✓ A love-hate relationship!I would give this game more stars, but it “steals” game play and my “timers” and “magnets” away from me by quitting in the middle of gameplay, not just for ads. It just stops and reverts back to my home screen. When I return to the game, it starts over, and I have to “pay” another “magnet” and “timer” to play again! It has also prevented me from achieving the 30 level challenge. It has occurred numerous times and does not set well with me at all. Sometimes the “pairs” get caught up in the “dumpster” for a few seconds not allowing gameplay to continue. I have to just walk away to settle my temper down and return later. This makes me want to delete the game altogether which I am on the verge of doing. I have done this before with other games with glitches so I have no problem doing it with this one. Edit: Continuing to have problems with game freeze and especially ads which crash the game. Also, often when I am offered a “2X (or more) whatever I have won, the “green claim button” just “spins” or buffers continuously until I just hit the black “Claim button”. The game also freezes during game play not allowing me to move objects, and when it starts back, it has taken away a lot of my time as though the timer kept counting. ✓ Ads during game playThis is a great game however the ads that pop up during game play are ridiculous and also long! It takes up your time and then you can’t finish the level because the ads have eaten up your time to finish it, it then tried to get you to spend coins to ad more time. ✓ Misleading charging practice for “ad free” optionI downloaded this game for my autistic son - he loved it! However, he’s not playing for speed - so once the time limit kicks in, he can’t complete a level. You have the option of buying coins or watching an ad. On the Home Screen of the app is an option to purchase an ad-feee version, which I did (£4.99) so that he doesn’t have to watch ads to play on. Turns out that you still have to watch ads or buy coins for extra lives, unlike other games where buying the ad-free version means avoiding this. I didn’t see any other ads so no idea what I’ve paid for, but it’s extremely dodgy. ✓ Too glitchyI very much enjoy this game! But quite often the game freezes or automatically closes down. And in doing so, a life is lost. ✓ Great gameI’m team leader of a competitive team. The game is brilliant but too many glitches with game freezing and other glitches! Often we are not matched with other teams in the Weekly Competition and have no one to play against. I have complained to Lion over and over as my team wants to play competitions, but Lion do not respond. Last week we had no one to play. This week we were matched with only 2 other teams and that is very frustrating when you play competitively and have no team to play against. Also we are often matched with absolute top 10 teams with no chance of ever winning. This seriously needs to be addressed! Lion don’t address complaints in any effective manner. It is very expensive to play competitively even though the game gives rewards. ✓ Addictive game ruined by glitches and freezingI have been playing this game for 6 months and used to love it. Highly addictive and fun. Recently this has become unplayable due to too many bugs within the app - ads will freeze and you can’t come out of them so you have no choice but to come out of the app, you then lose a life to rejoin the game where you left off. This is happening most days now which is frustrating as you don’t get to complete a game as you lose all your lives this way. The game itself has a real time lag to it now even when you open the app for a while to let everything load. Not sure why this has happened but please will the developers look into these issues. ✓ Cheaters!I like the game itself but they CHEAT! They show the big magnet as booster but then you sit waiting for it to come AND IT DOESN’T! This means you just wasted precious seconds waiting for NOTHING! Also, many times it would stop the game & text 60 seconds UP, so then you continue & 28 seconds later (I had friend time it) it texts 60 seconds UP! which was a total lie, so I continue & 34 seconds later again: 60 seconds UP! So that it takes all the $1,000s of coins you’ve saved up PLUS the $600 coins from the piggy bank you just PURCHASED and leaves you with next to nothing. Then it tells you you have to watch videos to get $1,000 to play again (10 videos!) even though your extra lives are TOTALLY FULL. This game just steals your game coins, plays way too many video ads & tricks you into buying more & more coins and extra crap from the store to steal all your REAL money in order to play their stupid cheating game! ✓ Skip this game.I understand the need to generate revenue because these “free” games are most definitely heavily profit driven. With that being said, I say skip this game. Multiple ads pop up in the middle of your game and it’s two in a row before gameplay resumes. Also, even though I have the in game sounds muted and the sounds on my phone muted, these ads come blaring across unmuted. It stops my music or whatever I’m playing in the background and I have to close the app and open the music app to press play again. This is extremely annoying. It’s a fun game but not that fun to put up with this. Also, after your game is over you’ll further more watch a couple more ads. ✓ CONSTANTLY FREEZES!!This used to be one of my favourite games; definitely in my top 5. However, the constant freezing half way through the game, always reminds me of the reason why I stop playing. If you play too fast it freezes, when you’ve nearly finished the game it freezes!! AND every time it does this you loose your UFO rating and go back to zero!! If it didn’t freeze so often, I’d play it all the time, it would be in my top 3 & it would have 5 stars. This problem never seems to get fixed for long & no one returns your emails. It looked fun and totally addictive BUT the volume of ads is just too much. Not only are they long but they pop up in the middle of a level! ✓ Too many glitchesI’ve been playing this for a couple of months now and there are a few ‘glitches’ that don’t appear to be random. For example: you can get extra coins by watching ads but you can guarantee