✓ This is BEAUTIFUL work in progress!Finally, a developer that thought of bringing the Aestetiic dimention to Finance! Yippee! Unfortunately, the is work in progress, allthough it is stunningly beautiful. And, much like one might be tempted to forgive a beautiful mate for their shortcommings, I am going to keep trying this app to see if it is making progress. What are my issues: 1. It crashed on me three times, before I even entered transaction number 1. 2. On my Mac, entering in Transaction 1 had a few challenges. There were no Categories entered, so the user must start from scratch in defining some. The icons for categories are so small, that it stifles creativity. For example, there wasn't even an icon that remotely looked like a Home, so Rent, Mortgage, home-related expenses, I spent a long time looking for "something" and settled with a star. After entering Transaction #1, I couldn't for the like of me figure out how to save it, and chose the wrong thing twice. There is a Close button, but that was one of my wrong choices. And, when it comes to entering the dollar amount, you must used the mouse. Trying to use your keyboard, including the numeric keypad will give you a beep, error or flash, depending on your accessibility settings. On the iPhone or iPad, it is stunning also, even being given your choice of icon colors, but no such choice on Mac. Yes, you can change icons on Mac, but now, you must go on your icon search, instead of the developer saving your choice in the cloud and moving it to all devices. In time, this app will not crash, there will be more category icons, and the featues will becom more robust. Perhaps, the low price, which I was surprised also included both iPhone, iPad and Mac apps, might increase. Today, it is still worth buying at such a low price, and check back every month to see if the features you need or want are there. ✓ MehI’ve every checkbook and account app in the App Store and thought I’d try this one too. I really want to like it but it doesn’t seem to sync between devices and I’m lost on why it won’t work. The interface is a little too cluttered and busy, but I can live with it. The big failure with this app so far is the failure to sync via iCloud. I’m giving it a few more days before passing final judgement, but it’s not looking good right now.
