the app. Professor had us download it and many people in the class had no idea how it kept showing us a blank page. No camera to use to take a photo of the ID, no login page. I’m pretty sure this app works but I’ll probably have to contact someone..Version: 2.2.0

No option to cancel orderI’m guessing depending on what university,college or business they will have no option to cancel the order even if you pay with your credit,debit or school money. This is a big problem in my opinion because if the order is already an hour late you will rightfully want and deserve a refund. Unless this changes I will not give this app more than 1 star.Version: 2.2.0

No Way to Contact SupportI ordered food, and the restaurant soon closed before I could get the food. I looked at their support articles which stated to use their contact us link to get the order refunded. I used that link only to learn that my message was blocked for some reason. Edit: After figuring out a way to contact support, I got a message stating its not their issue despite the fact the support part of the app tells us to contact them. The customer support for this company and app is awful. Edit2: This app continues to be frustratingly horrible at doing what it is supposed to do..Version: 2.1.0

Inaccurate, Inconsistent InformationBetween differential restaurants that serve the same food, the nutrition information is different between each one. Why is a burger in one restaurant 800!calories and the other is 200 if they’re both the same burger? Also, Macronutrient information is completely inaccurate, and should looked at again to ensure students are getting the proper information regarding the food they eat..Version: 2.2.8

It’s worksNot very accurate with the times… it said 18min and took an hour? Also not many options to give feedback back for the different parts of the app. Could have been designed better..Version: 2.2.8

FeaturesI’m a university student who uses this app to skip lines and get my food with minimal human interaction. The reason it’s a 3 star is because I believe there should be a feature to add notes or add allergies. My reason for this is the places where I order add other things besides what I put if they don’t have what I asked for. This is a major problem as I’m allergic to the things they add and twice already I needed to return it and get a new meal. If those features could be added I will turn this rating into a 5 star.Version: 2.2.1

Feature-rich, in need of some functionality updates.As campuses move to deliver meals to student dorms frequently, it is important that Transact have more specific controls over where food is delivered. The greatest granularity the app has for locations is currently by building or delivery zone. Currently, my school has decided to ask people to just include their room number alongside their dietary restrictions with the built-In allergy section during checkout. Confirmation boxes, which spawn a 1-second unskippable animation that makes for an annoying experience when scheduling multiple meals for the next day all at once, and the same for adding items to an order, should be removed. Alternately, they should stay, but they should not keep the app from being usable underneath the message..Version: 2.0.6

Stopped workingLast week the app stopped working for me. It won’t load to the next screen so I deleted the app turned my phone off and then back on and reinstalled, but now all I get is a white screen. This app is the only way I can order food from the pub on campus so I’m super bummed I can’t get it to work..Version: 2.2.8

Extremely poor customer supportI tried to use the app to order pick up from a school cafeteria, but the app just didn’t allow me to place the order even though the cafeteria was open. I even came to the place to talk with the manager, and the app still didn’t work then. Completely useless app and does not serve any good. You are better off using more established ordering apps. DO NOT rely on this for large ordering systems, or any system at all for that matter. Moreover, I emailed customer support, and they responded with “Just re-install the app” - verbatim..Version: 2.0.8