you want just 10 more coins to make it to 100, so you can buy an extra minute to finish your level, when the ad freezes and you have to close the session. This means you lose where you are and lose any boosters you used to get you to where you were! Another ‘glitch’ is that you’re almost about to complete a level when the items stick and you can’t move any of them, your seconds are counting down and you fail the level by a whisker. That’s when the other scenario about might happen too so 2 ‘glitches’ on the same level. Although it’s best to do the larger items first it’s very deceptive in that larger items are very small if they are under other items ie you’re looking for a huge white igloo and you can’t find it anywhere, this is because it’s in miniature under a frog! ✓ Way too many adsAn app that pushes you to pay for the game by annoying you with as many ads as possible is not a game worth rating more than two stars in my opinion. As many other people have stated, you can have up to three ads WHILE you’re playing a level. I also agree that there should be an option for no timer, personally I started to play it because I find matching items relaxing but when there’s a timer it makes it stressful. I’ve only played six levels and I doubt I’ll keep playing this game. If you want people to pay for an app just make it 2-3$ on the App Store. Don’t trick people into thinking it’s free and then annoying the absolute crap out of them with ads. I’ve noticed this tread with a lot of apps made by this company and I would advise steering clear of them if you dislike how many ads this game has. ✓ Enjoyable and challenging game, but …… whatever you do, do NOT pay for ad removal!!! The developers claim you only have to pay once to remove ads permanently. The problem is - it doesn’t work! You’ll still get bombarded with ads, and if you pay once to remove them, then the game keeps prompting you to pay AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN - and if you’re actually stupid enough to pay again, like I was, ad removal STILL won’t work, and the developer doesn’t do anything to help you get ad removal working OR to refund what you have overpaid!!! They just keep asking for your receipts, but it doesn’t do any good to send them your receipts at all because someone different will reply the next time, and they will just ask for the receipts you’ve already sent to them - as if they don’t have access to all that information on their end in the first place!!! So in other words, the ad removal payment is nothing but a SCAM to STEAL MONEY FROM YOU, and the developers don’t care about helping you because they make money from scamming you!!! The game itself is enjoyable, however what really spoils it is the numerous amount of ads not only after each level, but several ads during one level. It really spoils the game play and is most annoying. I tend to quit the game at this point. Others have commented when you pay to remove the ads, it makes no difference. There also appears to be a glitch where at times although I am dragging an item to the pad, it just won’t move and can take several attempts to “unglue” it from its position in the pile. I’ve dealt with games where you have to wait for advertisements between levels, but this is worse than that. While playing a level you can expect to be interrupted by an advertisement anywhere from 2 to 3 times. Not only is it a soulless cash grab, but it also stops the game’s momentum, which, when you’re searching for items can really slow you down. I understand free games will have ads but this game is over the top. You will get 2 ads in the middle of of round which is annoying when your in the middle of a match. ✓ Definitive Rage QuitterI've found this version of the game, when you haven't made the in app purchase to remove adds, lags. It not only lags, but lags at the most inopportune moments. When you have 15 seconds remaining on the timer and you're desperately trying to drag two decapitated giraffe heads to the base of the screen and all of a sudden you're functioning on 0.005 frames per second you suddenly realise why anger management therapists exist. ✓ It was fun at first...The game was really fun at first and it is quite relaxing, but there are a couple of things throughout the game that are really annoying. 1 being the amount of ads. That's an obvious one, as most games have a lot of ads, but this game has random ads that pop up during the play through of a level and not only that, but most of the ads are really repetitive as well and you get tired of seeing them so fast. It'd be better if ads can pop up before you start a level and after a level instead of there being so many that pop up randomly. 2 is the timer. Yeah, the timer makes the game more challenging but in some levels it isn't very fair. Like there are so many items in one level and there is only a 3 minute timer or something. It gets very annoying when you're so close to finishing the level but then the timer runs out. It'd be a lot better if there was no timer at all, an option to turn the timer on or off, or even if the times were a bit more fair. ✓ I used to love this gameI have never written a review ever! I had to write this because I am so disappointed. I hate to admit that I used to play this game for hours a day visually in the middle of the night when I couldn’t sleep there was something so relaxing about it. I loved this game! However since it has been updated or whatever was done with it, it is glitchy, winning levels is almost impossible now. I used to have over 3 hundred freezes, over 200 clues, and about 3000 coins. I have none of those left anymore because I had to use them because the level and amount of time you are now given is again, almost impossible. The UFO rush thing is the worst. This game is now constantly trying to make you buy coins and the amount of ads is over the top. To top it all off, it is now glitchy all the time and freezes in the middle of the game every couple minutes (at least). Simple premise but well designed and the different pair designs are brilliant and well thought out. Only main complaint about the game play itself would be that items can fall onto the collection point by themselves and block the match you’re trying to make.
