✓ Scam App! Stay away!I’ve sent multiple emails and still no resolution to my issue. I paid for a year’s subscription but when I went to the app it wasn’t showing as paid. I signed out and signed back in and it didn’t fix my issue. I tried logging into the app on a different device and not only did it not appeared as paid but the account I had set up for my kid was also gone and I was back at step 1 in the second device. I emailed support and they asked for a screenshot or video of my issue. I sent both! The video showing I was signed in and still didn’t have access to my paid account. I just received back a generic email giving me instructions on how to sign in. I emailed back saying that I was signed in and if I wasn’t going to be able to access my paid subscription then I wanted a refund and to cancel everything. After that I NEVER received any reply. I sent a separate email to support as well as a follow up on the original email thread with no reply. At this point I just was a refund and to cancel reoccurring payment as well as cancel the account. Horrible customer service/support.
