✓ Lost resultsI took my test 10 days ago and was told my results would be available in 72 hours via the app. Because it’s been over 5 days it directs you to contact the on site location. There is no answer at the site. I also contacted the department of health to no avail. I also thought it was suspicious my sisters results were assigned to my address even though we live in two different cities. If makes me concerned with how accurate these tests are. ✓ Poor Coordination with the AirlinesOk recently 3days ago took a PCR test from CVS Clinic in Fort Myers. I received a text message indicating I was COVID free. My issue was the airlines refusing to accept this website and instead was asking passengers for a paper copy. My stand was that I would believe the results from an electronic system run by the state than an individual hand over a paper copy to the airlines! This app will only be effective if the. State Government made it an official standard for airline’s. I did not fly…because at 4am there was not a store opened to make copies for a requirement not mention on the airlines website nort after 7 calls to American Airlines requesting they provide me a list of requirements to fly. Very good site but it will only work if it’s standardized and up held by state govt! ✓ This is another crapApp while purpose is to be able to view results. And that itself is not working. Created support ticket and no surprise i was told to call multiple people to fix the issue with this app. Gave up its crap.I didn’t see before that so many people having this issue. They can’t enter correct information. But they get phone number correct for all. They care only what information they want. ✓ Privacy issues, no Apple/Google APIThis application still does not use the Apple/Google contact tracing API which is secure and effective. It instead relies on tracking your location. There are huge privacy concerns and implications with this methodology. You cannot even use the application without providing your phone number. In order for contact tracing applications to be effective, they must be in widespread use. A large number of individuals are concerned about the government tracking their location, regardless of the reasoning, and will not run the application as it currently stands. I understand having location data will help identify hotspots, but having an effective level of participation is more important. ✓ Map doesn’t render properly.Map doesn’t render properly on iPhone. Currently using iPhone 8 Plus w/ iOS 13.5 would also be nice to see hot spots on the map. Note this app doesn’t use Apple or Google contact tracing capabilities of your o/s. So for instance this app does not let you turn on contact trace logging within iOS settings privacy health and is not currently supported by state health departments. Also not sure how it reports people who had the virus but are now safe. Sounds like it requires everyone to use it to be effective. ✓ Results don’t showI received a text (5 texts, actually) that my results were ready but when I click on the link that takes me to the app, they’re not there. ✓ Don’t waste your time and moneyThis is the worst most frustrating product. You ought to be able to take a test and have it tell you the results. This company’s testing product requires you to download an app to get instructions and then get results. But in my case the app didn’t even provide the steps I needed to take the test, let alone get results. ✓ Useless AppI am in Florida. After waiting two days to receive my results, I receive the notification that they are ready. I go to the app and my new results are nowhere to be found and to this day are not on there. Our lovely state has made it so that this is the only way to receive results at some sites so it would make sense that it would be of importance for the app to be technologically sound. But alas, it is not. Now I have the pleasure of chasing around my county health dept to receive the results prior to an important trip I have to take and of course that’s a wild goose chase. ✓ No longer accessible.This used to be a pretty good app, but since the update, I can’t get past the symptoms question in the daily report your symptoms questionnaire because it won’t let me choose none of the above, therefore it won’t let me advance. I use voiceover, and as far as I know it’s just when voiceover is running, but since I can’t turn voiceover off and use it, I’m kind of stuck. An contact tracing app doesn’t do anybody any good if not everybody can use it and report symptoms. ✓ Rose-tinted glasses on my phoneThe advice your app gives as appropriate activity and precautions given what’s happening in my area is horribly inaccurate and counters what health experts suggest. For example, it is currently only recommending wearing a mask to someone in a high risk category, when 1. Wearing masks barely do anything to protect the wearer but are instead mostly effective for protecting others, and 2. My county has mandatory mask usage in public right now. ✓ Okay appI got this app