✓ Good, but needs moreIt's good that Sonoran has a phone app. However, there are a lot of changes needed, if people are going to pay for this app it needs to be optimised for mobile. E.g. creating a character is difficult, I cannot see all of the inputs and what they're for. Overall great app and will be very useful, just needs to be a bit more user friendly..Version: 2.4.0

✓ Impossible to cancel subscriptionI bought the Plus version of the subscription, and used it for a while, after a while I got bored of it and attempted to cancel my subscription but it wouldn't let me "modify" my subscription to cancel it (I did try on the website). When you go to the page and clicked it, it didn't do anything or open a page. I did check the 'tutorial' or help tab, its weird the buttons on the outside are clickable but not "Modify". I admit i'm to lazy to call for customer service or something, but I did email customer support, but I just got the most generic email that just to me to a support page that DIDN'T even work! I tried sending something in the page but popped up was "Manage and Modify subscriptions" or something like that, but the thing is it just told me to modify my subscription WHICH I CAN'T DO CAUSE THE BUTTON DOESN'T WORK, and I just clicked the box below saying these aren't the issues or something like that, but guess what? THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT DOESN'T EVEN WORK TOO, it wouldn't let me even send the request for help. Your making this difficult to cancel a subscription service that literally is so simple to implement into every site. No support was useful, and if I was planning on getting a whole new card together and disabling the current one, as I find it you can't even make it consumer friendly to cancel a subscription. TD;LR: My money keeps being wasted by a subscription that should allow its users to cancel, but it cannot do that, as the actual method doesn't work and support is useless. ✓ Review of the CADIt’s a very professional and great app but can you lower the prices for the cad? $29.99 is too much just to get unlimited people in the Cad. I see more generous apps similar for pro that are like $5 bucks a month. We use this app obviously for RP and the server I’m in is great and we need a cad but all the other cads for the consoles are trash. We are growing and 100 people for the free simple cad is dumb. At least $10 bucks for the pro cad will be good. Theirs so many ways to get cash and this is just not fun/fair. I’m 20 years old and if I was to build a CAD app I’ll make it professional and cheap. It’s not all about money but that how the US works so you guys aren’t cool. The cash is the only thing bringing the review down. I could afford the pro subscription but I’m not gonna be wasting money for something so dumb as this. Please lower it down..Version: 1.19.1
✓ Tab issues on XS MaxI love this app soooo much and I know it will be extremely helpful while in GtA RP but I noticed with the IPhone XS Max when I click records to try and add a new record in the system it adds a Tab on the top left of the screen and will not open or anything. It’s just stuck on the main screen when loading the app up. I really hope there is a fix for that soon cause I want to use this app sooo badly, I know it will make my job so much easier..Version: 3.10.3
