✓ BUG FIXES PLEASE!!!!I believe this app has the potential to be great. i work in manhattan the lot is right across the street from my job. however, my app wont find this lot so i can pay for it, but 3 of my coworkers can and paid for it and i got stuck trying to find another lot. Please fix these map issues. if you search for the lot it will pop up in the search but cannot click on it to pay..Version: 1.4

✗ Use another appThis app is horrible. It couldn’t provide the correct price for parking in the lot that I used it for so ended up overpaying. Equally as horrendous was the customer service experience. Since the customer service line seems to be barely manned, used email. Ot has taken 4 emails over a month plus to finally reach the final step for a refund (still no refund yet). Days and even a week go by between email response. Got so frustrated today that I stayed on the phone to get a person (it didn’t disconnect for the first time in five tries) who balked at processing the refund over the phone not once but twice referring me to email. Stay away from this app…..Version: 2.2.0