hoping it would let me know if someone I’ve been in contact with has been diagnosed. But I’m assuming all those people who refuse to wear a mask to the grocery store are also among those who are paranoid about this app invading their privacy. Without the majority of my neighbors using it, all I get from it is a somewhat annoying daily reminder to check my symptoms. Unless some new symptom is discovered, I don’t need an app asking me every single day if I have a cough or loss of taste. Pretty sure I’ll notice that on my own. ✓ Results don’t sync in timeGot tested then notified results are in this app. So I installed the app which was the only option (without calling an hour call wait time as tried before yesterday) and there wasn’t the test result as CVS claimed! Results from last 2 years (incomplete) showed but not the urgent one which I got notified of. Yes I am aware that syncing is non trivial and lost software struggle with it.. so where are my results. ✓ Stupid appDon’t even want to give it a one star… I had to go through so much verification that I ended up deleting the app. All I want to see is if I’m sick or not. I have the rights to see if I’m sick or not, I don’t give an F about the security of this app. It’s like if the government is seriously trying to hide something from you. Now I hope this review gets posted because I’m pretty sure they’re going to review my review for verification if it’s going to get posted since I cursed. ✓ Don’t get fooled by the fake reviewsIt’s amazing to me Utah would flood the reviews section with a ton of 5 star spam. Read through all those reviews and tell me they don’t seem suspicious. The first day this app was out it had thousands of 5 star reviews and people praising the state for a lot of stuff unrelated to the app at all. Utah needs to use the Apple & Google contact tracing API, full stop. There’s zero excuse to be collecting citizens’ locations, names, phone numbers and everyone they come in contact with in a centralized database. If the company who makes this app gets hacked, the hackers will have every movement you made since you downloaded this app..FTW28Version: 1.1.2

✓ Use the Google/Apple API instead of collecting our location dataUtah paid $2.5m to purchase this app, and pays $300k/month to the developers. 45k people have downloaded the app, out of our 3.2m population. This was a complete waste of taxpayer money. Apple and Google collaborated to build a privacy-first API that apps can use to notify people who are exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID. Apple and Google’s approach doesn’t collect any location data or personally identifiable data. It’s decentralized and anonymous, and doesn’t even rely on states needing their own apps. The Healthy Together app has chosen to ignore what Apple and Google built. It sends location data to a centralized server, and this location data is linked to personal data as well. It’s built by a small social media startup - if they’re hacked, then all of our personal information is at risk. ✓ Spams notificationsI don’t give total access to location permission for any app. Having 89 notifications just today nagging me to enable full permissions is absurd. Even a public health app should respect my right to privacy. It really makes me concerned that an app wants to remind me to give it full permissions so much. I’ve been telling people they should use this app but that stops until you fix this overbearing notification behavior and respect a person’s choice in regards to privacy Edit: seriously it’s every 15 mins with this checking my permission. ✓ Privacy ConcernYet another company that houses my personal information. There has been no consent that my personal health info should be provided to a third party company. Personal info includes Name, Phone Number and Region along with a Medical Test. The privacy policy states that after 30 days Twenty would disassociate my info and yet there systems have info on my data back to June. ✓ MisinformationI would be very happy to use this tool but, it will not allow me to login. Upon trying to log in, I get a notice stating that my birthday is incorrect and, frankly, it is not. I am comparing my actual birthday to the info on my test results and, they are one in the same. Thus, I don’t know who has incorrect information but, it renders this tool useless. Update: I did hear from the app developer and was advised to check with my client to see if they also have my my name and phone number listed correctly in their records. ✓ Not worth the trouble.First, is the symptom checker. I answer yes to a scratchy throat and am told to get tested - no consideration for the fact I have terrible sinuses and with all the fireworks it’s got them draining like a goo factory! Don’t we need some follow up questions to see if it’s normal? For this reason I quit doing the daily checks. Second, I’m told Utah turned off the location tracking because they thought fewer people will use the app. Wasn’t that the main value in this app? The need for contact tracing?
