✓ Can’t get in/ issue fixedProblem was the software. It got fixed by the developer. Well after a year of playing . There seems to be a glitch. I’m not able to get in at level 18. ✓ Game ok support zeroGame play is fair if you can work around some poorly designed parts of layout, numerous glitches that developers drag feet in fixing, some recent game breaking exploits that some wont get compensation for for resources and speed ups while devs drag feet on a glitch they knew about over a week ago. so any one supporting a commander that got hit will loose out any compensation. thus game is nothing more then a pay to win money pit so if casual player RUN AWAY don't even get the app.Version: 2.16.1

So now in pvp battle android players with no game savvy can decimate ios players due to the fact that they are able to use multiple heros/buffs on attack while ios can still only use one . ✓ Rubbish money extraction vehicleJust don’t bother trying to play this game it is just one big p2w money trap designed to give you easy, quick progress to lure you in before hitting you with ever increasing / absurd resource / time demands across all the areas you need to build and strengthen to try and even remotely be competitive. It is a pure money vacuum designed to frustrate you into spending your real life money on a game that has had no serious updates and new functionality or features added in the last 10 months let alone completing some of the missing puzzle functionality that has been coming soon since I started the game 10 months ago. I m lvl 35 cc player (highest you can be) on a server that was both poisonous in its world chat and gameplay and severely lacking in active players due to the former. I am now a free to play player and feel so much richer knowing it will take at least 2 months of gathering enough resources to be able to upgrade one building from lvl 33 to lvl 34 and then wait the 450 days for the upgrade to then build …… get the idea of the game unless you spend real money when you hit higher levels it’s ummmm errrrrrr rubbish and to all intents and purposes DEAD.Version: 1.12.0

✓ Not for iPhones Part 2Check out another users post on March 10. I didn’t really know this until today - all android users have version 1.39 of the game and Apple users have 1.38. There are significant enhancements in this release, to the point it’s putting me at a disadvantage in the game. You can now attack with 2 heroes instead of 1 on the Android app, but not the Apple app. You can collect your gifts with one click and on the iPhone it takes 20 minutes of intense clicking. Plus all the other issues the other user mentioned. I’m certain there are more. Start giving us IOS users the same stuff and I will change my rating. Pissed….Version: 1.38.0

✓ Game could be great. Customer service is rubbishThis game is a great interactive game which encourages building relationships and working together. Developing your base to be able to compete is good and there’s ups and downs when you win your first battle to when you first get zeroed. However it is full of glitches. The developers often update but depending on your device there can be week’s delays giving other devices unfair advantages. If you approach customer service they mainly fob you off and don’t listen, asking for pictures when the fault clearly won’t show anything, refusing to compensate. With most compensations you do get it’s just minuscule. They insist on you accepting a terms of service which they themselves don’t stand by and don’t support complaints..Version: 2.18.5
