Not Business!I have business with vat as a must. What do I get when I search something??? 6 out of 10 restricted items as the seller isn’t at registered. Then I am looking for plumbing tools and I am getting suggestions for sunglasses and what hat to match it with. If this is a business app then I feel sorry about that..Version: 23.5.0

Why change something that worked???Why take away order delivery? Orders now show ordered, but you have to click on each individual order to see if it shipped, delivered, etc. how over tedious. On top of that, the standard view is orders in the last 30 days, why??? Someone thought hey let’s change this since it was working and let’s make it harder. 👎👎.Version: 21.9.0

Terrible waste of time appI have tried to login with both the correct business e mail and phone number and each time it says I am trying to login to my personal account. So can’t use the app.Version: 23.2.0

Invoices…. Or not!!After trawling through and eventually choosing the business analytics route to find an invoice….. I found it, just sat there on my iPad screen, but could I save it? Could I print it? Of course I couldn’t. Maybe it’s because I’m getting older or maybe invoice recovery hasn’t been though about on a business app. Great business customer service though, they actually called me back with another option later. Definitive review why amazon biz sucksAs a business owner you want to be able to keep track of your orders by accounting department/category and also monitor your credit card spendings to prevent abuse and fraud. Amazon business does all of these terribly. Amazon charges items one at a time or a small batch at a time thats different than their shipping invoice, which is different than your bulk order. I could have ordered 10 coffee makers but shipping invoice may break it into 3 orders but then when it came to charging your card they may be charging one item at a time running 10 charges of the same amount. This is a bloody nightmare to reconcile. Not to mention your credit card will definitely flag the transactions as fraud and lock your card..Version: 21.14.0

BrokenI can’t order anything. It goes through the whole process and after I click ‘continue’ it just pinwheels forever. I’ve updated and reinstalled the app. Nothing works..Version: 19.6.0

Unable to Approve Orders - Account Info OutdatedSince the new update I am no longer able to approve business orders through the app on my iPhone. They use to show on the main screen but are no longer there and I spent an hour trying to find where to go to approve. Finally logged on through the browser on my iPad and I could see them there but that does t help me when I’m out of the office and traveling and need to approve orders. Also, when I go to Business Prime it tells me my membership expired which is outdated, we renewed and paid over a thousand dollars for Prime Membership earlier this year..Version: 17.22.2

Really bad customer serviceI have opened and started many conversations with there customers support and every time I’m am bouncing around from one person to the next with them all saying same thing to me and redirecting me to another person that doesn’t have a answer and sends me to the next person Witch after 2 hours of this non sense I’ll end up closing chat all together because of the time out of my day wasted with Amazons unprofessional services While there prices are all much higher then any other option I have looked at in last the week 20-41 dollars more per item While displaying business only pricing and discounts ????? Order search needs improvementWhy in the world does the order search default to a 3 month window in the app but searches all of time on the website? So annoying!.Version: 21.23.0

Unable to use at allI registered my business email to create a account and when i tried to sign in on the app it will literally just take me back to the sign in page. It didn’t say error or anything. I could kind of glance at the app allowing me to see the home page but it quickly just send me back to sign in..Version: 19.3.0

ClothesWhy I am not able to also get clothes, shoes and things that I can try out before buying? I got a few items already that I did not returned them because I do not have the time to send them back. This is why I do not give them a 5. Still no good invoicing optionThe main reason to download Amazon business is if it gave you a good way of having invoices emailed to you for Amazon purchases, rather than having to login and download each one. The app unfortunate out doesn’t help with that. It does mean you can have a separate app to login m, so you aren’t having to constantly log out and login if you use Amazon for personal and business purchases, hence it gets two stars..Version: 21.13.0

Still no joyEverything from A -> Z seems to be wrong with this app. No matter how diligently I update it, or how often I remove and reinstall it, the problems continue. Can’t select my country / region (app just immediately closes). Can’t log in (app sometimes says my business account is a consumer account, and other times just loops me back to the login screen). Can’t chat with support. It displays tag names in several places, rather than intended contents (eg I’m greeted with “startup_title_to” when I open the app). I’m glad others seem to be enjoying it, but it’s completely unusable for me..Version: 17.15.0

Unhappy with the business appI’m not impressed with the business app at all! I’ve had nothing but problems with it since day one. Sometimes it will remember my orders but most of the time it does not! When I want to look up a past order it only recognizes and remembers about 25% of my orders. States orders gone through then fails to take paymentI have used the normal Amazon app and switched to the business account and it has always worked perfectly. Every single order I have placed with the business app has stated that it has checked my bank, it’s all gone through. Then when I chase the order, you find the order is on hold with ‘Payment revision required’. You follow the ‘Revise payment’ link, it suggests there’s a problem with card ****, click on continue and then it has a nice green box stating ‘payment method updated’. Each time! (I haven’t changed anything) This morning I checked for any emails stating it had failed, they were send at 20:52 last night, I don’t check my work emails at that time of the night to check it’s failed Yet Again! Going back to the normal app and switching accounts. What’s the point of having next day delivery if your order doesn’t get ordered. I’ll try it again when they reply to this stating there was a bug and they’ve sorted it..Version: 19.3.0

Not tax exemptI opened the app because I have business and of course I wanted to be exempt of taxes. I compared the business app and the regular, the results is that I have to pay the same taxes and the same prices. I understand why some items have taxes but isn’t the point of a business doing. GlitchyIt's hard to review this app because it has never worked for me. I have attempted several times to log in, even changing my password, but the result is the same. The page flickers and then brings me right back to the log in page. Would be nice if the app worked. Switching back and forth between personal and business is not a huge issue, but this would just be more convenient in my opinion..Version: 17.21.0

"Your orders" page ruined in updateThe "Your Orders" page was completely ruined in the update. Can no longer see what has been shipped, delivered etc in different colored text. Complete waste of timeAs others have said you cannot login. I have separate Amazon accounts (one personal and one business), but the login process on the Amazon business app just loops… Enter login details, click login, it asks for OTP from Authenticator app so I enter that, then it directs me back to the login screen. Tried several times then gave up. Constant nags from Amazon business to use it but impossible to use when you cannot login… Will stick to the website. Terrible customer service.Customer service with Amazon used to be pretty good. You knew if there was an issue that it would get resolved. They have changed to use an automated system that takes you down dead ends to try and avoid helping you. Ads are getting out of handThis used to be a decent app but lately the ads are just getting worse and worse. I search for x and see 3 unrelated ads for something else, then after being shown only 2 products I’m looking for I see another 2 ads. I have to scroll multiple pages before even seeing the results I want which ruins the functionality of the app hence the two star review. I would expect ads for a website providing a free service but this is not acceptable when I’m paying for it..Version: 21.21.0

Deceitful ploy to joinReceived several emails to join stating I could apply promo code SBM50 to save up to $150 on my first order Come to find out it’s for US only. They have my account info, they obviously knew I was from Canada considering I got the promo emails directly after I ordered something from my regular Amazon account I guess Amazon does not value its Canadian customers as much as the US.Version: 19.18.0
