✓ Podcasts R UsFirst review ever but just wanted to say I’m really enjoying the app so far. There’s no lag and I like the music added automatically that gives the more podcast feel. I just wish that you didn’t have to manually unlock “beans” (what the individual audio messages are named) and they would play automatically. Also if there was a way to condense all the beans in a group chat to keep things more organized I read that this was already implemented in a previous update but removed in a later one..Version: 1.4.1
✓ Great Concept But Costs Too MuchThis is such a cute app and great concept. The only drawback is the price. $5 a week and even $10 a month is too expensive. I recommend switching to a base free, no frills version that lets you join and create groups and a paid membership that gives access to exclusive backgrounds, music and stickers for reactions. Increasing the price of using the app to allow for more feature development doesn’t help its current users as much as prohibit new ones. Your app is great and I want to share it with more friends but the price point isn’t feasible for everyone. Please consider a free version that still allows us to send cappuccinos🙏.Version: 1.9.7
✓ A new way of interacting through vocal messages!I am using this app everyday to connect with my friends and I love it! It’s more intuitive and natural to send vocal messages with Cappuccino, and is a great alternative to text/sms. I feel you can share your thoughts more easily this way and it makes me want to connect with my friends even more today. ✓ Fun podcast for close friends!!I’m only on day 2 but I think it’s a fun social app to talk to your friends about everything and nothing. I like it for my semi-long distance friends. I would however suggest a little more instruction when starting. What is the first bean supposed to be like?? If it said like “intro the group” or sthg that would be helpful. Some suggestions for additional features: I would love if there was a simple chat so that you could reply to friends’ beans in the morning and address something they said. I also would like to be able to archive beans (similar to Snapchat maybe, where you can choose to save a bean so that it won’t disappear forever, and the other person can see it too?). ✓ I love it but…I love this app, from the prompts to the music before the message to the addition of pictures. There is one thing I would think that would make me shout this app from the rooftops is that I wish you could comment on each bean minus the response voice message. Like type out comments. Kinda like soundcloud where you comment at a certain time stamp and the comment would show up when you reach that time stamp while listening to the bean. ✓ My new favorite appThis is an amazing app. I have been struggling to find a binge worthy podcast for weeks but with this app the hosts are my friends! I wake up to updates, stories and advice served to me in a podcast format. I find myself using social media less because now I get my updates through my morning cappuccino. I do wish I could remove members from groups as easily as I can add them but it is still a 5 star app!.Version: 1.4.1
✓ More editing capabilitiesI don’t need much. I just wish I could pause and add to one recording without having to re-record. I sometimes struggle over words and I’d rather pause and take a beat than either have a huge silence/re-recording till I get it right. Also being able to choose the music would be nice. To be able to fit the mood of the “stories” you’re sharing. Other than that I really enjoy the app and the format! ✓ Great Way to stay connectedI recently started using Cappuccino as my wife and I moved to Canada and our three adult children stayed in Arizona. It’s been a great way to stay connected on a daily basis without having to send more texts or more phone calls. We are having a lot of fun with it and personalities come through on the beans and again great way to stay connected from a far. I highly recommend this app for people who are in our situation or who just wanna keep up on a daily basis with those they’re closest to..Version: 1.9.2

✓ Wish we could record one bean throughout the day.Only been using it for a few days but it’s so fun! It’s like getting a postcard from a friend every morning. My only suggestion is to allow a bean to be added to. I Have Some SuggestionsSo this app is so fun and i love using it (the music that is automatically played at the beginning and end of the podcast is the BEST) but i would love it if you could customize it a little more and have longer shows as well. ✓ My friends and love but please helpMy friends and I have a 45 day streak and we love the app it’s so much better than sending audio messages over text but PLEASE give us an option to have no time limit on the pods. We’re always sending 3-5 podcasts because we really just use it to talk to each other throughout the day. We don’t use the cappuccino podcast feature either so it would be sick if that could be optional. This app rocks though it’s made me feel so much closer to my friends. ✓ Love this App!! But Cappuccino is released too lateI loooooove this app. Cute idea, amazing sound quality, and really brings people together. It sounds like a real podcast! My only complaint is that the cappuccinos are released too late. My friends and I are all already at work by 8am, meaning we have to wait a whole additional work day