✓ Not ideal for head shotsFirst of all the standard for head shots are 8x10 which is not an option. This app is really for making avatars not for head shots as the options are a square or a circle. When it blurs out the background unless you’re wearing your hair like a helmet it will create a halo effect. ✓ Looks like you were cut out by scissorsI’ve downloaded the app so I could attempt to get a good headshot for my email signature since I can’t get it professionally done right now. I like the idea of the app and I think they do a good job with removing the background, however the lines are not smooth and it looks like a bad photoshop job. Also when taking the photo through the app there is no countdown so it looks like you are taking a selfie because your arm is extended to hit the button. I’m not sure if I can use this professionally because of the uneven lines around my hair and profile when the background was removed..Jenny ellVersion: 1.0.6

✓ Cannot find different background optionThe idea is great but execution is not so much. The quality of the picture and boundary with the background is quite poor. I have not been able to figure out how to change the background to custom color. I cannot see the option as explained in the description. Please help as I really do not like the preset colors.
