✓ A “game” of Ads.I want to rate this zero stars and I hate I am even forced to give this one star! I get that developers want a financial return for their time in developing games. I play a number of games for free in return for watching Ads, but this is the most ridiculous number of Ads in a game I’ve yet seen. The early levels take around 10seconds to play followed by a 30second advert after EVERY level. When Ads are 3x the game play time, it’s time to delete. My recommendation is please do not waste your time even downloading this. Complete rubbish and just greed by the developer. Shame. ✓ Ads and glitchesThere are a million ads in this game all for the same Apps that I’m sure are also by this developer. Even if you spend the 2.99 to remove the ads, the further you get the glitchier it gets and it stops getting more difficult and just becomes about decorative things you can win with your coins. I also don’t really understand the rope ball and keeping it alive or what that even does? Those things are stupid and small for such a mindless game but the last straw was really the glitches. I have an iPhone 11 Pro and the screen isn’t huge so when they have the super tall ropes to untangle it becomes impossible to move the ropes to the right places. You just drag the ropes and they go back to where they were over and over again. Too annoying to keep playing. ✓ Has potential but needs a lot of work and updating.The game has potential but it needs work. I’m not gonna lie, I paid 2.99 to remove the ads because they were driving me nuts. The levels were too easy so I got pretty far in the game. At some point, they just keep repeating the levels. Not only that, but they will explain the same “challenges” (frozen rope, bombs) over and over again and have you start fresh with those. Of course when those challenges are first introduced early on though, they weren’t explained. In addition, the special prize presents stop opening at a certain point pretty on and the trophy challenge levels disappear. There’s also a glitch where sometimes the twisted ropes just twist through each other to untwist without actually untwisting. When there are two layers added, it also becomes very glitchy on which rope is in front when you move them. Again, fun game, has potential, but caps pff with fun and variety by level 200. ✓ Game fun wears out quickly.Please make a replay/ restart/ redo option available at the end of each level where “next” pops up when a level has been completed. It is a pain to scroll through the long road map to redo a level to try for a better score. If I am at level 275 and choose to go back to level 93, when I complete level 93 please don’t zoom me back to level 276. I prefer to go to level 95 automatically. Please only forward me to the next level after the previously completed level regardless how many levels I have done in the game. The game also becomes very repetitive and boring after about level 200 and up. I am currently at level 300+. No more rewards to go after other than an endless supply of coins that are essentially useless, except for getting an extra button or scissors upgrade for the round. ✓ Fun, but...Great fun and quite nice graphics but after completing all challenges, collecting all the rewards and amassing around 100K in coins, I’m now stuck in a loop of the same set of rope configurations. ✓ Relaxing game, frustrating rewards and adsTo start, this game is really relaxing and has nice graphics. It really is one of my favorite games to play. However, there are so many ads that I had to turn off the app’s permission to use my data and WiFi so that I could actually enjoy it. Another con that I didn’t realize until about 75 levels in is that you get the same amount of coins for every level. Example - you untangle all four and it says “Quadruple!” You would think you would get 4x the coins, but no. You get the same amount either way. Honestly I stop playing the game when I think about that just because it’s a slight means of subtle manipulation. I suggest cutting out a LOT of ads so that you actually generate the money from the ones that get watched instead of people cutting them off completely. If I hadn’t been able to turn my WiFi and data permissions off, I would have deleted this game after the fifth level just because nobody wants 30 seconds of ads for every 30 seconds of game play. I also suggest making each level worth a certain amount and if it says “double!”, “triple!”, or “quadruple!”, actually make those points multiply. After every round, if you want to continue after a failure, even the bonus rounds require you to watch ads to play them. There are also adverts which appear after you get a reward, if you want to increase the reward to get more coins you have to watch another advert. Then you realise there is nothing to spend the coins on so they are pointless. There is also an advert for a game to download at the start of every level and an advert banner across the bottom of the game whilst you’re playing. I cleared all the levels in a couple of hours. I was hoping it would get more difficult but it stayed at a very easy level the whole way through. It would have been good to get more ropes with more twists to increase the difficultly. There are fourteen challenges which are also easy. I finished the whole game in a couple of hours. ✓ I think there is some illegal aspect to this appI was bored and found out about this app and I couldn’t help but notice that the app is obviously targeted towards children as the bright colours suggest and the App Store says 4+ to play despite that when you download the app it asks you to tick some boxes and one of them is that I am over 16 etc. and another is that you are ok with personal info being sold to third parties and I know for a fact that selling children’s personal info is illegal without parental consent and we all know that kids will do the box ticking regardless without even thinking of consulting their parents because it’s just a game but people forget that personal data is one of the most valuable types of information in the world as all the advertising etc. will rack up stacks of cash for the developers. I have found no value at all in the “coins” that it says you earn, using them to purchase extra turns would give them some actual value, increasing the coins earned for the double, more for the triple & more yet for the quadruple would give the game a bit more challenge. Increasing the number of ropes in levels would also add interest to the game. I also agree with the 10 yr old who complained about the inappropriate ads. This is a game that while it could be of interest to children, would never be allowed for my children. Bathroom cartoons-yuck! ✓ Great concept, poor executionI really enjoyed this game for a bit, but as others have mentioned, it gets extremely repetitive and doesn’t get harder as you progress. Like I don’t even think there are variations on their puzzles, they’re all just the same 4 or 5 puzzles repeated over and over. And yeah, the ads are awful. I disabled data for this app and now only play it with wifi off so that I don’t get ads but I wish there were more variations on the puzzles available and harder ones too! ✓ Not really a gamers gameThe puzzles I find are very unique and fun however this game has been the most atrocious I’ve seen to displaying ads, as the puzzles not only are shorter than the game but almost after completing every puzzle you will be met with an advertisement (and sometimes double advertisements with a further prompt to get you to watch a third advertisement for some in-game currency) There is an option to buy “no more ads” but why should it be a privilege to not be lobbed 80 ads and more per 15 minutes worth of gameplay instead of having an option to buy something that would benefit you in game or to at least just originally have fewer ads in general The only way to enjoy this game for a long session is to buy the ad ban but I find it ludicrous to find that the game devs would cause such a profound agony (agony is too strong of a word apologies) to tempt gamers into purchasing the ad ban is awful and counterproductive as they would end up going to other games that wouldn’t flood them with advertisements. ✓ New gameplay, no rulesWhen I first downloaded this game, it had only a limited number of patterns, and no limit on time or number of moves, so it got boring pretty fast. I came back to it a couple months later, and there were all kinds of new types of challenges, which was nice. BUT - the challenges are random, so you never know which one you will get with each level. This is fine, or would be, if only there were instructions available. I just now tried to play a level which has a bomb at the top of one rope. I untangled the ropes quickly, and two seconds later it says “level failed”. I have no idea what I was supposed to do differently. I played a “melt the rope” level, made two moves, and was told “level failed”. You open the app, get a 30 second ad which can’t be clicked out of. Play for (literally) two seconds, get another 30 second ad you can’t click out of. Sometimes you’ll press a rope end and place it somewhere just for it to go back to the original location.