before getting to hear our friends reports from the day before! Me and my group of friends as well as my boyfriend love using this app because we lead very busy lives and it offers a fun way to connect, catch-up with, and talk to each other whenever we get the chance. The only thing I would change/add would be to have at least 10 minutes (or better yet - unlimited time) to talk because with three minutes you either have to give a broad quick summary of what you’re talking about or send multiple “beans” in a row and spam your group-members notifications. However, my friends and I have agreed on some suggestions that would improve the app: -we wish the order of our beans could be scrambled so you wouldn’t hear the same person back to back -we want to be able to react to beans while they’re playing. The reason I gave it 4 stars was for a suggestion with an issue my friend had- she got locked out of her account and couldn’t access client support anywhere, and she ended up having to create a new account using a different number.. so we were thinking maybe checking your emails/dms/etc. more or just making it clearer on how to reach out to you and get in contact with support. We’ve been able to laugh at each other’s answers and even get to know each other even better. ✓ Book club turned podcastWhen the pandemic started my high school and college friends and I started a book club where we connected each week on zoom - truthfully most of our discussions were about our personal lives than the content of the book! We have been using cappuccino for a few months now and every day our friend post cast is usually around 30-60mins - and it is such a wonderful way to stay in touch and hear everyone’s voices! I started a group as a continuation of a group on Facebook called “Not Wasting My Twenties” and people seem to love the concept (myself included!). However, there are some things that would be great to improve on. Firstly, and maybe this is just me still learning about the app, why is it so hard to find groups and request to join? This limits the user greatly. Second, I would like to be able to choose the music that goes in the podcast just like I am able to choose a title picture. However, when I got this app I thought I was going to be able to make actual podcast with friends being on the same recording as me. ✓ Great app but the flow of beans is confusingSuch a fun app but every time we share with new friends, we have to over-explain since it’s a little hard to follow when there’s too many prompts. Sometimes someone responds to a prompt late, meanwhile the others are already on the next prompt. If you listen to each bean card in order, it’s like 5 diff conversations that’s all over the place. It’s hard to follow which bean someone is responding to because it’s in a random order. It’d be great if the bean cards flow better almost like a conversation, that way it seems continuous? What if there’s an option to have multiple stacks of card beans for each group? So one stack for each prompt almost like a folder. You can choose which prompt/stack to respond to. That way it’s more organized and you know what the theme of the conversation is in that stack. Otherwise, such a good app!! Excited to see how this app progresses 🙏🙏.Version: 1.8.3
✓ Good app - but recordings are sometimes lostThis app is good and fun to use - but the absolute worst feature of it is how easy it is to lose your recording. If you get a phone call or a timer/alarm goes off (at least on ios) - your recording is gone. Not just stopped (so you can still send it) but as if it were never recorded. This has been surprisingly a big issue for my podcast group - really disheartening when you’re seconds away from finishing and someone calls unexpectedly..Version: 1.9.8

✓ Lifesaver for International Friendships!!This app helped so much with my post graduation blues, as my bffs and I moved across the world (some of us even to different countries)! Our group has a streak of 151 days going, and we think this app is fantastic! It’s a bit confusing at first, but once you get the hang of it, it’s so effective at keeping you in touch with your favorite people! My only wish is that you’d be able to choose to put the audio recordings at various speeds, like a real podcast. Sometimes, my friends and I have Cappuccinos that are 40 minutes long, and so this feature would be so helpful in that scenario! ✓ Could be big if allowed more user customization!My friends and I started using this app and it has a lot of potential, but the lack of being able to choose certain things about our cappuccinos really turned us off from it. Not being able to choose the music was a big thing for my friend group personally, being able to customize the music (allowing our own music, making it easier to turn off the music) Choosing the times as well would’ve helped us to keep using the app longer. We are college students that usually stay up pretty late, so we would wake up in the afternoon not 7am, so making them available at our own custom time would’ve been nice! Lastly YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO DELETE BEANS. Messing up a bean and accidentally sending it without being able to modify or delete is not great. Even an edit button would be nice! Overall I really like the concept and idea of this app but I think my friend group stopped using it because of the total lack of user control and customization.
