✓ Good appsThis is the best chess app I have seen so far. I suggest the app developer can add the leaderboard function and provide more values for coins. Also, a world tournament would be great as well (winner can get some cash or reward etc). On the other hand I also experience some bugs as mentioned by other reviewers and it’d be great to have those fixed as well..Version: 2.20.0

✓ AppreciationsI only installed is that a couple of days ago and I played my cousin online although we were sat next to each other when we played it was still an enjoyable game, even though I am just a novice I enjoy playing chess and don’t mind when I lose , of which is a fair statement as I have rarely (outside do not win). I have just played my first game against the computer on difficulty level 1, And to my amazement I beat the computer I think this is a brilliant app as I haven’t been able to play for a long time and this app has given me the opportunity to play. ✓ Re. the chess game you provideI don’t have a widely varied background with computer chess games , but yours is the best I have played ,by far. There’s good graphics (clean & elegant, not gaudy) , and just enough “zing” to the sound effects . I guess the advancement goes to level 10 ; plenty enough challenge for me since I seem to be stuck at level 6 ! Thanks for a good addition to my new iPhone..Version: 2.34.1

✓ Best chess app yet in my opinionYou can remove adds for free for 12hrs every 24 hrs without spending money which is good as ok you need to watch a few adds but for your troubles you get free gold plus 2 extra games … it’s straight forward chess no nonsense just play which I like I play with players from all around the world and mostly it matches you with players with similar stats although it does sometimes unfairly matches you with a player not in the same skill level as you which does get annoying at times … then the players well they try the 4 move check mate which is fine but come on players it’s easy to counter as it’s so predictable 🥱 and when you do this and I counter a kill your Queen please do not quit it’s very annoying I take your Queen you cry n leave the game if you can’t play chess without your Queen then you can’t play chess in my opinion.Version: 2.41.1

✓ Great App. Simple and well executed.This app is: helpful, clean, and responds possitively/accurately. This app is not: Battlechess 2021, new puzzles, extra frills. What you get: - Online play with a good matching system (I've never failed to find a game with over 50 in 2 months) - fair tiering. Casual players can make it to level 3 or 4 against the computer and it runs all the way up to... Well I haven't beaten 6 yet, honestly - online tier are "or higher" style. So as move up you have access to higher tiers. ...and you still have access to lower tiers. For online matches it uses a "wager" system for matches that pays 1-to-2. So you have to earn gold solving puzzles ("Mate in 'x' moves" puzzles which get more difficult as you progress) to support a win rate < 2-to-1 in online play. So it really pushes players to improve to keep playing in the online community. That's all the scoop I have for you so far. Enjoy..Version: 2.26.0

✓ Great - but why has the time limit gone down to 30 s?I have really enjoyed this app. First class board design, nice and easy to use. The format of playing for points against random players worldwide was perfect at one minute per move. But now the time limit has been changed to 30 s per move at all levels! That’s a huge difference, turing all games effectively into a blitz-type format and, I think, making them much less interesting... I don’t think I will use it as much now, alas! I would be interested to know from the developers why this change was made? I doubt it will be popular....Version: 2.22.0
✓ Great time waster!!OK, so me and everyone else are enjoying Chess again having watched ‘The Queen’s Gambit’ on Netflix (brilliant if you haven’t seen it yet btw). I’ve sent off for a new set of pieces to go with my new Vinyl Roll Up 20” x 20” chessboard and whilst waiting (it’s coming from the US) I thought I would get some practice in. I have only played 3 times in my life, my brother, he beat me every time, so I gave up. Previous to that I had only played Ninnies and Numbskulls 😆. I needed this app and it is great to learn from. When has chess ever been a game to rush? By far, the best chess app out. Would have rated it a 5 star but you have to watch ads to earn bolts to play, part of the app I do not like. ✓ Great appAwesome chess app. Only problem I’ve had so far is a possible bug against the level 6 AI. For some reason playing as white against the AI made it extremely difficult to beat. After countless tries the closest I’ve gotten to winning was a stalemate. But the first time I played as black I easily beat it first try. ✓ Issue with quitters and bugHello. I love the game, design, aesthetics, etc. but I have a very big issue with a particular bug. I’m not sure how folks exploit it, but I am in a position to win several games (blitz mode) and then the opponent either minimizes the app or something, let’s time run out and then I don’t get the ELO and I don’t get the coins. Then I end up having to watch an ad after I won which is really annoying. I usually pay to support games that I love but I cannot support a game that either programmed a bug into the game or the fact that I win and I still lose anyway. I would love a reply back to explore the bug because I hate when people use unfair play just to be spiteful after they lose it’s so childish..Version: 2.44.0

✓ Challenges ModeOn level 7 position A2. I believe you have an error. This challenge requires a 2 move checkmate. I was stuck for days and decided to use some chess calculators. I believe you need to change it to a 3 move checkmate. I see no other possible checkmate otherwise. Please enlighten me if I am mistaken..Version: 2.21.0
✓ Good up minor issuesI like the gameplay and I always get matcha but I dislike the coin system. You put in 300 coins and so does your opponent but you only receive 100 in winnings but if you lose you lose 300. That’s a little scam like to make you buy coins. The win total should be higher. Also the AI on level 6 is almost impossible to beat. Other than that I enjoy the app..Version: 2.30.1
