✓ My Number 1 appExcellent app. Been using 1Password for over 10 years. Started out on my Mac now it runs on all my computers, phone and my 2 iPads. I use this app daily and couldn’t live without it..Version: 8.10.18
✓ Very pleased after switching from LastPassAs a longtime LastPass user, I finally decided to migrate after the recent series of security breaches. I had previously looked at other password managers and been disappointed. The 1Password setup process, Windows application, browser add-one and iOS Apps have been a delight. I’m really pleased and happy to pay. My only issue has been a warning about a failure to import all details of many LastPass items, but I’ve not yet found any missing information..Version: 8.10.7

✗ Not happyI have been with you for many years and paid a life time one off payment £50 I had really had no complaints until you withdrew my access on my Mac unless I paid a subscription. At first I could access my passwords but could not modify them - now you have changed it again I can’t get into 1Password via my Mac. I have received very poor response from your technical support giving me only one option and that was to pay the subscription however you would offer 2 months free. I see you have upgraded the iPhone icon to 1Password 7 so I suspect you will soon bar me from those devices as well. You obviously do not care for all those people who paid for a lifelong membership and helped fund 1Password all those years ago..Version: 8.10.16

They have a long way to go with this mobile app. I can’t even enter a password because the cursor keeps jumping everywhere, all the text is flashing, and nothing types. It’s a disaster.
