✓ WHERE MY CLOTHES AT??Sheinnn would never that’s why they on top. Take notes!! I will make sure the bank declines yalls request if I don’t get my clothes. I didn’t have back to school clothes on time y’all said the 15th it’s the 16th, now y’all sayin latest is the 18th?! How far is it going to extend. I will find a way to sue y’all scammers if I don’t get my clothes this why I don’t shop outside of trusted websites. Absolutely ridiculous do better. ✓ HorribleSo the first time I ordered it was great which have the reason to order more the second time. The second time I ordered none of the clothes matched the description or even picture. Majority of the clothes was to long in length or to small in size. Requesting a refund was even harder they tried to offer $40 to keep the items after I spent $300. No way I paid $45 in shipping after a week of talking to someone in email to get a return address for my refund. At this point I need my refund so I can never order from them ever again..Version: 3.1.0
✓ LovelyWholesaleThe clothes on there are absolutely amazing from ranges of beautiful, creative and cute clothing however the shipping time is ridiculously long. Sizes are inaccurate so make sure to get your right size or order a size up. Customer service is long. Dont even bother trying to return your items because they take very long to give you the return address, and you will have to pay for postage to send it back which can cost more than the items you’ve bought and also any problems you have are either unsolved or take very long. When you order from here and you want to return your items just take your L and keep it stepping. 😪.Version: 2.3.1
✓ UninstalledDidn’t like my experience shopping experience. I’ve shopped a lot of online places that offer cheap clothes and still have good quality. The clothes and shoes looks NOTHING like the items But what really turned me off for good was the return process. First I have to email support to get a shipping label which the rep asking me or more harassing why I’m returning the product..uh this is my money I’m spending. I don’t want to go though that every time I have to return something. Secondly I have to pay for shipping and than take a picture of the shipping label once I have purchased it so they can track it. What sense do that make?! Y’all don’t have a system that track that? Overall I didn’t like this online store at all. It’s better options out there for same or smaller prices..Version: 3.2.0
✓ Scam/FraudThis app doesn’t deserve any stars. They take pictures from other authentic sites/ apps. When you order from them it takes a really long time for your package to get there & the products don’t ever come out like the picture. The quality of the clothes is horrible & instead of refunding you all your money they only give you half of it back or less even tho they have the option for you to return the items back. Then after giving u back a little bit of your money they tell u to keep the items and do whatever with them..Version: 6.4.0
✓ Hate it.I downloaded the app since I saw one of my friends wearing a piece of clothing from here. I tried ordering what I wanted but for some reason my order got cancelled because of “risk”. I sent a email and they actually replied. Once they asked for my order number they never sent a response back to see what the problem was. Yesterday I tried ordering from the app again! My order got cancelled due to “order overdue”. I just sent a email about it, now I’m just going to hope that they stay consistent with the replies. Smh..Version: 3.2.0
✓ Highly DisappointedI made a order of close to 300 dollars, somehow I never received the package. I’ve reached out the company and the delivery company. When I asked for a refund they gave me 30% of my money back. I told the company if I didn’t receive the package I deserve a full refund. Never received the full refund. Be careful when ordering. ✓ LOVELY WHOLE SCAMMINGSo I ordered a pair of orange slides. They looked so cute on the picture and I know when you get something it might not look the EXACT same way as the picture. But when I tell you it LOOKED NOTHING LIKE TGE PICTURE IT LOOKED TERRIBLE COMPARED TO THE PICTURE !!! First of all they Had a terrible smell to it when I opened it, the quality was more than poor, the color wasn’t even the same orange it was a dark orange . THESE UGLY SLIDES WAS 16 + TAX AND SHIPPING! All together I PAYED 23 DOLLARS FOR THESE RIP OFFS. ✓ Worse place everIf I could give a lower review I would. They never answer any messages from customers. Never give accurate tracking information until a dispute is filed. I originally ordered on June 14th ache paid for expedited shipping and insurance to have before the 4th of July. Still haven’t received anything to this day and can’t get a refund due to their policies that you have to receive the merchandise first that will never end up coming to me. ✓ LovelywholesaleI like the app but the only issue i have is that they never update their system in time when the item gets sold out. In one order half the items i bought were out of stock. I hope they update their system and prevent us from buying things we will not receive. I always get a refund but i have bought dresses for events and to my surprise i don't receive it because its out of stock. I have other apps where i buy from too and they always tell you that the item is running out and thats something your company should also look into getting..Version: 3.0.1

Went to try to purchase something and nothing will go through it does not except the card and you get an error message sometimes that is written in Chinese. ✓ It’s okayThe app never keeps you signed in so that’s aggy and the outfits are not true to size sometimes you have to size up sometimes you have to size down ..really there is no consistency! basically all of their outfits are made form really stretch material that goes white if stretched too much (like over your boos or butt🙄)and they don’t have tags so you can’t tell which is the front or back on certain peices‼️ over all I purchased about 8 outfits on my order and could only use about 4 .. shipping takes so long and its hard to get a hold of them so I just took a loss .. just know it’s hit or miss with this company!.Version: 3.2.0

✓ DON’T BUY FROM THEM!This was my first time buying from this company & I read many reviews before purchasing (those are paid reviews). I received my items within 2 weeks from the time of purchase and was super excited. Unfortunately 5 of the outfits didn’t fit, weather they were too big or too small, even thought I got 3xl because that’s the size give since I wear a 16 (some items are not true to size). After my trip I contacted them through email for a return & refund on the items that didn’t fit. They took 2 days to reply back, once they replied they asked for pictures, which I provided & I didn’t hear back from them again for another 5 days. They offered to refund me $20 for the five outfits I’m trying to return. Your policy says you will accept returns & refunds if it’s 30 days from the day of delivery. It’s very frustrating not being able to talk to someone over the phone to get this issue resolved instead of emailing. I spent a lot of $ just to be unhappy with my purchase & will never be buying from this company again..Version: 3.0.1
✓ They have super cute things!I’m only giving them 3 out of 5 because I’ve ordered a couple times in the past and have learned most of their clothes are specifically made from polyester. And most of what I’ve ordered has ran a size or two too big while others fit perfectly. It’s hit or miss with their clothing..Version: 3.1.0
